The nasogastric and intestinal tube comprises a nasogastric tube and a nasointestinal tube, wherein the nasogastric tube and the nasointestinal tube are pipelines for helping patients who cannot swallow to convey necessary water and food under special conditions, and the material is usually selected from polyurethane or silica gel. The nasogastric tube is a pipeline which is sent through a nasal cavity and reaches the stomach of a patient through the pharynx and the esophagus. The nasointestinal tube is a pipeline which is fed into the nasointestinal tube, passes through the pharynx, the esophagus and the stomach and enters the intestinal tract, the nasointestinal tube is straightened by a guide steel wire in the blind insertion process, the guide wire is taken out after the nasointestinal tube is placed into the stomach, and the nasointestinal tube automatically passes through the pylorus under the condition that the gastrointestinal motility is normal within 8 to 12 hours and also can pass through the pylorus under the help of an endoscope. The oxygen hose sets up in patient's under the nose position, supplies the patient to breathe through releasing oxygen to patient's under-the-nose region.
The naso-gastrointestinal tube and the oxygen tube are generally fixed when in use, namely after being applied to a patient, and particularly the naso-gastrointestinal tube is easy to be pulled out, and the fixation is required to be firm so as to prevent repeated intubation and aspiration. In the prior art, the oxygen tube usually bypasses two ears of a patient, the middle part of the oxygen tube passes through the lower part of the nose of the patient, and the oxygen flow is sprayed out at a certain pressure, so long as the oxygen can be released to the lower part of the nose, and the oxygen tube has no special fixing requirement. The nasogastric-intestinal tube is extended to the stomach and intestines of a patient, the requirement on the position of the tail end is strict, and the nasogastric-intestinal tube is easy to displace (mainly fall out) under the touch of external force, so that the nasogastric-intestinal tube must be reliably fixed. The existing fixing mode generally adopts medical adhesive tapes, namely the medical adhesive tapes are adopted to fix the nasogastric tube and the nose of a patient together, one end of each adhesive tape is stuck and bound on the nasogastric tube, and the other end of each adhesive tape is stuck on the nose of the patient.
The fixing mode of the nasal gastrointestinal tube has the following defects: firstly, the medical adhesive tape is directly stuck on the nose of a patient to easily generate pressure sores; secondly, the medical adhesive tape needs to be repeatedly torn off in the treatment and nursing processes, and then is adhered again after observation, so that the skin mucosa of a patient is damaged, and the same adhesive tape loses viscosity after being repeatedly adhered, cannot be stably adhered and fixed, and is easy to fall off; moreover, the observation is needed repeatedly in the treatment and nursing process, and after the medical adhesive tape is used for pasting, the mouth and nose parts of the patient are covered, so the observation is not convenient; furthermore, when the naso-gastric tube and the oxygen tube are needed to be applied to the patient at the same time, the tubes are inconvenient to arrange at the lower part of the nose of the patient, and interfere with each other, so that the patient cannot be well treated and nursed.

Detailed Description
For further understanding of the contents, features and effects of the present invention, the following embodiments are described in detail. The "left and right" orientation referred to in this patent is based on the product front side shown in fig. 1, and when facing fig. 1, the left hand side is "left" and the right hand side is "right".
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the fixing patch with auxiliary fixing function for naso-gastric tube and oxygen tube of the present invention includes a middle substrate 1 having a left substrate 2 and a right substrate 3 on both sides, an adhesive layer 6 disposed on the bottom of the middle substrate 1, and a patch layer 7 disposed on the bottom of the adhesive layer 6.
In this embodiment, the middle substrate 1, the left substrate 2, and the right substrate 3 are cut integrally on the same substrate. The base materials of the three can be selected to be flat cloth adhesive plaster materials, namely the materials are consistent with the base materials of the band-aid. The adhesive layer 6 is used for adhering and fixing with the facial skin of a patient, so biological glue, organic silicon gel, pure natural maleic glue, medical non-toxic water emulsion glue, medical non-toxic solvent glue and the like can be adopted, and the selection mode of the adhesive layer is consistent with that of the back of the band-aid. The patch layer 7 is used to be attached to the surface of the adhesive layer 6 in a non-use state and is removed in use, which is also the same as the back patch removed in use of the band-aid.
As shown in the figure, the middle substrate 1 is in a narrow strip shape, when the middle substrate 1 is adhered to the skin under the nose of a patient in use, the left substrate 2 and the right substrate 3 are respectively adhered to the cheek skin at two sides of the mouth corner of the patient, and the width of the left substrate 2 and the width of the right substrate 3 can be larger than that of the middle substrate 1, so that a more stable adhering and fixing effect can be provided.
