The switch base 2 is wholly square, and a square space is defined, so that the switch upper cover 1 is correspondingly square, the shell of the power switch 100 is regular, and the power switch is convenient to machine and form. The first side plate 21 and the third side plate 23 are disposed opposite to each other, the second side plate 22 and the fourth side plate 24 are disposed opposite to each other, and the two locking protrusions 251 are disposed at a position of the first side plate 21 close to the second side plate 22 and a position of the third side plate 23 close to the fourth side plate 24, respectively, so that the two locking protrusions 251 are substantially located at two ends of a diagonal line of the switch base 2.

Further, the mounting cavity 4 has a lead hole 41 (shown in fig. 1). The electrical connection portion protrudes out of the mounting cavity 4 through the lead hole 41.
Specifically, the electrical connection portion is an outer lead 33, which is simple in structure and convenient for reasonable layout and routing as required.

The second clamping portion 26 is matched with the second matching portion 32, so that the switch piece 3 can be clamped and fixed with the switch base 2. The clamping mode is simple in structure and convenient to mount and dismount, the assembly efficiency on a production line is favorably improved, after-sale maintenance is facilitated for dismounting, glue dispensing between the switch piece 3 and the switch base 2 is avoided, and mounting is convenient.
Of course, the switch piece 3 and the switch base 2 can be assembled and fixed by adopting a fastening piece, bonding and the like.
In one embodiment, the second latch portion 26 includes at least one catch 261 (shown in fig. 5) provided on the inner bottom wall of the switch base 2. The second fitting portion 32 includes a boss 321 (shown in fig. 4) provided on a side wall of the switch member 3. The bosses 321 correspond to the fasteners 261 in equal numbers. A plurality of micro-touch switches are arranged on a computer board of the existing washing machine and are used for controlling normal work of different programs. However, at present, the user classifies the clothes more and more carefully, and the requirement on the clothes program of the washing machine is also increased synchronously, so that the whole computer board layout is more and more compact, and even the phenomenon of insufficient layout space occurs on the small kilogram washing machine.
At present, a power switch is welded on a PCB and cannot be structurally separated, so that the workbench and a computer board are easily dislocated or have large gaps during assembly. Meanwhile, the working environment of the PCB of the washing machine is wet, and the PCB needs to be completely filled with glue and be waterproof, so that the replacement cost of the power switch after sale is very expensive. In addition, the existing power switch welded on the PCB uses a micro-touch switch, the power switch has no pause feeling when the button is pressed or bounced, and a user cannot feel the rhythm feeling when the button is pressed and cannot meet the sensory requirements of the user.
As shown in fig. 1, the present specific example provides a power switch, which includes a button cap, a switch upper cover, a switch base, a switch member, and an outgoing line.
The button cap and the switch upper cover are made into an integral body, and the button cap and the switch upper cover of the upper cover can be integrally formed by injection molding. Or the button cap and the switch upper cover can be arranged in a split mode, and the button cap is fixed on the switch upper cover. The switch base is provided with two convex clamping protrusions which are used for being matched with the two clamping rings of the switch upper cover. The assembly process of the power switch comprises the following steps:

Step 2: the two ends of the upper cover of the power switch are clamped on the base.
And step 3: the power switch is assembled to the table by screws.
The working principle of this specific example is: the power switch is independently connected with the computer board of the whole machine through the outer lead, and the power switch is sealed by the switch upper cover and the switch base which are matched in a clamping manner and then is in threaded connection with the workbench of the whole machine.
