In one embodiment, referring to fig. 6 and 7, the LED atmosphere lamp 160 includes a bottom shell 161, a light strip 162 and a cover 163. The bottom case 161 is provided with a second mounting groove 1611. A first clamping portion 1612 and a second clamping portion 1613 are arranged on two opposite side walls of the second mounting groove 1611. The lamp strip 162 is installed in the second installation groove 1611 and is electrically connected to the external power source 400, and a third clamping portion 1621 clamped and matched with the first clamping portion 1612 and a fourth clamping portion 1622 clamped and matched with the second clamping portion 1613 are arranged on the lamp strip 162. The cover 163 is detachably mounted on the bottom case 161, and the cover 163 covers the opening of the second mounting groove 1611.
Thus, the light strip 162 is installed in the second installation groove 1611; the cover 163 covers the opening of the second mounting groove 1611 and is detachably connected to the bottom case 161, thereby completing the assembly of the LED atmosphere lamp 160. It should be noted that the lamp strip 162 is an LED lamp encapsulated on a substrate, wherein the substrate may be a paper substrate, an epoxy glass fabric substrate, a composite substrate, a metal substrate, or the like. Meanwhile, the light strip 162 may be a single color LED or a multi-color LED, such as: a three-color LED.
It should be further noted that the side wall of the second mounting groove 1611 should be understood as: the walls of the second mounting groove 1611 include a bottom wall and two opposite side walls, the two side walls are arranged on two sides of the bottom wall at intervals, the bottom wall of the second mounting groove 1611 is a portion opposite to the notch, and the side walls of the second mounting groove 1611 enclose the notch portion.
Optionally, the cover 163 may be detachably mounted on the bottom case 161 by: the cover 163 is connected with the bottom shell 161 through screw threads; alternatively, the cover 163 is connected to the bottom case 161 by a snap structure; alternatively, the lid 163 and the bottom case 161 may be connected by a magnetic attraction method. Optionally, the first clamping portion 1612 is a clamping plate, and the third clamping portion 1621 is a clamping slot; alternatively, the first clamping portion 1612 is a clamping slot, and the third clamping portion 1621 is a clamping plate. Similarly, the second clamping portion 1613 is a clamping plate, and the fourth clamping portion 1622 is a clamping groove; alternatively, the second clamping portion 1613 is a clamping slot, and the fourth clamping portion 1622 is a clamping plate.
Further, referring to fig. 7, the first clip portion 1612 and the second clip portion 1613 are clip plates. The third clamping portion 1621 and the fourth clamping portion 1622 are clamping slots. The clip boards are clipped into the clip grooves, so that when the light strip 162 is installed in the second installation groove 1611, the two clip boards on the bottom case 161 are respectively clipped into the two clip grooves on the light strip 162, so that the light strip 162 is quickly and stably installed in the second installation groove 1611.
Specifically, the two clamping plates and the bottom shell 161 are of an integrated structure, and are integrally produced through forming processes such as extrusion, casting and die casting in the manufacturing process, so that the manufacturing process of the LED atmosphere lamp 160 is greatly shortened. And simultaneously, the structural strength of the LED atmosphere lamp 160 is improved.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 7, a first locking member 1631 and a second locking member 1632 are disposed on the cover 163 at an interval. When the cover 163 covers the notch of the second mounting groove 1611, the first locking member 1631 and the second locking member 1632 are locked on two opposite sidewalls of the second mounting groove 1611, respectively. Thus, the first locking member 1631 and the second locking member 1632 are respectively locked on two sidewalls of the second mounting groove 1611, so that the cover 163 can be stably mounted on the bottom case 161, and the convenience of mounting the cover 163 on the casing is greatly improved.
