The upper seat 11 comprises an annular enclosing plate 65, an upper cover part 66 arranged on the inner side of the annular enclosing plate 65 and a circular ring 67 arranged at the center of the upper cover part 66, wherein a through groove 69 communicated with the upper cover part 66 is arranged at the side part of the circular ring 67;
an annular enclosing plate 65 is arranged on the inner side edge of the outer ring ventilation groove 17, and the inner side edge of the outer ring fire cover 1 is arranged on the annular enclosing plate 65;
the column part 12 penetrates out of the ring 67 upwards, and the upper cover part 66 and the ring 67 are covered on the inner vent groove 18;
the upper seat 11 and the base 10 are both provided with ventilation notches 68, and the ventilation notches 68 on the upper seat 11 are positioned at the front part and the rear part of the upper cover part 66 and positioned at the inner side of the annular enclosing plate 65;
the vent notches 68 on the base 10 are located forward and rearward of the inner vent slot 18 and inboard of the outer ring vent slot 17.
The inner vent groove 18 comprises a second lower flat plate section 22, a second flow guide inclined plane section 23 and a second upper flat plate section 24 which are connected in sequence;
the outer ring inlet openings 14 are arranged on a first lower plate section 19, the inner inlet openings 15 are arranged on a second lower plate section 22, and the column section 12 is arranged on a second upper plate section 24.
The arrangement of the first diversion inclined surface section 21 is beneficial to the fact that the fuel gas input from the outer ring air inlet hole 14 to the first lower flat plate section 19 can be rapidly conveyed to the first upper flat plate section 20 far away from the first lower flat plate section 19 through the first diversion inclined surface section 21.
The second diversion inclined surface section 23 is arranged to facilitate that the gas input from the inner air inlet hole 15 to the second lower flat plate section 22 can be quickly conveyed to the second upper flat plate section 24 far away from the second lower flat plate section 22 through the second diversion inclined surface section 23.
The first diversion inclined plane section 21 and the second diversion inclined plane section 23 are arranged to guide the gas to be conveyed.
Further, a horizontal bottom plate 36 is arranged at the bottom of the first half fixing seat 32, the second half fixing seat 33 is located above the horizontal bottom plate 36, and the fixing rod 35 penetrates out of the horizontal bottom plate 36 downwards;
the horizontal bottom plate 36 is arranged on the bottom surface of the positioning plate 27, the first half fixing seat 32 and the second half fixing seat 33 penetrate out of the positioning plate 27 upwards, and the horizontal bottom plate 36 is fixedly connected with the positioning plate 27 through a first locking screw (not shown in the figure);
the horizontal bottom plate 36 extends to the left and right sides of the first half fixing seat 32 respectively;
the left part and the right part of the upper surface of the horizontal bottom plate 36 are respectively provided with a mounting platform 38, the mounting platforms 38 are arranged on the bottom surface of the positioning plate 27, and the first locking screw penetrates through the positioning plate 27 and is screwed on the corresponding mounting platform 38.
The horizontal bottom plate 36 is provided with mounting holes 51 which are respectively positioned at the left side and the right side of the first half fixing seat 32;
further, a mounting hole 51 is provided on the mounting table 38;
the mounting holes 51 are threaded holes, and the first locking screws are screwed on the corresponding mounting holes 51.
Furthermore, a strip-shaped avoiding hole 44 is formed in the positioning plate 27 and used for the horizontal bottom plate 36 to pass through downwards, a first notch 45 used for the first half fixing seat 32 and the second half fixing seat 33 to penetrate out upwards is formed in the front of the middle of the strip-shaped avoiding hole 44, and the horizontal bottom plate 36 is arranged in the front of the strip-shaped avoiding hole 44;
the strip-shaped avoiding hole 44 and the first notch 45 are positioned between the first positioning hole 28 and the second positioning hole 29;
the lower parts of the left side and the right side of the first half fixing seat 32 and the second half fixing seat 33 are respectively provided with a clearance gap 46, and the clearance gaps 46 penetrate through the front part and the rear part of the corresponding first half fixing seat 32 and the second half fixing seat 33;
a first gap 47 is reserved between the side parts of the first half fixing seat 32 and the second half fixing seat 33 and the corresponding mounting table 38, a second gap 48 is reserved between the top surface of the clearance gap 46 and the upper surface of the positioning plate 27, and a third gap 49 is reserved between the inner side surface of the clearance gap 46 and the first gap 45;
the first interval 47, the second interval 48 and the third interval 49 are provided to reduce the heat transferred from the positioning plate 27 to the dry-heating prevention probe, and reduce the influence on the detection of the dry-heating prevention probe.
The rear surface of the first half fixing seat 32 and the front surface of the second half fixing seat 33 are both provided with a transverse convex plate 53, and the transverse convex plate 53 is vertically positioned between the top surface of the clearance gap 46 and the upper surface of the mounting table 38;
the transverse projection 53 is located within the first notch 45.
The installer adjusts the position of the dry burning prevention structure by holding the lateral protruding plate 53 with a hand.
The lower part of the inner side surface of the clearance gap 46 is provided with an inclined platform 54 connected with the upper surface of the horizontal bottom plate 36.
The ramp 54 is provided to effectively prevent the first half mount 32 from breaking away from the horizontal base plate 36.
Further, the strip-shaped avoiding hole 44 is located behind the first positioning hole 28 and the second positioning hole 29;
the positioning plate 27 is provided with a thermocouple fixing hole 60 and an ignition needle fixing hole 61 positioned on the right side of the thermocouple fixing hole 60;
the thermocouple fixing hole 60 and the ignition needle fixing hole 61 are positioned between the first positioning hole 28 and the second positioning hole 29 and in front of the first notch 45;
the left side and the right side of the first notch 45 are respectively provided with an assembly hole 57, and a first locking screw is arranged on the corresponding assembly hole 57 in a penetrating way;
the fitting holes 57 are disposed opposite to the mounting holes 51, and the first locking screws are inserted through the respective fitting holes 57.
