As shown in fig. 6, the top view structure (after opening) of the 6.1-first horizontal louver of the front external cold air introducing device of the large refrigerator according to one embodiment of the present invention includes a first blade 13.1, a second blade 13.2, a third blade 13.3, a fourth blade 13.4, a fifth blade 13.5, a sixth blade 13.6, a seventh blade 13.7, an eighth blade 13.8, a ninth blade 13.9, and a tenth blade 13.10.
As shown in fig. 7, an embodiment of the present invention provides a schematic front view structure diagram of a first set of louver structures (outside) of a front-mounted external cold air introducing device for a large refrigerator, including a first folding elbow 7.1 and a first wind deflector 8.1.
The first transverse louver 6.1, the first folding elbow 7.1 and the first wind shield 8.1 are a first group of louver structures.
The first blade 13.1, the second blade 13.2, the third blade 13.3, the fourth blade 13.4, the fifth blade 13.5, the sixth blade 13.6, the seventh blade 13.7, the eighth blade 13.8, the ninth blade 13.9 and the tenth blade 13.10 form a first blade group.
The first blade group forms a first transverse louver 6.1, the size of each blade is 100 multiplied by 500mm, the rotating centers are all central axes, the maximum rotating angle is set to be 20 degrees, but when the louver is used, the louver is opened to 15 degrees at most, the scale of the opening degree is marked on a first blade control knob 9.1, and the residual 5 degrees are used as buffer allowance and used for preventing the louver from being damaged due to over-violent exertion.
The first folding elbow 7.1 is 500mm high, the radius is 100mm, the making material is soft plastics.
The first wind shield 8.1 is 500mm high and 1000mm long and is made of aluminum alloy.
When the first group of air window structures are not used, the first blade 13.1, the second blade 13.2, the third blade 13.3, the fourth blade 13.4, the fifth blade 13.5, the sixth blade 13.6, the seventh blade 13.7, the eighth blade 13.8, the ninth blade 13.9 and the tenth blade 13.10 are adjusted to be in a closed state, and then the first air baffle 8.1 is rotated to close the first transverse louver 6.1.
As shown in fig. 8, an embodiment of the present invention provides a front view structure of a 6.2-second horizontal louver of a front external cold air introducing device for a large refrigerator, including an eleventh blade 13.11, a twelfth blade 13.12, a thirteenth blade 13.13, a fourteenth blade 13.14, a fifteenth blade 13.15, a sixteenth blade 13.16, a seventeenth blade 13.17, an eighteenth blade 13.18, a nineteenth blade 13.19, and a twentieth blade 13.20.
As shown in fig. 9, the top view structure (after being opened) of the 6.2-second horizontal louver of the front external cold air introducing device for large refrigerator according to one embodiment of the present invention includes an eleventh blade 13.11, a twelfth blade 13.12, a thirteenth blade 13.13, a fourteenth blade 13.14, a fifteenth blade 13.15, a sixteenth blade 13.16, a seventeenth blade 13.17, an eighteenth blade 13.18, a nineteenth blade 13.19, and a twentieth blade 13.20.
As shown in fig. 10, an embodiment of the present invention provides a front view structure of a second set of louver structures (outside) of a front-mounted external cold air introducing apparatus for a large refrigerator, which includes a second folding bend 7.2 and a second air baffle 8.2.
The second transverse louver 6.2, the second folding elbow 7.2 and the second wind baffle 8.2 are a first group of louver structures.
The eleventh blade 13.11, the twelfth blade 13.12, the thirteenth blade 13.13, the fourteenth blade 13.14, the fifteenth blade 13.15, the sixteenth blade 13.16, the seventeenth blade 13.17, the eighteenth blade 13.18, the nineteenth blade 13.19, and the twentieth blade 13.20 are a second blade group.
The second blade group forms a first transverse louver 6.2, the size of each blade is 100 multiplied by 500mm, the rotating centers are all central axes, the maximum rotating angle is set to be 20 degrees, but when the louver is used, the louver is opened to 15 degrees at most, the scale of the opening degree is marked on a second blade control knob 9.2, and the rest 5 degrees are used as buffer allowance and used for preventing the louver from being damaged due to over-violent exertion.
The second folding elbow 7.2 is 500mm high, the radius is 100mm, and the manufacturing material is soft plastic.
The second wind baffle 8.2 is 500mm high and 1000mm long, and is made of aluminum alloy.
When the structure of the second group of louvers is not used, the eleventh louver 13.11, the twelfth louver 13.12, the thirteenth louver 13.13, the fourteenth louver 13.14, the fifteenth louver 13.15, the sixteenth louver 13.16, the seventeenth louver 13.17, the eighteenth louver 13.18, the nineteenth louver 13.19 and the twentieth louver 13.20 are adjusted to be in a closed state, and then the second louver 8.2 is rotated to close the second horizontal louver 6.2.
The blade is made of polycarbonate.