Under the mode that the medical adhesive tape is directly adhered to the nose of a patient at present, pressure sores are generated on the skin of the nose of the patient after a long time, and the skin of the nose is more sensitive to stimulation (because subcutaneous tissues do not exist), so that the mode that the adhesive tape is directly fixed to the nose easily generates stronger discomfort, the nose of the patient has oppression, and the nose is not beneficial to breathing. The utility model provides a fixed subsides, its middle substrate 1 bonding is fixed under the nose on the skin, left side substrate 2 and right side substrate 3 both bond on the skin of both sides cheek, and the skin of these positions is more insensitive (because there is subcutaneous tissue) to amazing effect than the skin on the nose, and when consequently pasting on the skin of these positions, difficult production is pressed the sore, and patient's comfort level is better.
Referring to fig. 1, 2 and 3, in order to facilitate the fixing sticker to be easily removed after being used, in this embodiment, the left edges of the adhesive layer 6 and the patch layer 7 do not extend to the outer edge of the left substrate 2, and a left non-adhesive sheet 2-1 is formed on the outer edge of the left substrate 2; the right edges of the adhesive layer 6 and the patch layer 7 do not extend to the outer edge of the right substrate 3, and a right non-adhesive sheet 3-1 is formed on the outer edge of the right substrate 3. When the fixing patch is applied to a patient, the left non-adhesive sheet 2-1 and the right non-adhesive sheet 3-1 are not adhered and fixed with the skin of the patient, and when the fixing patch needs to be torn off, the left non-adhesive sheet 2-1 and the right non-adhesive sheet 3-1 are used as vacant ends, so that the fixing patch is easier to tear off.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, a left naso-gastrointestinal tube clip 4 and a right naso-gastrointestinal tube clip 4 are fixedly mounted on the middle substrate 1, and an oxygen tube clip 5 is disposed on the top of each naso-gastrointestinal tube clip 4. Wherein, the nasal gastrointestinal tube clip 4 is used for fixing the nasal gastrointestinal tube 12, and the oxygen tube clip 5 is used for fixing the oxygen release end 11 of the oxygen tube 10. The nasal gastrointestinal tube clip 4 is arranged at the left and the right, and respectively corresponds to the positions of two nostrils, so that the nasal gastrointestinal tube clip 4 can be fixed no matter the nasal gastrointestinal tube 12 is inserted into the nostril at the left side or the nasal gastrointestinal tube 12 is inserted into the nostril at the right side. The two oxygen tube clips 5 provide two-point fixation for the oxygen release tip 11, so that the fixation effect for the oxygen release tip 11 is more stable.
Referring to fig. 4 and 5, it can be seen that: the naso-gastrointestinal tube clip 4 comprises a base support 4-3 fixedly connected with a middle substrate 1 through an adhesive layer 8, a pressing plate 4-1 is mounted on the base support 4-3 through a hinge shaft 4-2, grooves are formed in the middle of the base support 4-3 and the middle of the pressing plate 4-1, the two grooves form a cavity for the naso-gastrointestinal tube 12 to pass through after the pressing plate 4-1 is buckled, the naso-gastrointestinal tube 12 is clamped and fixed between the pressing plate 4-1 and the base support 4-3, internal teeth 4-4 are arranged on the inner side of the front portion of the pressing plate 4-1, and external teeth 4-5 are arranged on the outer wall of the base support 4-3. When the pressing plate 4-1 rotates by taking the articulated shaft 4-2 as the center, the internal teeth 4-4 and the external teeth 4-5 are matched to realize the combination and the disconnection between the pressing plate 4-1 and the bottom support 4-3.
The adhesive layer 8 is used for bonding and fixing the bottom support 4-3 and the middle substrate 1, and the bonding and fixing effect is firm, namely the bottom support 4-3 can not fall off from the middle substrate 1, so in the aspect of selecting the type of the adhesive layer 8, in addition to the requirement of satisfying the type selection of the adhesive of the medical product, the adhesive strength of the type of the adhesive is also required to be noticed, and the adhesive strength is larger than the adhesive strength between the adhesive layer 6 and the skin.
In the embodiment, the bottom support 4-3 and the external teeth 4-5 are integrally formed by injection molding, the section of the bottom support is concave, and a cavity is formed inside the bottom support; the pressing plate 4-1 and the internal teeth 4-4 are integrally molded by injection, the cross section of the pressing plate is similar to a Chinese character 'ji', two side edges of the rear side edge of the pressing plate 4-1 are respectively provided with an ear plate, and the two ear plates are respectively positioned at two sides of the bottom support 4-3 (namely two sides of the top angle at the inner side of the bottom support 4-3); the articulated shaft 4-2 is a metal rod which is arranged in the shaft holes on the two ear plates and the bottom support 4-3 (namely on the top angle of the inner side of the bottom support 4-3) in a penetrating way, and the pressure plate 4-1 rotates by taking the articulated shaft 4-2 as the center. As shown in FIG. 4, when the pressing plate 4-1 is completely buckled on the bottom support 4-3, the internal teeth 4-4 are meshed with the external teeth 4-5, and the pressing plate 4-1 and the bottom support 4-3 are combined into a whole; when the biting relationship of the internal teeth 4-4 and the external teeth 4-5 is released, the pressing plate 4-3 can be opened upward and the nasogastric tube 12 can be placed inside, as shown in fig. 5.
