In this embodiment, the first fixing plate 1, the second fixing plate 2, and the third fixing plate 3 are integrally formed, so that the overall structural strength of the mandibular condyle 9 can be enhanced, and a more stable and reliable connection fixing effect between the mandibular condyle 9 and the mandibular main body can be realized.
And when first fixed plate 1, second fixed plate 2 and third fixed plate 3 are rectangular shape setting, and first fixed plate 1, second fixed plate 2 and third fixed plate 3 connect gradually and form a triangle-shaped ring when, because the structural stability of triangle-shaped on biomechanics is favorable to promoting the structural stability and the support intensity of mandible condyle fracture fixed plate to promote the reliability of the connection fixation of mandible condyle 9 and mandible main part.
In an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, an included angle between the second fixing plate 2 and the third fixing plate 3 is defined as α, and α < 90 °.
In this embodiment, when the included angle between the second fixing plate 2 and the third fixing plate 3 is an acute angle, the outward opening angle of the second fixing plate 2 and the third fixing plate 3 can be made smaller, so that the overall width and the volume of the mandibular condyle fracture fixing plate can be reduced, and the installation difficulty of the mandibular condyle fracture fixing plate and the size of the surgical incision and the surgical field in the mandibular condyle 9 fracture surgery can be reduced.
In an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, the length of the first fixing plate 1 is smaller than the length of the second fixing plate 2; and/or the length of the first fixing plate 1 is less than that of the third fixing plate 3; and/or the length of the second fixing plate 2 is equal to the length of the third fixing plate 3.
In this embodiment, since the first fixing plate 1 largely determines the width of the mandibular condyle fracture fixing plate, the length of the first fixing plate 1 is limited to be smaller than the lengths of the second fixing plate 2 and the third fixing plate 3, and the width of the mandibular condyle fracture fixing plate is also smaller, which is beneficial to reducing the overall width and volume of the mandibular condyle fracture fixing plate, and reducing the installation difficulty of the mandibular condyle fracture fixing plate and the size of the surgical incision and the surgical field in the mandibular condyle 9 fracture surgery.
When the length of the second fixing plate 2 is equal to that of the third fixing plate 3, from the aspect of biomechanics, the structural stability of the mandibular condyle fracture fixing plate and the stress balance on the second fixing plate 2 and the third fixing plate 3 can be further improved, and the stability of the mandibular condyle fracture fixing plate in the process of connecting and fixing the mandibular condyle and the mandibular main body is ensured.
In an embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 1 and fig. 2, the mandibular condyle fracture fixation plate further includes a fourth fixation plate 4, and the fourth fixation plate 4 is connected to a joint of the second fixation plate 2 and the third fixation plate 3; the fourth fixing plate 4 is provided with a fourth opening 8, and the fourth fixing plate 4 is connected with the bone through the fourth opening 8.
In this embodiment, the fourth fixing plate 4 may be made of titanium, one end of the fourth fixing plate is connected to the joint of the second fixing plate 2 and the third fixing plate 3, and a fourth opening 8 is formed in one end of the fourth fixing plate 4 far away from the second fixing plate 2. The fourth fixing plate 4 can be fixed on the bone by screws, bolts, etc. matching with the fourth opening 8.
When the mandibular condyle fracture fixing plate is used, one end of the mandibular condyle fracture fixing plate can be fixed on one side of the fracture cut mark 91, namely on the mandibular condyle 9, through the matching of screws, bolts and the like with the second opening 6 and the fourth opening 8; and the other end of the mandibular condyle fracture fixing plate is fixed on the other side of the fracture cut 91, namely on the mandibular body, by screws, bolts, etc. in cooperation with the first opening 5 and the third opening 7. Therefore, the mandibular condyle fracture fixing plate is not only connected with the mandibular condyle 9 and the mandibular main body, but also forms two fixing fulcrums on the mandibular condyle 9 and two fixing fulcrums on the mandibular condyle main body through the matching of screws, bolts and the like with the first opening 5, the second opening 6, the third opening 7 and the fourth opening 8, thereby effectively preventing the mandibular condyle fracture fixing plate from rotating after being installed on the bone. Therefore, the reliability of the mandibular condyle fracture fixing plate in connecting and fixing the mandibular condyle 9 and the mandibular main body is further improved.
In an embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 1 and fig. 2, the width of the fourth fixing plate 4 is greater than the width of any one of the first fixing plate 1, the second fixing plate 2 and the third fixing plate 3.
In this embodiment, when the mandibular condyle fracture fixing plate is actually installed, the fourth fixing plate 4 can be installed on the mandibular condyle 9 by screws or bolts matching with the second opening 6 and the fourth opening 8, because the mandibular condyle 9 is relatively slender, and when the width of the fourth fixing plate 4 is greater than the width of any one of the first fixing plate 1, the second fixing plate 2 and the third fixing plate 3, the contact area between the fourth fixing plate 4 and the mandibular condyle 9 can be increased as much as possible, so as to increase the connection and fixation stability between the mandibular condyle 9 and the mandibular body as much as possible.
In an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, a fourth protrusion 41 is formed at an end of the fourth fixing plate 4 away from the second fixing plate 2, and the fourth opening 8 is opened at the fourth protrusion 41.