Optionally, the first locking member 1631 and the second locking member 1632 are locked to two sidewalls of the second mounting groove 1611 respectively in the following manner: grooves are arranged on the first buckling piece 1631 and the second buckling piece 1632, and corresponding convex blocks are arranged on two side walls of the second mounting groove 1611; or, the first locking member 1631 and the second locking member 1632 are provided with bumps, and two side walls of the second mounting groove 1611 are provided with corresponding grooves; further alternatively, the first locking member 1631 and the second locking member 1632 are provided with bumps, and two sidewalls of the second mounting groove 1611 are provided with corresponding bumps, etc.
Further, referring to fig. 7, a first protrusion 16311 is disposed on the first locking member 1631. The cover 163 is provided with a first abutting portion 1633. A second protrusion 16151 is provided on one side wall of the second mounting groove 1611. The second protrusion 16151 is located between the first protrusion 16311 and the first abutting portion 1633, and the second protrusion 16151 is in abutting engagement with the first protrusion 16311 and the first abutting portion 1633, respectively. Therefore, when the first locking member 1631 is inserted into the second mounting groove 1611, the second protrusion 16151 abuts between the first abutting portion 1633 and the first protrusion 16311, so that the first locking member 1631 is stably locked on the sidewall of the second mounting groove 1611.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 7, a third protrusion 16321 is disposed on the second locking member 1632. The cover 163 is provided with a second abutting portion 1634. The other side wall of the second mounting groove 1611 is provided with a fourth protrusion 16161. The fourth protrusion 16161 is located between the third protrusion 16321 and the second abutting portion 1634, and the fourth protrusion 16161 is in abutting engagement with the third protrusion 16321 and the second abutting portion 1634, respectively. Similarly, when the second locking member 1632 is inserted into the second mounting groove 1611, the fourth protrusion 16161 abuts between the second abutting portion 1634 and the third protrusion 16321, so that the second locking member 1632 is stably locked on the sidewall of the second mounting groove 1611.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 7, the bottom case 161 includes a second bottom plate 1614, and a third side plate 1615 and a fourth side plate 1616 spaced apart from and disposed on two opposite sides of the second bottom plate 1614. The third side plate 1615, the fourth side plate 1616 and the second bottom plate 1614 enclose a second mounting slot 1611. The first clip portion 1612 is provided on the third side plate 1615. The second click portion 1613 is provided on the fourth side plate 1616. Specifically, in this embodiment, the second bottom plate 1614, the third side plate 1615, the fourth side plate 1616, the first clamping portion 1612 and the second clamping portion 1613 are all integrated.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 8, the LED ambient lamp 160 further comprises an LED controller 164 and a synchronous amplifier 165 both for electrical connection with an external power source 400. The LED controller 164 is electrically connected to the synchronous amplifier 165. The light strip 162 includes a first light bead 1623, a second light bead 1624, and a third light bead 1625. The first lamp bead 1623, the second lamp bead 1624, and the third lamp bead 1625 are electrically connected to the synchronous amplifier 165 in parallel. Therefore, three static monochromatic lights can be realized through the three lamp beads in the embodiment; and various required mixed color lights can be realized. In the actual operation process, different working current values are output to the lamp strip 162 through the LED controller 164, and the on and off states of the first lamp bead 1623, the second lamp bead 1624 and the third lamp bead 1625 are controlled; meanwhile, the light emitting brightness of the first lamp bead 1623, the second lamp bead 1624 and the third lamp bead 1625 can be controlled through the LED controller 164, so that the respective colors are mixed into a new light color. In addition, the present embodiment provides sufficient power for the light bar 162 through the synchronous amplifier 165, so as to connect a plurality of light bars 162. Meanwhile, the lighting sequence among the first lamp bead 1623, the second lamp bead 1624 and the third lamp bead 1625 is controlled by the cooperation of the synchronous amplifier 165 and the LED controller 164, so that the lamp strip 162 can flicker and gradually change.
The LED controller 164 of the present embodiment is a capacitance step-down circuit including a step-down capacitor, a full-wave rectifier, a zener diode, and the like. Meanwhile, the synchronous amplifier 165, also called RGB amplifier, amplifies the power of the control signal to provide enough power, and is suitable for being matched with various LED controllers 164. The RGB amplifier can accept pwm (pulse width modulation), and each additional RGB amplifier can be connected with twice as many LEDs.
