In the description of the present application, "a plurality" means two or more unless specifically limited otherwise.
The following detailed description of implementations of the present application is provided in conjunction with specific embodiments.
As shown in fig. 1-3, an embodiment of the present application provides an adjustable fixture, which includes a fixing base 1, a clamping member disposed on the fixing base 1, and a locking member rotatably disposed on the fixing base 1. The clamping piece comprises a first clamping part 101 arranged on the fixed seat 1 and a second clamping part 201 movably arranged on the fixed seat 1; the second clamping portion 201 is provided with a plurality of first positioning teeth 202, and the locking member 3 is provided with second positioning teeth 301 matched with the first positioning teeth 202. The locking member 3 drives the second positioning tooth 301 to cooperate with the first positioning tooth 202 to limit (specifically, after the second positioning tooth 301 is inserted into the first positioning tooth 202, the second clamping portion 201 is limited from moving away from the first clamping portion 101), and the second clamping portion 201 moves relative to the first clamping portion 101.
In the embodiment of the present application, referring to fig. 1-2 synchronously, the state of the adjustable clamp clamping and fixing the lamp and other objects is: a lamp (e.g., a light bar) is clamped between the first clamping portion 101 and the second clamping portion 201, at this time, the second positioning teeth 301 on the locking member 3 are engaged with the first positioning teeth 202 on the second clamping portion 201, the locking member 3 is fixed such that the locking member 3 cannot rotate, and therefore the second clamping portion 201 cannot slide in a direction away from the first clamping portion 101 relative to the fixing base 1, and the lamp can be continuously clamped between the first clamping portion 101 and the second clamping portion 201.
The process of releasing the clamping state of the adjustable clamp on the lamp is as follows: the locking member 3 is rotated to make the second positioning teeth 301 on the locking member 3 disengage from the first positioning teeth 202 on the second clamping portion 201, and at this time, the locking member 3 does not affect the sliding of the second clamping portion 201 relative to the fixing base 1 in the direction away from the first clamping portion 101, and can apply force to the second clamping portion 201 to make the second clamping portion 201 slide and keep away from the first clamping portion 101, thereby releasing the clamping fixation of the lamp.
The process of fixedly mounting the lamp on the adjustable clamp comprises the following steps: placing the lamp between the first clamping portion 101 and the second clamping portion 201, and applying force to the first clamping portion 101 and the second clamping portion 201 to make the second clamping portion 201 slide towards the direction close to the first clamping portion 101, so that the lamp is clamped between the first clamping portion 101 and the second clamping portion 201; then, the force applied to the locking member 3 is released and the locking member 3 is driven to rotate in the opposite direction, so that the second positioning teeth 301 on the locking member 3 are inserted into the first positioning teeth 202 on the second clamping portion 201, and the second clamping portion 201 is fixed on the fixing base 1. Therefore, the lamp is fixedly arranged on the adjustable clamp.
Also, the adjustable clamp provided by the embodiment of the application only needs to apply force to the locking piece 3 when installing and fixing articles such as a lamp, and drives the locking piece 3 to rotate by a certain angle, slides the second clamping part 201, then removes external force, and drives the locking piece 3 to rotate reversely. When dismantling articles such as lamps and lanterns, only need to lock 3 application of force to drive lock 3 and rotate certain angle, slip second clamping part 201 can. Therefore, the installation, the fixation and the disassembly can be quickly finished through the locking piece 3, the operation convenience is improved, and the adjustable clamp can be used for quickly disassembling and assembling products such as lamps.
It will be appreciated that the state in which the second positioning teeth 301 on the lock member 3 are kept inserted into the first positioning teeth 202 on the second grip portion 201 can be achieved by:
an elastic piece 4 is arranged between the locking piece 3 and the fixed seat 1, and the elastic piece can be a torsional spring which is wound on a rotating shaft of the locking piece 3; the elastic member may also be a spring 401, the spring 401 abuts between the fixing base 1 and the locking member 3, and the spring 401 may be sleeved on the mounting rod 9 to achieve stable mounting. When the elastic element 4 is a torsion spring, the locking element 3 can be a structure similar to a handle on a valve; a wheel, which may also be a disk, is provided with a partial region of the second positioning tooth 301. When the elastic member 4 is a spring 401, the locking member 3 may be a structure similar to a handle on a valve.