The bottom support 4-3 is provided with the cavity, so that the whole weight is reduced, raw materials are saved, the bottom support 4-3 is positioned below the nostrils, and the cavity is arranged to enable the gas exhaled by the nostrils of the patient to penetrate through the cavity to a certain degree, so that the breathing smoothness is improved.
Referring to fig. 6, it can be seen that: the oxygen hose clamp 5 comprises a clamping ring 5-1 with a notch 5-2 at the top, a first support arm 5-3 and a second support arm 5-6 which extend upwards are respectively arranged at two sides of the clamping ring 5-1, an upper support arm 5-5 which extends inwards is arranged at the top of the first support arm 5-3, upper teeth 5-4 are arranged at the bottom of the upper support arm 5-5, a lower support arm 5-8 which extends inwards is arranged at the top of the second support arm 5-6, and lower teeth 5-7 are arranged at the top of the lower support arm 5-8.
When the first support arm 5-3 and the second support arm 5-6 are kneaded from two sides to the middle part, the lower support arm 5-8 is embedded below the upper support arm 5-5, the upper teeth 5-4 are meshed with the lower teeth 5-7, the whole oxygen pipe clamp 5 is closed, and the oxygen release end 11 of the oxygen pipe 10 is clamped. When the occlusion relation between the upper teeth 5-4 and the lower teeth 5-7 is released, the oxygen tube clamp 5 is opened under the action of the self elastic force, and the oxygen release end 11 can be placed into the clamping ring 5-1 or taken out from the gap 5-2.
In order to facilitate the operation of releasing the occlusion relationship between the upper teeth 5-4 and the lower teeth 5-7, as shown in fig. 6, the inner end of the upper arm 5-5 is tilted upward, so that when the upper teeth 5-4 and the lower teeth 5-7 are in the occlusion state, the upper arm 5-5 is moved upward as a whole by pulling the front end of the upper arm 5-5 upward, and the upper teeth 5-4 and the lower teeth 5-7 are released from the occlusion relationship under the action of the elastic force thereof.
The bottom of a clamping ring 5-1 of an oxygen tube clamp buckle 5 is fixedly connected with the middle of a pressing plate 4-1 of a nasal and gastrointestinal tube 4 through a connecting block 9, so that the central line of the clamping ring 5-1 is perpendicular to the extending direction of a cavity between the pressing plate 4-1 and a bottom support 4-3, the extending direction of the cavity between the pressing plate 4-1 and the bottom support 4-3 is towards the nostril (called longitudinal direction), and the central line of the clamping ring 5-1 is perpendicular to the direction (called transverse direction).
In the embodiment, the oxygen hose clamp 5 is integrally formed by injection molding, the upper end of the connecting block 9 is connected with the bottom of the clamping ring 5-1 in a hot melting manner, and the lower end of the connecting block 9 is connected with the pressing plate 4-1 in a hot melting manner.
The size of the connecting piece 9 is significantly smaller than the size of the clamping ring 5-1 and the pressure plate 4-1, see fig. 4 and 5, and it can be seen that the connecting piece 9 provides the connection between the clamping ring 5-1 and the pressure plate 4-1. The connection by the connecting block 9 has the following functions: in the initial situation, the fixing patch has the capability of fixing the nasogastric-intestinal tube 12 and the oxygen release end 11 of the oxygen tube 10 at the same time, and considering that in some cases, only the function of fixing the nasogastric-intestinal tube 12 needs to be provided without the function of fixing the oxygen release end 11, the connecting block 9 can be broken off (or the joint between the clamping ring 5-1 and the connecting block 9 is broken off, or the joint between the pressing plate 4-1 and the connecting block 9 is broken off) to release the connection between the oxygen tube clamp 5 and the nasogastric tube clamp 4, the taken-off oxygen tube clamp 5 is discarded, and the fixing patch only retains the fixing function of the nasogastric-intestinal tube 12.
In the aspect of material, the pressing plate 4-1 and the bottom support 4-3 of the nasogastric tube clip 4 are both made of hard transparent plastic, and the connecting block 9 is also made of hard transparent plastic; the oxygen tube clip 5 is made of flexible transparent plastic. The hard transparent plastic material can be a PP (polypropylene) material, a PC (polycarbonate) material and the like, the flexible transparent plastic material can be a TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane) material, the name of the TPU material is thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer rubber, and the TPU material as an elastomer is a material between rubber and plastic and has good elasticity. The materials have wide application in the field of medical supplies and are not described herein.