It should be further noted that the first lamp bead 1623, the second lamp bead 1624, and the third lamp bead 1625 are LED beads with three primary colors, i.e., red, green, and blue LED beads.
Further, referring to fig. 8, a first voltage output terminal 1641 and three second voltage output terminals 1642 are disposed on the LED controller 164. The synchronous amplifier 165 has a first voltage input 1651, three second voltage inputs 1652, a third voltage output 1653, and three fourth voltage outputs 1654. The first voltage output terminal 1641 is electrically connected to the first voltage input terminal 1651. The second voltage output terminals 1642 are connected to the second voltage input terminals 1652 in a one-to-one correspondence. First lamp pearl 1623, second lamp pearl 1624 and third lamp pearl 1625 one end all with third voltage output 1653 electric connection. The other ends of the first lamp bead 1623, the second lamp bead 1624 and the third lamp bead 1625 are connected with the three fourth voltage output ends 1654 in a one-to-one correspondence manner, so that convenience is brought to users for accurate connection, and normal operation of the lamp strip 162 is guaranteed.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 1, the bar rack 111 is provided with a first supporting table 114. A second support 124 is disposed within second display area 123. The first support platform 114 is engaged with the second support platform 124. Thus, the first support platform 114 and the second support platform 124 facilitate the passengers to lean on or place objects. Meanwhile, the first supporting platform 114 is connected to the second supporting platform 124, so as to ensure the structural integrity between the bar counter body 110 and the partition wall structure 120. Specifically, in the present embodiment, the first support table 114 and the second support table 124 are artificial stone tables.
In an embodiment, referring to fig. 2, the bar counter 111 includes a storage rack 1111 and a display rack 1112 disposed on the storage rack 1111, and the first enclosing plate 113 is mounted on the storage rack 1111 and the supporting rack 112, so as to effectively achieve the dual functions of displaying and storing the bar counter 111, and improve the usability of the bar counter 111.
Further, referring to fig. 2, the display frame 1112 includes a supporting stand 11121 and a display board 11122, the supporting stand 11121 is mounted on the receiving frame 1111, the display board 11122 is mounted on the supporting stand 11121, and two sides of the display board 11122 are respectively connected to the supporting frame 112 and the partition frame 121, so as to facilitate better display of the articles.
Alternatively, display board 11122 may be an inorganic glass plate; but also transparent plastic plates such as acryl plates, PP (polypropylene) plates, PE (polyethylene) plates, PS (polystyrene) plates, etc.
Specifically, the first supporting platform 114 is mounted on the display board 11122, and the first supporting platform 114, the display board 11122 and the supporting platform 11121 enclose a display cavity. Meanwhile, an openable door 11123 is installed between the first support platform 114 and the bearing platform 11121.
In one embodiment, referring to FIG. 1, the service bar 100 for the kitchen of a dining car further includes a display wall 180 installed between the bar rack 111 and the partition rack 121. The display wall 180 is provided with a display screen 181. The display screen 181 is used for displaying the catering information through the service window 150, so that the traveler can conveniently view and select the dishes available for eating through the display screen 181.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 1, the first enclosing plate 113 and the second enclosing plate 122 are both provided with an anti-collision strip 1131, and the passenger is effectively prevented from colliding with the service bar 100 in the kitchen of the dining car by the anti-collision strip 1131.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 1 and 2, a dining car kitchen includes a kitchen door frame 300, a connecting wall 200 and a service bar 100 of the dining car kitchen in any of the above embodiments, wherein the kitchen door frame 300 is connected to the partition wall structure 120 through the connecting wall 200.