Also can set up between locking piece 3 and fixing base 1 and support the dog, take out this support the dog when needing to rotate locking piece 3, the unable relative fixing base 1 rotation of locking piece behind the dog has been installed. In this case, the locking member 3 may be of a structure similar to a handle on a valve.
Alternatively, in the embodiment of the present application, the locking member 3 may be similar to a handle on a valve.
Referring to fig. 1-2, as another embodiment of the adjustable clamp provided in the present application, a surface of the first clamping portion 101 opposite to the second clamping portion 201 is a first arc surface 1011, and a surface of the second clamping portion 201 opposite to the first clamping portion 101 is a second arc surface 2011; the radius of the first arc surface 1011 is the same as the radius of the second arc surface 2011. Therefore adjustable clamp can adapt to cylindrical article such as lamp stick, and first clamping part 101 and second clamping part 201 can realize better fixed effect of parcel to the lamp stick, promote the tight degree of clamp to the lamp stick.
Referring to fig. 2, as another specific embodiment of the adjustable clamp provided in the present application, a sum of a central angle of the first arc surface 1011 and a central angle covered by the second arc surface 2011 is greater than 180 degrees and less than or equal to 360 degrees, so that when the first clamping portion 101 and the second clamping portion 201 clamp an article such as a lamp rod, the lamp rod is not easy to leave from a gap between the first clamping portion 101 and the second clamping portion 201, and stability of clamping and fixing is ensured.
Referring to fig. 1-2, as another embodiment of the adjustable clamp provided by the present application, a surface of the first clamping portion 101 opposite to the second clamping portion 201 is provided with a first flexible member 5, and a surface of the second clamping portion 201 opposite to the first clamping portion 101 is provided with a second flexible member 6. First flexible piece 5 and second flexible piece 6 are first clamping part 101 respectively and second clamping part 201 wait for the contact piece of centre gripping fixed article with the lamps and lanterns, and first flexible piece 5 all has better deformability with second flexible piece 6 for first clamping part 101 can be indirect with lamps and lanterns inseparable contact with second clamping part 201, promote the fixed stability of centre gripping.
Referring to fig. 3-4, as another embodiment of the adjustable clamp provided in the present application, the adjustable clamp further includes a limiting member 7 fixedly mounted on the fixing base 1; the limiting piece 7 is provided with a limiting groove 701; the second clamping part 201 is provided with a sliding seat 2, the sliding seat 2 is slidably mounted on the fixed seat 1, and the first positioning teeth 202 are positioned on the sliding seat 2; the sliding seat 2 comprises a sliding plate 203 and a connecting plate 204 connected with the sliding plate 203; the second clamping portion 201 is connected with one side of the connecting plate 204 far away from the sliding plate 203; the sliding plate 203 is located between the fixed base 1 and the limiting member 7 and can slide relative to the fixed base 1 and the limiting member 7; the connection plate 204 penetrates the limiting groove 701. When the connecting plate 204 slides to the limit point along with the sliding plate 203, the connecting plate 204 is abutted by the inner wall of the limit groove 701, so that the sliding seat 2 does not leave the fixed seat 1.
Referring to fig. 1-2 and 4, as another embodiment of the adjustable clamp provided by the present application, a fixing base 1 is provided with a receiving groove 102; the locking piece 3 is rotatably arranged on the inner side wall of the accommodating groove 102; the sliding plate 203 is located at the notch of the receiving groove 102, and the first positioning tooth 202 is provided on the surface of the sliding plate 203 on the side away from the connecting plate 204. Most positions of the locking member 3 can be located in the accommodating groove 102, so that the size of the adjustable clamp is reduced, and the overall structure of the adjustable clamp is more compact.
Referring to fig. 2, as another embodiment of the adjustable clamp provided by the present application, the locking member 3 has a force applying protrusion 302 protruding from a surface of the main body of the locking member 3, and the second positioning teeth 301 are located on the force applying protrusion 302, so that the second positioning teeth 301 can be engaged with the first positioning teeth 202 of the sliding seat 2 more smoothly. Therefore, the distance between the main body of the lock member 3 and the slide holder 2 can be set sufficiently large without affecting the rotation angle of the lock member 3.
