The reset torsion spring 45 provides a reset resilience force for the massage plate 30, thereby the massage plate 30 is closed under the opened condition, after the massage plate 30 touches the head of the human body, the massage plate 30 stops resetting due to the effect of the head of the human body, the head of the human body only bears the pressure of the resilience force of the reset torsion spring 45 at the moment, thereby the size of the head of the human body can be adapted, the reset torsion spring 45 with smaller resilience force is adopted during production, and the pressure of the reset torsion spring 45 borne by the head of the human body is in a comfortable state.
Referring to fig. 10, the closing mechanism includes hooks 47 disposed on the back of the massage board 30, and the hooks 47 on different massage boards 30 are connected by elastic members 48, and when the massage board 30 is opened, the elastic members 48 provide resilience to the massage board 30 to close the massage board 30. The number of the hanging buckles 47 on the back of each massage board 30 is 2; the resilient member 48 may be a spring or rubber band. The plate body 49 is provided with a first nozzle 56, the first nozzle 56 is used for spraying the head-washing liquid when the automatic hair washing machine is in operation, and the liquid spraying cavity 54 is formed by the first groove 52 and the first cover plate 53 on the plate body 49, so that the structure of the plate body 49 is effectively utilized, and the whole structure is more compact.

A concentrated transfusion cavity 61 is formed in the hood base 29 and then is shunted to the liquid spraying cavities 54 in the massage plates 30 through liquid outlet nozzles 63 for shunting, the structure of the concentrated transfusion cavity 61 is formed by ingeniously applying a second groove 114 formed in the back of the base plate 59 and a second cover plate 60, the structure is compact and reasonable, and the connecting joint connected with a liquid supply system of the automatic hair washing machine is reduced.
A second massage finger board 64 is arranged on one side of the base plate 59, which is far away from the base cover 112, a second nozzle 65 is arranged on the base plate 59, and the second nozzle 65 is communicated with the concentrated transfusion cavity 61; the second nozzle 65 is disposed through the second massage finger plate 64. The base plate 59 is provided with a second nozzle 65, and the second nozzle 65 is used for spraying the shampoo toward the head when the automatic hair washing machine is in operation.
The side walls of the base plate 59 and the plate body 49 are provided with through holes 66 for the water supply pipe to pass through. The provision of the perforations 66 may facilitate the placement of the water lines.
Referring to fig. 25 to 28, the drying device includes a blower 67, a heating plate 68 and a guiding device 69, the blower 67 is fixed in the base 1, specifically, a mounting bracket is provided in the base 1, the blower 67 can be fixed on the mounting bracket, the heating plate 68 is fixed on the air outlet end of the blower 67, and the guiding device 69 is fixed on the side wall of the water removing tank 2. The fan 67 is used for supplying air, the heating plate 68 is used for heating the air after being electrified, and the flow guide device 69 is used for guiding the air to blow to the head of a human body, so that the hair of the human body is dried, and the function of drying the hair after the hair is washed by the automatic hair washing machine is realized.
The flow guide device 69 comprises a mounting substrate 70, the air outlet 3 is located on the mounting substrate 70, a flow guide blade 71 is movably connected to the mounting substrate 70, and a second driving mechanism for driving the flow guide blade 71 to swing is further fixed to the mounting substrate 70; the second driving mechanism comprises a fourth motor 72 and a transmission rod 73; the fourth motor 72 is fixed on the mounting substrate 70, a swing rod 74 is arranged at one end of the guide vane 71, an eccentric driving rod 115 is arranged at a driving end of the fourth motor 72, the driving rod 73 is provided with a driving groove 75 used for being matched with the eccentric driving rod 115, the eccentric driving rod 115 is inserted into the driving groove 75, and an end portion of the driving rod 73 is hinged to the swing rod 74. When the fourth motor 72 rotates, the eccentric driving rod 115 is driven to rotate, the eccentric driving rod 115 rotates to drive the driving rod 73, and the driving rod 73 drives the swing rod 74 to swing, so that the guide vane 71 swings, and thus, the guide vane can realize a function of swinging for guiding or swing to a fixed position for guiding. The cooperation of the drive slot 75 with the eccentric drive bar 115 performs a function that changes from rotational to oscillatory.
