Technical Field
The present invention relates to a key duplicating machine, and more particularly to a key positioning device for setting the position of a key, which is mounted on a key clamp of a key duplicating machine.
Background
Referring to fig. 6 to 8, in a conventional key duplicating machine, when a key is duplicated, first, the original key a0 and the key blank a1 are positioned at specific positions in the original key clamp 91 and the key blank clamp 92, respectively, and then the key blank a1 is processed.
When the key to be copied is positioned with the front end thereof as the positioning reference, the original key a0 to be copied is placed in the original key clamp 91, then the original key a0 is pushed towards a positioning direction D, so that the front end of the original key a0 abuts against the key positioning device 911 of the original key clamp 91, then the key blank a1 to be processed is placed in the key blank clamp 92, the front end of the key blank a1 abuts against the key positioning device 921, and the front end surfaces of the original key a0 and the key blank a1 are aligned with the front side surfaces of the original key clamp 91 and the key blank clamp 92 respectively by means of the key positioning device 911 and the key positioning device 921.
When the key itself to be duplicated has a special positioning design, for example, if the original key a0 in fig. 8 is designed to be positioned by abutting the remote surface a01 of the grip part against the rear side 912 of the original key clamp 91, the key positioning device 911 is detached from the original key clamp 91 to avoid the key positioning device 911 interfering with the original key a0 and thereby preventing the key from being positioned.
The conventional key positioning device 921 (and the key positioning device 911) is a metal sheet bent into a U-shape, and is clamped and fixed to the top of the key blank clamp 92 by using both sides of the U-shape; one side of the key positioning device 921 is protruded to form a positioning portion 9211 for the key to abut against and position. However, the conventional key positioning device 921 is clamped and fixed by the elasticity of the metal sheet, so that after a plurality of times of disassembly and assembly, the angles at the two sides of the U-shape of the metal sheet gradually deform and expand due to fatigue, and the position of the positioning portion 9211 is shifted; the positioning portion 9211 is elongated and protrudes from the block, and is likely to be gradually deformed by repeated stress applied by the key, thereby affecting the accuracy of key positioning (as shown in fig. 8), and thus affecting the quality of key copying.
Therefore, the key positioning device of the prior art key duplicating machine is yet to be improved.
SUMMERY OF THE UTILITY MODEL
In view of the foregoing disadvantages and deficiencies of the prior art, the present invention provides a key positioning member for a key duplicating machine and a key clamp having the key positioning member, which improve the problem that a key is easily deformed and cannot be accurately positioned.
In order to achieve the above-mentioned creation purpose, the present invention adopts a technical means of designing a key positioning member of a key duplicating machine, which is detachably connected with a key clamp of the key duplicating machine, the key clamp is used for clamping a key, and the key clamp has an adsorption plane and a key fixing groove; the adsorption plane is positioned on a first surface of the key clamp; the key fixing groove is formed on a second surface of the key clamp, and the key is selectively arranged on the key fixing groove; the key holder is ferromagnetic; the key positioning piece comprises:
the key abutting plane is one outer side surface of the block body; one end of the key is abutted against the key abutting plane;
and the magnet is arranged on the block body and enables the block body to be adsorbed on the adsorption plane of the key clamp.
To achieve the above object, the present invention further provides a key holder of a key duplication machine for holding two keys, the key holder comprising:

two key holders provided on the base and having ferromagnetism, each of the key holders having:
an adsorption plane located on a first face of the key clamp;
a key-retaining groove formed in a second face of the key holder;
wherein, the two keys are respectively and selectively arranged in the key fixing grooves of the two key clamps; two key locations, which are detachably connected to the two key clamps, respectively, each of the key locations having:
the key abutting plane is one outer side surface of the block body; the corresponding key abuts against the key abutting plane;
and the magnet is arranged on the block body and enables the block body to be adsorbed on the adsorption plane of the corresponding key clamp.
Further, the key positioning member of the key duplication machine, wherein: the key of the block body is abutted against the plane to form a mounting groove; the magnet is arranged in the mounting groove.
In a further aspect, the key positioning member of the key duplication machine further includes a handle connected to an outer side of the block different from the key abutting plane.