The dining car kitchen adopts the service bar counter 100 of the dining car kitchen, and the partition wall frame 121 is connected with the bar counter frame 111; the bar top structure 130 is connected between the supporting frame 112 and the partition frame 121, so that a service window 150 is formed among the bar top structure 130, the supporting frame 112 and the partition frame 121, so as to provide dining service for passengers. Because the bar counter frame 111 and the supporting frame 112 are provided with the first enclosing plate 113, the partition wall frame 121 is provided with the second enclosing plate 122, and the first enclosing plate 113 is connected with the second enclosing plate 122, the bar counter body 110 is tightly combined with the partition wall structure 120 through the matching of the first enclosing plate 113 and the second enclosing plate 122, and the bar counter body 110 and the partition wall structure 120 are ensured to be uniform in appearance. Simultaneously, because bar top structure 130's lateral surface links up with first bounding wall 113, second bounding wall 122 respectively, consequently, closely each other, level and smooth cooperation between the bar counter body 110 of this embodiment, next door structure 120 and the bar top structure 130 three structure for whole structure keeps highly unified in the outward appearance, has greatly improved the wholeness of dining car kitchen structure, is favorable to promoting passenger's experience of taking bus. In addition, the bar counter body 110, the partition wall structure 120 and the bar top structure 130 are closely matched with each other, so that the gap or the dislocation space between the structures is reduced, and the space utilization rate of the service bar counter 100 in the dining car kitchen is improved.

Claims (10)

1. A service bar for a galley of a dining car, comprising:
the bar counter comprises a bar counter body, a supporting frame and a first enclosing plate, wherein the supporting frame is arranged on the bar counter frame, and the first enclosing plate is arranged on the bar counter frame and the supporting frame;
the partition wall structure comprises a partition wall frame and a second enclosing plate arranged on the partition wall frame, the partition wall frame is connected with the bar counter rack, and the second enclosing plate is connected with the first enclosing plate; and
the bar top structure is connected between the support frame and the dividing wall frame and forms a service window in an enclosing mode, and the outer side face of the bar top structure is connected with the first enclosing plate and the second enclosing plate respectively.
2. The service bar as recited in claim 1, wherein said bar top structure comprises a lighting assembly mounted between said support frame and said wall mount, and a third wall mounted between said lighting assembly and said support frame, wherein said lighting assembly is further characterized in that an outer side of said lighting assembly is engaged with said second wall, and said third wall is engaged with said first wall.
3. The service bar in dining car kitchen of claim 2, characterized in that, lighting assembly includes lamp shade, illuminating part and lamp plate, be equipped with first mounting groove on the lamp shade, illuminating part packs into in the first mounting groove, illuminating part is used for with external power source electric connection, the lamp plate is installed on the lamp shade, just the lamp plate covers the notch of first mounting groove, a side of lamp shade with the second bounding wall links up.

The service bar as recited in claim 1, wherein a first display area is disposed on the bar frame, the first enclosure is disposed along a circumference of the first display area, a second display area is disposed on the wall frame, the second enclosure is disposed along a circumference of the second display area, and opposite ends of the second display area are respectively connected to one end of the first display area and one end of the service window.
5. The service bar of a galley of claim 4, further comprising LED atmosphere lights disposed along a perimeter of the first display area, the service window, and the second display area.
6. The service bar as recited in claim 4, wherein said bar frame has a first support platform, said second display area has a second support platform, and said first support platform is connected to said second support platform.
7. The service bar in a dining car kitchen according to any one of claims 1-6, wherein the bar frame comprises a storage rack and a display rack arranged on the storage rack, and the first enclosing plate is arranged on the storage rack and the support rack.
8. The service bar in a dining car kitchen according to any one of claims 1-6, further comprising a display wall installed between the bar rack and the wall rack, wherein a display screen is provided on the display wall, and the display screen is used for displaying dining information through the service window.
9. The service bar in a galley of any of claims 1-6, wherein a bar back counter is mounted on a side of the bar stand remote from the wall; alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,
and the first enclosing plate and the second enclosing plate are both provided with anti-collision strips.
10. A dining car kitchen comprising a kitchen door frame, a connecting wall and a service bar of the dining car kitchen of any one of claims 1-9, wherein said kitchen door frame is connected to said partition structure by said connecting wall.