Referring to fig. 2, as another embodiment of the adjustable clamp provided in the present application, an inner sidewall of the accommodating groove 102 is installed on the rotating shaft 8, the locking member 3 is rotatably installed on the rotating shaft 8, an end of the locking member 3 away from the rotating shaft 8 extends out of the accommodating groove 102, and the extended portion is used for a user to operate, so that the inner sidewall of the accommodating groove 102 can also be used as a guiding and limiting member 7 for the rotation of the locking member 3, so that the locking member 3 is not easy to deflect along an axial direction of the rotating shaft 8.
Referring to fig. 2, as another embodiment of the adjustable clamp provided in the present application, an elastic member 4 is disposed between the locking member 3 and the fixing base 1. When being equipped with elastic component 4, the process of with lamps and lanterns fixed mounting in adjustable anchor clamps does: placing the lamp between the first clamping portion 101 and the second clamping portion 201, and applying a force to the first clamping portion 101 and the second clamping portion 201 (at this time, applying a force to the locking member 3 and rotating the locking member 3 to separate the second positioning teeth 301 on the locking member 3 from the first positioning teeth 202 on the sliding seat 2), so that the second clamping portion 201 drives the sliding seat 2 to slide in a direction close to the first clamping portion 101, and the lamp is clamped between the first clamping portion 101 and the second clamping portion 201; then, the force applied to the locking member 3 is released, and the elastic member 4 recovers and drives the locking member 3 to rotate in the opposite direction, so that the second positioning teeth 301 on the locking member 3 are inserted into the first positioning teeth 202 on the sliding seat 2, and the sliding seat 2 is fixed on the fixed seat 1. Therefore, the lamp is fixedly arranged on the adjustable clamp. That is, when the installation is performed, the external force on the locking member 3 is released, and the locking and positioning of the second clamping portion 201 can be automatically completed, so that the installation is faster.
Referring to fig. 2, as another embodiment of the adjustable clamp provided in the present application, the elastic member 4 is a spring 401, the bottom of the accommodating groove 102 is provided with a mounting rod 9, and an end of the spring 401 away from the locking member 3 is sleeved outside the mounting rod 9. The mounting rod 9 can effectively prevent the spring 401 from being inclined, and can also effectively prevent the spring 401 from being separated from the fixed seat 1.
Referring to fig. 2, as another embodiment of the adjustable clamp provided in the present application, the first positioning tooth 202 is inclined relative to the second clamping portion 201 in a direction away from the first clamping portion 101; the second positioning teeth 301 are inclined with respect to the lock member 3 in a direction approaching the first clamping portion 101. Therefore, after the first positioning teeth 202 are engaged with the second positioning teeth 301, that is, when a product such as a lamp is clamped and fixed to the adjustable fixture, the second clamping portion 201 can only be pushed to move in a direction close to the first clamping portion 101, but the second clamping portion 201 cannot be pushed to move in a direction away from the first clamping portion 101 (the second positioning teeth 301 block the second clamping portion 201 from moving in a direction away from the first clamping portion 101 in a form of barbs), so that the product such as the lamp can only be clamped to be tightly followed without loosening.
Optionally, when the elastic element 4 is disposed between the locking element 3 and the fixing base 1, and the second clamping portion 201 is pushed to move in a direction close to the first clamping portion 101, the elastic element 4 is slightly deformed, so that the second clamping portion 201 moves more smoothly in the direction close to the first clamping portion 101.
Optionally, the top of the second positioning tooth 301 may be provided with an arc transition portion, so that when the second clamping portion 201 moves towards the direction close to the first clamping portion 101, the first positioning tooth 202 on the second clamping portion 201 can smoothly slide over the top of the second positioning tooth 301 in a sliding manner, so that the lamp can be clamped to be tighter and smoother.
Referring to fig. 1-2, as another embodiment of the adjustable fixture provided by the present application, the first flexible component 5 and the second flexible component 6 are both soft plastics, which have certain deformability and good friction, so as to facilitate the adjustable fixture to have lamps and other articles.