In the present embodiment, when the aperture of the fourth opening 8 is designed to be larger, the fourth opening 8 can be matched with a thicker screw or bolt, which is beneficial to more stable installation and fixation between the mandibular condyle fracture fixing plate and the mandibular condyle 9. However, in order to reduce the material waste and the volume of the mandibular condyle fracture fixation plate as much as possible, the width of the fourth fixation plate 4 should be reduced as much as possible, so that on the premise of ensuring that the fourth fixation plate 4 has sufficient connection and support strength, a fourth protrusion 41 is disposed at one end of the fourth fixation plate 4 away from the second fixation plate 2, and then a fourth opening 8 with a relatively large aperture is formed in the fourth protrusion 41, so as to satisfy both the structural strength of the fourth fixation plate 4 itself and the requirement of sufficient stability in mounting and fixing the fourth fixation plate 4.
In other embodiments, the outer edge of the fourth protrusion 41 is further provided with a cambered surface, so that the outer edge of the fourth protrusion 41 is smooth enough, and the corner structure is not generated, which may damage human tissues.
In an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, the fourth fixing plate 4 is disposed in a strip shape, and the second fixing plate 2 and the third fixing plate 3 are symmetrically disposed along a central line of the fourth fixing plate 4.
In this embodiment, the fourth fixing plate 4 is connected to the second fixing plate 2 and the third fixing plate 3 at the same time, and the second fixing plate 2 and the third fixing plate 3 are symmetrically arranged along the central line of the fourth fixing plate 4, so that the torque between the second fixing plate 2 and the fourth fixing plate 4 is equivalent to the torque between the third fixing plate 3 and the fourth fixing plate 4, the structural stability of the mandibular condyle fracture fixing plate is further improved, and the balance of the stress on the second fixing plate 2 and the third fixing plate 3 is favorable for improving the connection and fixation stability of the mandibular condyle 9 and the mandibular main body through the mandibular condyle fracture fixing plate
In an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, a straight line where a line connecting the center of the second opening 6 and the center of the fourth opening 8 is defined as L, and the first opening 5 and the third opening 7 are symmetrically disposed along the straight line L.
In this embodiment, because the first opening 5, the second opening 6, the third opening 7, and the fourth opening 8 are all used for matching screws or screws to install and fix the mandibular condyle fracture fixation plate, when the first opening 5 and the third opening 7 are symmetrically arranged along the straight line where the central connecting line of the second opening 6 and the fourth opening 8 is located, the stress on the screws matched with the first opening 5 and the third opening 7 is equivalent, and the problems of unbalanced stress on the screws or screws and loosening of the screws or screws are not easy to occur.
In an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, a first protrusion 12 is formed at a connection portion of the first fixing plate 1 and the second fixing plate 2, and the first opening 5 is opened at the first protrusion 12; and/or a second convex part 13 is formed at the joint of the first fixing plate 1 and the third fixing plate 3, and the second opening 6 is opened on the second convex part 13; and/or a third convex part 23 is formed at the joint of the second fixing plate 2 and the third fixing plate 3, and the third opening 7 is opened in the third convex part 23.
In the present embodiment, when the apertures of the first opening 5, the second opening 6 and the third opening 7 are designed to be relatively large, the openings can be matched with relatively thick screws or bolts, which is beneficial to more stable installation and fixation between the mandibular condyle fracture fixing plate and the mandibular condyle 9. However, the widths of the first, second and third fixing plates 1, 2 and 3 should be reduced as much as possible for the purpose of reducing the waste of material and reducing the volume of the mandibular condylar fracture fixing plate as much as possible. Therefore, on the premise of ensuring that the first fixing plate 1, the second fixing plate 2 and the third fixing plate 3 have sufficient connection and support strength, the first convex portion 12 is arranged at the joint of the first fixing plate 1 and the second fixing plate 2, and then the first convex portion 12 is provided with the first opening 5 with a relatively large aperture, so that the requirement that the first fixing plate 1 and the second fixing plate 2 are sufficiently and stably installed and fixed is met while the first fixing plate 1 and the second fixing plate 2 have sufficient structural strength. Similarly, the second protrusion 13 is arranged to satisfy the requirement of sufficient stability in mounting and fixing the first fixing plate 1 and the third fixing plate 3 while the first fixing plate 1 and the third fixing plate 3 have sufficient structural strength; the third protrusion 23 is provided to satisfy the requirement of sufficient stability in mounting and fixing the second fixing plate 2 and the third fixing plate 3 while the second fixing plate 2 and the third fixing plate 3 have sufficient structural strength.
In other embodiments, the first opening 5, the second opening 6, the third opening 7 and the fourth opening 8 have the same aperture size, and the first opening 5, the second opening 6, the third opening 7 and the fourth opening 8 have the same aperture size, so that the procedure and cost for forming the openings with different apertures on the mandibular condyle fracture fixing plate can be saved. Meanwhile, the structure strength and the stress of the mandibular condyle fracture fixing plate at each opening are relatively balanced.
The above only is the preferred embodiment of the present invention, not limiting the scope of the present invention, all the equivalent structure changes made by the contents of the specification and the drawings under the inventive concept of the present invention, or the direct/indirect application in other related technical fields are included in the patent protection scope of the present invention.