The reason why the pressing plate 4-1 and the bottom support 4-3 of the naso-gastric tube clip 4 are made of hard transparent plastic materials is that the pressing plate 4-1 and the bottom support 4-3 are connected in a cross mode through the hinge shaft 4-2, and the pressing plate 4-1 can be opened in a rotating mode, so that the pressing plate 4-1 and the bottom support 4-3 do not need to have too large elasticity, and a small amount of deformation can be generated by the characteristics of the plastic materials of the pressing plate 4-1 during locking and unlocking. The oxygen hose clamp 5 is made of flexible transparent plastic because the oxygen hose clamp 5 is not hinged because the oxygen hose clamp 5 is integral, and thus the oxygen hose clamp can be closed and opened only by having enough elasticity.
The utility model provides a fixed subsides can regard as standardized product, encapsulate in aseptic package when dispatching from the factory, like aseptic wrapping bag, aseptic packing carton etc.. When in use, the fixing patch is taken out from the sterile package, and is adhered to the skin of a patient after the patch layer 7 is removed.
The processing mode is as follows:
cutting to obtain a combination of the middle substrate 1, the left substrate 2 and the right substrate 3, coating adhesive on the lower surface to form an adhesive layer 6, and arranging a patch layer 7 on the lower surface of the adhesive layer 6;
respectively injection-molding a pressing plate 4-1, a bottom support 4-3 and an oxygen tube clip 5 of a naso-gastrointestinal tube clip 4, adhering and fixing the bottom support 4-3 on the upper surface of a middle substrate 1 through viscose, connecting a connecting block 9 to the pressing plate 4-1 in a hot-melting manner, and then connecting the bottom of a clamping ring 5-1 of the oxygen tube clip 5 with the top of the connecting block 9 in a hot-melting manner; then, a combination body formed by the clamping ring 5-1, the connecting block 9 and the pressing plate 4-1 is hinged and installed on the bottom support 4-3 by adopting a hinge shaft 4-2;
placing the processed fixed paste in a sterile packaging bag in a sterile environment, and delivering after sterilizing before delivery.
The using method comprises the following steps:
the oxygen releasing end 11 of the nasal gastrointestinal tube 12 and the oxygen tube 10 can be fixed at the same time.

opening a pressing plate 4-1 of one naso-gastrointestinal tube clip 4; taking the nasogastric-intestinal tube 12 and carrying out conventional tube lowering operation by medical staff, after the nasogastric-intestinal tube 12 is put in place, moving the exposed part of the nasogastric-intestinal tube 12 into a position between the pressing plate 4-1 and the bottom support 4-3 of the nasogastric-intestinal tube clamp 4 from the side part, and pressing the pressing plate 4-1 downwards to enable the inner teeth 4-4 to be meshed with the outer teeth 4-5, so that the fixing of the nasogastric-intestinal tube 12 is completed;
fixing an oxygen release end 11 (comprising a main air pipe and two branch air pipes) of an oxygen pipe 10 to the two oxygen pipe clamps 5, specifically, enabling the main air pipe of the oxygen release end 11 to be transversely arranged between the pressing plates 4-1 of the two naso-gastrointestinal pipe clamps 4, enabling two end parts of the main air pipe to be embedded into the two oxygen pipe clamps 5, and after the position is properly adjusted, kneading the two oxygen pipe clamps 5 respectively to close the two oxygen pipe clamps to fix the oxygen release end 11; considering that the oxygen release tip 11 may be higher than the nostril after being installed, the oxygen release tip 11 can be rotated to make the two air distributing pipes point to the direction of the nostril obliquely;
when the oxygen pipe 10 needs to be removed, the two oxygen pipe clamps 5 are manually operated to be opened, and the oxygen pipe 10 and the oxygen release end 11 can be removed after the oxygen release end 11 is released; when the nasogastric-intestinal tube 12 needs to be removed, the nasogastric-intestinal tube clamp 4 which is manually operated is opened, and the nasogastric-intestinal tube 12 is integrally pulled out;
when the nasogastric tube 12 and the oxygen tube 10 need to be installed again, the operation is repeated, and after the whole treatment process or the whole nursing process is finished, the fixing patch is torn off from the skin.
(2) Referring to fig. 8, when it is determined that the oxygen hose 10 is not needed, the oxygen hose clip 5 may be snapped off (i.e., the connecting block 9 is broken off or the connecting position between the connecting block 9 and the pressing plate 4-1 is broken off or the connecting position between the connecting block 9 and the clamping ring 5-1 is broken off) with force, and the snapped off oxygen hose clip 5 is disposed of;
and then the patch layer 7 of the fixing patch is torn off and adhered to the skin of a patient, and the nose-stomach-intestine tube 12 is installed, fixed and disassembled in the mode (1) without repeated description.