Referring to fig. 28, the mounting substrate 70 is provided with a hinge hole 76 at one side of the outlet 3, a first C-shaped buckle 77 is disposed on the mounting substrate 70 and at the other side of the air outlet 3, a mounting bar 78 is arranged on the mounting substrate 70 and in the middle of the air outlet 3, a second C-shaped buckle 79 is arranged on the mounting bar 78, the opening of the first C-shaped buckle 77 is arranged towards the inner end of the air outlet 3, the opening of the second C-shaped buckle 79 is arranged towards the outer end of the air outlet 3, one end of the guide vane 71 is provided with a first hinge shaft 46, the other end of the guide vane 71 is provided with a second hinge shaft 46, the middle part of the guide vane 71 is provided with a third hinge shaft 46, the first hinge shaft 46 is hinged with a first C-shaped buckle 77, the second hinge shaft 46 is hinged to the hinge hole 76, and the third hinge shaft 46 is hinged to the second C-shaped buckle 79. The air dehumidifying and drying device 116 may specifically be a dehumidifier or a dryer, and the dehumidifying and drying device 116 and the fan 67 may specifically be directly connected or connected through a pipeline.
The number of the drying devices is 2, and the 2 drying devices are respectively positioned at two sides of the water removal tank 2.
Referring to fig. 29-33, the hair setting device includes an arc tube 80 and a third driving mechanism for driving the arc tube 80 to swing, both ends of the arc tube 80 are rotatably connected to the water removing tank 2, and the rotating shafts of the rotatable connection are coaxially arranged, so that the arc tube 80 can swing, the third driving mechanism is fixed in the base 1, the third driving mechanism is drivingly connected to one end of the arc tube 80, a flow channel is formed in the middle of the arc tube 80, a third liquid inlet 81 for feeding liquid is provided on the arc tube 80, a plurality of liquid spraying holes 82 are provided on the side wall of the arc tube 80 facing the arc center, when liquid is sprayed out from the plurality of liquid spraying holes 82, a plurality of liquid columns 83 are formed, an included angle γ between the plurality of liquid columns 83 and the plane λ of the arc tube 80 is 10-20 °, and the plurality of liquid columns 83 are deviated to the same side of the plane λ, the specific included angle γ may be 10 ° or 15 ° or 20 ° or the like. The fourth driving mechanism comprises a sixth motor 89 and a driving block 90, the sixth motor 89 is fixed in the box cover 88, the driving end of the sixth motor 89 is in driving connection with the driving block 90 to drive the driving block 90 to swing, and when the driving block 90 swings downwards from the upper stroke position to the upper stroke position, the driving block 90 abuts against the side surface of the end part of the hinge rod 87 to press down one end of the hinge rod 87 so as to open the cover 86; when the drive block 90 swings upwards from its lower stroke position to its upper stroke position, the cover 86 closes under the influence of gravity; when the driving block 90 is at the upper stroke position, an abdicating space 91 is provided in the box cover 88 for abdicating the end of the hinge rod 87 after manually lifting the cover 86. Referring to fig. 37, the automatic hair washing machine further comprises a liquid supply system, the liquid supply system comprises a tap water source 96, a first electromagnetic valve 97, a second electromagnetic valve 98, a third electromagnetic valve 99, a hair washing liquid source 100, an essential oil hair care liquid source 101, a first pump 102, a second pump 103 and an ozone generator 104; a main pipeline 117 is connected to the water outlet end of the tap water source, a first branch and a second branch are connected to the main pipeline 117 in parallel, the tap water source 96 is connected with the liquid spraying cavity 54 of the massage head cover 4 through a first branch 105, the first electromagnetic valve 97 is arranged on the first branch 105, the input end of the first pump body 102 is connected with the shampoo liquid source 100 through a pipeline, and the output end of the first pump body 102 is connected with the first branch 105 through a pipeline; the input end of the second pump body 103 is connected with the hair care essential oil liquid source 101 through a pipeline, and the output end of the second pump body 103 is connected with the first branch 105 through a pipeline; the second solenoid valve 98 is arranged on a second branch 106, the second branch 106 is provided with a first branch 107 and a second branch 108 at the downstream position of the second solenoid valve 98, the third solenoid