After introducing the outdoor cold air into the refrigeration compartment 1, the first group of air window structures and the second group of air window structures are used for exhausting the redundant air in the refrigeration compartment 1, meanwhile, due to the existence of the wind shield, the outdoor cold air entering the refrigeration compartment 1 from the first group of air window structures and the second group of air window structures is negligible, and the first group of air window structures and the second group of air window structures are mainly used for exhausting air so as to keep the air pressure in the refrigeration compartment 1 stable.

the air diffuser comprises a first air diffuser (5.1), a second air diffuser (5.2), a third air diffuser (5.3), a fourth air diffuser (5.4), a fifth air diffuser (5.5), a sixth air diffuser (5.6), a seventh air diffuser (5.7), an eighth air diffuser (5.8), a ninth air diffuser (5.9), a tenth air diffuser (5.10) and an eleventh air diffuser (5.11);
the transverse louver comprises a first transverse louver (6.1) and a second transverse louver (6.2);
the folding elbows comprise a first folding elbow (7.1) and a second folding elbow (7.2);
the wind deflector comprises a first wind deflector (8.1) and a second wind deflector (8.2);
the blade control knob comprises a first blade control knob (9.1) and a second blade control knob (9.2);
the filter screens comprise a first filter screen (10.1) and a second filter screen (10.2);
the cover plates comprise a first cover plate (11.1) and a second cover plate (11.2);
the guide plates comprise a first guide plate (12.1), a second guide plate (12.2), a third guide plate (12.3), a fourth guide plate (12.4), a fifth guide plate (12.5), a sixth guide plate (12.6), a seventh guide plate (12.7), an eighth guide plate (12.8), a ninth guide plate (12.9) and a tenth guide plate (12.10);
the blades comprise a first blade (13.1), a second blade (13.2), a third blade (13.3), a fourth blade (13.4), a fifth blade (13.5), a sixth blade (13.6), a seventh blade (13.7), an eighth blade (13.8), a ninth blade (13.9), a tenth blade (13.10), an eleventh blade (13.11), a twelfth blade (13.12), a thirteenth blade (13.13), a fourteenth blade (13.14), a fifteenth blade (13.15), a sixteenth blade (13.16), a seventeenth blade (13.17), an eighteenth blade (13.18), a nineteenth blade (13.19) and a twentieth blade (13.20);

a sixth diffuser (5.6), a seventh diffuser (5.7), an eighth diffuser (5.8), a ninth diffuser (5.9) and a tenth diffuser (5.10) are second group diffusers;
the first transverse louver (6.1), the first folding elbow (7.1) and the first wind shield (8.1) are of a first group of louver structures;
the second transverse louver (6.2), the second folding elbow (7.2) and the second wind baffle (8.2) are of a second group of louver structures;
the first blade (13.1), the second blade (13.2), the third blade (13.3), the fourth blade (13.4), the fifth blade (13.5), the sixth blade (13.6), the seventh blade (13.7), the eighth blade (13.8), the ninth blade (13.9) and the tenth blade (13.10) are a first blade group;
the eleventh blade (13.11), the twelfth blade (13.12), the thirteenth blade (13.13), the fourteenth blade (13.14), the fifteenth blade (13.15), the sixteenth blade (13.16), the seventeenth blade (13.17), the eighteenth blade (13.18), the nineteenth blade (13.19) and the twentieth blade (13.20) are a second blade group;
the refrigerating unit indoor unit (2) is arranged in the top center of the front side in the refrigerating compartment (1);
the refrigerating unit outdoor unit (3) is arranged in the top center of the front side outside the refrigeration compartment (1);
the installation positions of the refrigerating unit indoor unit (2) and the refrigerating unit outdoor unit (3) correspond to each other;
the front induced air duct (4) is a U-shaped rectangular pipeline and is arranged inside the refrigeration compartment (1), and 2 air inlets are arranged at two sides of the refrigeration unit outdoor unit (3) at the front side of the refrigeration compartment (1);
the air diffusers are arranged on the front induced draft air duct (4), the first group of air diffusers and the second group of air diffusers are respectively arranged on the straight pipe sections of the front induced draft air duct (4) with two sides parallel to the axis of the refrigerating box and are arranged at equal intervals, the eleventh air diffuser (5.11) is arranged on the straight pipe section of the front induced draft air duct (4) vertical to the axis of the refrigerating box, and the mounting point is positioned at the junction of the front induced draft air duct (4) and the axis of the refrigerating box (1);
the lower parts of two sides of the refrigeration compartment (1) are provided with transverse louver windows, each transverse louver window is composed of 10 blades, the rotation direction of the blades is controlled by a blade control knob, the safe rotation angle is 15 degrees, and a buffer allowance of 3-5 degrees is reserved;
the wind shields are arranged outside the corresponding transverse louver and connected with the cold storage compartment (1) through folding elbows, the safe opening angle is 0-15 degrees, and a buffer allowance of 3-5 degrees is reserved;
the transverse louver, the folding elbow and the wind shield form a louver structure;
the filter screen is arranged at the air inlet of the front induced draft air duct (4) and covers the whole air inlet;
the cover plate is arranged on the front side outside the refrigeration compartment (1) and is closed when the front induced draft air duct (4) is not used.