The following description of the preferred embodiments of the present invention will be made in conjunction with the drawings and the accompanying drawings to further illustrate the technical means of the present invention for achieving the intended purpose.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, a first embodiment of a key holder of a key duplication machine of the present invention includes a base 10, two key clamps 20, and two key positioning members 30; the two key holders 20 hold an original key A0 and a key blank A1, respectively.
The two key holders 20 are provided on the base 10 and have ferromagnetism. Each key holder 20 has an absorption plane 21 and a key-fixing groove, the absorption plane 21 is located on a first surface of the key holder 20, the first surface is an outer side surface of the key holder 20 away from the holding portion of the key, and in the embodiment, the first surface is a side surface of the key holder 20. The key retaining groove is formed in a second face of the key holder 20, and in the present embodiment, the second face is the top face of the key holder 20. The key fixing groove extends toward the suction plane 21, and an end opening 22 is formed in the suction plane 21. The original key a0 and the key blank a1 are detachably mounted in the key-holding grooves of the two key holders 20, respectively.
The two key positioning members 30 are detachably connected to the two key holders 20, each key positioning member 30 has a block 31, a magnet 32 and a handle 33, the magnet 32 is disposed on the block 31, and the block 31 is attracted to the corresponding key holder 20.
The block 31 has a key abutting plane 311, which is one of the outer side surfaces of the block 31, and one end of the original key a0 and one end of the key blank a1 abut against the corresponding key abutting plane 311 of the key positioning member 30, respectively, thereby positioning the key. In this embodiment, the key abutting plane 311 abuts against the absorbing plane 21 and closes the end opening 22, but not limited thereto, only one end of the key can abut against the key abutting plane 311 to position the key, for example, in other preferred embodiments, an abutting groove can be formed on the outer surface of the block 31, the key abutting plane 311 abuts against the groove bottom surface of the groove, and the key abutting plane 311 and the absorbing plane 21 are arranged in parallel and spaced relation, so that the key can abut against the key and the key positioning effect can be achieved (i.e. the front end surfaces of the original key a0 and the key blank a1 after positioning are not limited to being aligned with the absorbing plane 21, but can also protrude or retract into the absorbing plane 21).
The magnet 32 is provided on the block 31, and the magnetic force of the magnet 32 causes the block 31 to be attracted to the attraction plane 21 of the corresponding key holder 20, and the magnet 32 is preferably a rare earth magnet having a strong magnetic force. In this embodiment, a mounting groove is formed on the key abutting plane 311, and the magnet 32 is disposed in the mounting groove, so that the key abutting plane 311 of the block 31 can abut on the adsorption plane 21 and close the end opening 22, but the position of the magnet 32 is not limited thereto, and for example, the magnet 32 can also be protruded on the key abutting plane 311.
In the embodiment, the handle 33 is connected to an outer side surface of the block 31 opposite to the key abutting plane 311 to facilitate the user to assemble and disassemble the key positioning member 30, but the handle 33 can also be connected to any outer side surface of the block 31 different from the key abutting plane 311, and the key positioning member 30 can also have no handle 33.

two key holders provided on the base and having ferromagnetism, each of the key holders having:
an adsorption plane located on a first face of the key clamp;
a key-retaining groove formed in a second face of the key holder;
wherein, the two keys can be respectively arranged in the key fixing grooves of the two key clamps;
two key locations, which are detachably connected to the two key clamps, respectively, each of the key locations having:
the key abutting plane is one outer side surface of the block body; the corresponding key abuts against the key abutting plane;
and the magnet is arranged on the block body and enables the block body to be adsorbed on the adsorption plane of the corresponding key clamp.
6. The key holder of the key duplication machine of claim 5, wherein:
a mounting groove is formed on the key abutting plane of the block body of each key positioning piece;
the magnet of each key positioning piece is arranged in the mounting groove.
7. The key holder of the key duplication machine of claim 5 or 6, wherein each of the key positioning pieces further has a handle attached to an outer side of the corresponding block that is different from the key abutment plane.
8. The key holder of the key duplication machine as claimed in claim 5 or 6, wherein the magnet of each of the key locators is a rare earth magnet.
9. The key holder of the key duplication machine as claimed in claim 5 or 6, wherein the key holder is capable of holding a flat plate key.
10. The key holder of the key duplication machine as claimed in claim 5 or 6, wherein the key holder is capable of holding a two-line key.
