It can be understood that a protrusion (not shown) is disposed at an end of the clamping portion 22 facing the clamping groove 43, and the knob 20 and the transmission member 40 can be fixed when the end of the clamping portion 22 having the protrusion is disposed in the clamping groove 43. When the knob 20 is connected to the transmission member 40, the clamping portion 22 is only required to be clamped in the clamping groove 43, so that the knob 20 is conveniently connected to the transmission member 40. Meanwhile, the clamping portion 22 can enhance the supporting strength between the knob 20 and the transmission member 40.
Wherein, the clamping part 22 can be welded on the knob 20. Of course, in other embodiments, the clip portion 22 and the knob 20 may be fixed to each other by gluing, riveting, or the like, as long as the clip portion 22 can be fixed to the knob 20.

When the knob 20 drives the transmission member 40 to rotate, since the indicator light 30 does not rotate along with the knob 20, the connection line of the indicator light 30 slides along the adjusting hole 41, thereby preventing the connection line of the indicator light 30 from twisting to cause an open circuit between the connection line and the indicator light 30.
Further, as shown in fig. 11, a connecting portion 42 is disposed on the transmission member 40, and the transmission member 40 is connected to the temperature controller 103 through the connecting portion 42.

A temperature adjustment knob assembly applied to a cooking appliance (100), comprising a knob (20) and an indicator light (30), wherein the temperature adjustment knob assembly (10) further comprises a transmission member (40) and a lamp holder assembly (50) for mounting the indicator light (30), the indicator light (30) and the lamp holder assembly (50) are mounted between the knob (20) and the transmission member (40), and the knob (20) is fixedly connected with the transmission member (40);
lamp holder subassembly (50) are including lighting fixture (51) and light lampshade (52), light lampshade (52) set up knob (20) with between lighting fixture (51), the outside of lighting fixture (51) is kept away from the position of light lampshade (52) is equipped with annular protruding eaves (515), protruding eaves (515) with the interval has between light lampshade (52).
2. The temperature adjustment knob assembly according to claim 1, wherein the light-transmissive lamp cover (52) and the lamp holder (51) are connected to the cooking appliance (100) by fasteners.

The temperature-adjusting knob assembly according to claim 1, wherein the lamp holder (51) further comprises a shelf (512), a water guide edge (514) is disposed on a side surface of the shelf (512) facing the knob (20), a fixing hole (513) is formed in the center of the shelf (512), and the water guide edge (514) is located outside the fixing hole (513).
5. The temperature adjustment knob assembly according to claim 4, wherein a portion of an edge of the shelf (512) beyond the water guide rim (514) in a radial direction of the fixing hole (513) is formed as the ledge (515).

The temperature-adjusting knob assembly according to claim 4, wherein the knob (20) is provided with a mounting hole (21), the transparent lampshade (52) is disposed in the mounting hole (21), and one end of the indicator light (30) passes through the fixing hole (513) and is located in the transparent lampshade (52).
7. The temperature adjustment knob assembly according to claim 4, wherein the temperature adjustment knob assembly (10) further comprises a waterproof case (53), and the indicator lamp (30) is installed in the fixing hole (513) through the waterproof case (53).
8. The temperature adjustment knob assembly according to claim 4, wherein a mounting cavity (516) is further formed on a side of said shelf (512) away from said knob (20), and an electrical connection end of said indicator light (30) is located in said mounting cavity (516).
9. The temperature adjustment knob assembly according to claim 1, wherein the knob (20) comprises a clamping portion (22), and the transmission member (40) is provided with a clamping groove (43) engaged with the clamping portion (22).
10. A cooking appliance comprising an outer casing (102), wherein the outer casing (102) is provided with the temperature adjustment knob assembly (10) as claimed in claim 2, and the translucent cover (52) and the lamp holder (51) are connected to the outer casing (102) by fasteners.
11. The cooking appliance according to claim 10, wherein the cooking appliance (100) further comprises a thermostat (103), the transmission member (40) being connected to the thermostat (103).