valve 99 is arranged on the first branch 107, the output end of the ozone generator 104 is connected with the second branch 108 through a pipeline, and the tap water source 96 is connected with the arc-shaped pipe 80 through the second branch 106 and the first branch 107; the tap water source 96 is connected to the shower head 109 via a second branch 106 and a second branch 108. The first electromagnetic valve 97 on the first branch 105 can control the circulation or the cutting off of the first branch 105, the first pump 102 can convey the shampoo in the shampoo liquid source 100 to the first branch 105 to flow to the spray chamber 54 of the massage head cap 4, the second pump 103 can convey the hair care essential oil in the hair care essential oil liquid source 101 to the first branch 105 to flow to the spray chamber 54 of the massage head cap 4, the first pump 102 and the second pump 103 can work simultaneously or separately, and when working simultaneously, the hair care essential oil and the shampoo are mixed in the tap water of the first branch 105. The second solenoid 98 may control the flow or shut off of the second branch 106 and the third solenoid 99 may control the flow or shut off of the first branch 107. when the second and third solenoids 98 and 99 are simultaneously open, the arced tube 80 is drained for cleaning by the user. Meanwhile, when the second electromagnetic valve 98 is opened, the shower nozzle 109 also discharges water, and ozone generated by the ozone generator 104 enters the second branch 106 to form ozone disinfection water which is sprayed out from the shower nozzle 109 and can be used for washing hair of a user or disinfecting the massage head cover 4. The liquid supply system can realize liquid supply to the massage head cover 4 during hair washing of the automatic hair washing machine, and also realizes liquid supply of the arc-shaped pipe 80 and the shower nozzle 109. The liquid source of shampoo can be filled with tea bran water, and the liquid source of hair care essential oil can be filled with tea seed oil.
The first branch 105 is provided with a ball valve 110. The ball valve 110 functions to adjust the water pressure of the first branch 105.
And a first one-way valve 119 is arranged on a pipeline connected with the output end of the first pump body and the first branch, and a second one-way valve 120 is arranged on a pipeline connected with the output end of the second pump body and the first branch. The first one-way valve 119 is used for preventing the liquid in the first branch from flowing backwards into the first pump body, and the second one-way valve 120 is used for preventing the liquid in the first branch from flowing backwards into the second pump body, so that the purity of the shampoo liquid source and the hair care essential oil liquid is ensured. The first one-way valve 119 and the second one-way valve 120 are in particular liquid one-way valves.
A booster pump 121 for boosting ozone generated by the ozone generator is arranged on a pipeline connecting the output end of the ozone generator and the second branch; the input end of the booster pump 121 is connected with the output end of the ozone generator, and the output end of the booster pump 121 is connected with the second branch through a pipeline. And a third one-way valve 122 is arranged on a pipeline connecting the output end of the booster pump 121 and the second branch and used for preventing liquid in the second branch from flowing backwards into the booster pump 121, so that the ozone generator is protected. The booster pump 121 may be specifically an air pump or a liquid pump.
And a filtering device 123 for filtering tap water is arranged on the main pipeline. The filter unit 123 is a hard water filter. The input end of the filtering device 123 is connected with the output end of the tap water source, and the output end of the filtering device 123 is connected with the first branch and the second branch through the main pipeline. After the filtering device 123 is arranged, the original hard water is changed into soft water, and the hair washing effect of the hair washing machine is improved.
A liquid thermostat 118 is provided on the main conduit. The input end of the liquid thermostat 118 is connected with the output end of a tap water source, and the output end of the liquid thermostat 118 is connected with the first branch and the second branch through a main pipeline. The liquid thermostat 118 is interposed between the source of tap water and the filtering means 123, the liquid thermostat 118 being in particular a thermostat. Therefore, the water temperature of the hair washing machine can be ensured to be constant, and the comfort of hair washing is improved.