Referring to fig. 4, as another embodiment of the adjustable clamp provided in the present application, the position-limiting member 7 includes two side plates 702 disposed opposite to each other at an interval, and a top plate 703 connected between the two side plates 702; the limiting groove 701 is provided with a top plate 703, and the two side plates 702 are respectively abutted against the two opposite side surfaces of the fixed seat 1, so that the sliding seat 2 is not easy to deviate towards the direction of a connecting line of the two side plates 702 when sliding; the side plate 702 is connected with the fixed seat 1 through a fixing screw 10; the mounting bar 9 is a mounting screw 901.
As shown in fig. 1-3, an adjustable clamp is further provided in the present embodiment, which includes a fixing base 1 having a first clamping portion 101, a sliding base 2 slidably mounted on the fixing base 1 and having a second clamping portion 201, a locking member 3 rotatably mounted on the fixing base 1, and an elastic member 4 disposed between the locking member 3 and the fixing base 1; the first clamping part 101 is arranged opposite to the second clamping part 201; the sliding seat 2 is provided with a first positioning tooth 202, and the locking member 3 is provided with a second positioning tooth 301 engaged with the first positioning tooth 202.
In the embodiment of the present application, referring to fig. 1-2 synchronously, the state of the adjustable clamp clamping and fixing the lamp and other objects is: the lamp (for example, a lamp rod) is clamped between the first clamping portion 101 and the second clamping portion 201, at this time, the second positioning teeth 301 on the locking member 3 are engaged with the first positioning teeth 202 on the sliding seat 2, and the elastic member 4 tightly presses the locking member 3, so that the locking member 3 cannot rotate, and therefore, the sliding seat 2 cannot slide relative to the fixed seat 1, and the lamp can be continuously clamped between the first clamping portion 101 and the second clamping portion 201.
The process of releasing the clamping state of the adjustable clamp on the lamp is as follows: the locking piece 3 is rotated, so that the second positioning teeth 301 on the locking piece 3 are separated from the first positioning teeth 202 on the sliding seat 2, at this time, the locking piece 3 does not affect the sliding of the sliding seat 2 relative to the fixed seat 1, force can be applied to the sliding seat 2 and the second clamping portion 201, the sliding seat 2 slides and drives the second clamping portion 201 to be away from the first clamping portion 101, and then clamping and fixing of the lamp are released.
The process of fixedly mounting the lamp on the adjustable clamp comprises the following steps: placing the lamp between the first clamping portion 101 and the second clamping portion 201, and applying a force to the first clamping portion 101 and the second clamping portion 201 (at this time, applying a force to the locking member 3 and rotating the locking member 3 to separate the second positioning teeth 301 on the locking member 3 from the first positioning teeth 202 on the sliding seat 2), so that the second clamping portion 201 drives the sliding seat 2 to slide in a direction close to the first clamping portion 101, and the lamp is clamped between the first clamping portion 101 and the second clamping portion 201; then, the force applied to the locking member 3 is released, and the elastic member 4 recovers and drives the locking member 3 to rotate in the opposite direction, so that the second positioning teeth 301 on the locking member 3 are inserted into the first positioning teeth 202 on the sliding seat 2, and the sliding seat 2 is fixed on the fixed seat 1. Therefore, the lamp is fixedly arranged on the adjustable clamp.
Also, the adjustable clamp provided by the embodiment of the application only needs to apply force to the locking piece 3 when installing and fixing articles such as a lamp, and drives the locking piece 3 to rotate by a certain angle, the sliding seat 2 slides, then external force is removed, and the elastic piece 4 drives the locking piece 3 to rotate reversely. When the lamp and other articles are disassembled, only force needs to be applied to the locking piece 3, the locking piece 3 is driven to rotate by a certain angle, and the sliding seat 2 is slid. Therefore, the installation, the fixation and the disassembly can be quickly finished through the locking piece 3, the operation convenience is improved, and the adjustable clamp can be used for quickly disassembling and assembling products such as lamps.
It is to be understood that aspects of the present invention may be practiced otherwise than as specifically described.