A second gap 58 is arranged at the rear part of the middle position of the strip-shaped avoiding hole 44;
the second notch 58 is used for the entrance of the transverse projection 53 of the first half fixing seat 32, and the first notch 45 is used for the entrance of the transverse projection 53 of the second half fixing seat 33.
The left side and the right side of the positioning plate 27 are respectively provided with a support leg 59;
the positioning plate 27 and the legs 59 constitute a base frame.
The inner sides of the four corners of the positioning plate 27 are respectively provided with a water tray fixing hole 62.
A water tray (not shown) is provided on the locator plate 27 and below the distributor.
Further, the front surface of the first half fixed seat 32 is located behind the front surface of the horizontal bottom plate 36;
the opposite surfaces of the first half fixed seat 32 and the second half fixed seat 33 are respectively provided with a half fixed groove 40 which extends vertically and forms an integral fixed groove, and the fixed rod 35 passes through the integral fixed groove;
a third through hole 50 positioned below the integral fixing groove is formed in the horizontal bottom plate 36, and the fixing rod 35 penetrates through the third through hole 50 downwards;
a positioning annular table 41 is arranged on the side surface of the fixed rod 35, a plurality of annular grooves 42 which are distributed at intervals along the vertical direction are arranged on the whole fixed groove, and the positioning annular table 41 is embedded into one annular groove 42;
the positioning annular table 41 is arranged on different annular grooves 42, so that the installation height of the dry burning prevention probe is changed, and the installation and adjustment of the dry burning prevention probe are convenient.
The first half fixing seat 32 and the second half fixing seat 33 are fixedly connected through a second locking screw 43, and the second locking screw 43 is positioned at the side part of the integral fixing groove;
the number of the second locking screws 43 is two and the second locking screws are respectively positioned at the left side and the right side of the integral fixing groove 39;
the left part and the right part of the front surface of the second half fixed seat 33 are respectively provided with a concave part 52 for accommodating the head of the second locking screw 43, and the second locking screw 43 is arranged in the corresponding concave part 52 and sequentially arranged on the first half fixed seat 32 and the second half fixed seat 33 in a penetrating way;
the left side and the right side of the first half fixing seat 32 are both provided with positioning grooves 55 which penetrate through the front part and the rear part of the first half fixing seat, and the positioning grooves 55 are positioned above the second locking screws 43;
a positioning column 56 extending backwards is arranged on the rear surface of the second half fixing seat 33 corresponding to the positioning groove 55, and the positioning column 56 extends into the corresponding positioning groove 55.
Before the second locking screw 43 is installed, the first half fixing seat 32 and the second half fixing seat 33 can be preliminarily positioned through the matching of the positioning column 56 and the positioning groove 55.
The anti-dry heating structure is installed downwards from the upper part of the positioning plate 27, after the horizontal bottom plate 36 and the mounting platform 38 of the first half fixing seat 32 downwards pass through the strip-shaped avoiding hole 44, the anti-dry heating structure is moved forwards, the mounting hole 51 on the mounting platform 38 is opposite to the assembling hole 57 on the positioning plate 27, the first locking screw is installed, the fixed installation of the anti-dry heating structure is realized, and the installation and the disassembly of the anti-dry heating structure are convenient.
When the anti-dry heating structure is installed, a first locking screw is screwed from the upper part of the positioning plate 27; when the anti-dry heating structure is disassembled, the first locking screw is unscrewed from the upper part of the positioning plate 27. The installation and the disassembly dry burning prevention structure are all carried out above the positioning plate 27, and the operation is convenient.
Second embodiment
Referring to fig. 17, the burner having the stainless steel burner is different from the first embodiment in that:
the burner with the stainless steel burner is not provided with an anti-dry burning structure;
correspondingly, the positioning plate 27 is not provided with the strip-shaped avoiding hole 44, the first notch 45, the second notch 58 and the assembling hole 57;
accordingly, the pillar portion 12 and the first through hole 13 are not provided on the base 10.
That is, the burner of the second embodiment does not have the dry burning prevention function.
Other parts not described are the same as those of the first embodiment, and the description is not repeated.

Claims (10)

1. A burner with a stainless steel burner is characterized by comprising an outer ring injection pipe (25), an inner injection pipe (26), a positioning plate (27) and a distributor arranged on the positioning plate (27);
the outer ring injection pipe (25), the inner injection pipe (26) and the positioning plate (27) are all made of stainless steel;
the positioning plate (27) is provided with a first positioning hole (28) and a second positioning hole (29) positioned on the left side of the first positioning hole (28);
one end of the outer ring injection pipe (25) penetrates through the first positioning hole (28) upwards and is communicated with the distributor, and one end of the inner injection pipe (26) penetrates through the second positioning hole (29) upwards and is communicated with the distributor.
2. The burner with the stainless steel burner head as recited in claim 1, wherein the first positioning hole (28) and the second positioning hole (29) are coaxially provided with a stamped limiting annular table (30);
the outer ring injection pipe (25) and the inner injection pipe (26) penetrate out of the corresponding limiting annular table (30) upwards.
3. The burner with stainless steel burner of claim 2, wherein the positioning plate (27) is provided with a dry-burning prevention structure between the first positioning hole (28) and the second positioning hole (29);
the dry burning prevention structure comprises a dry burning prevention probe, a first half fixed seat (32) and a second half fixed seat (33) which is in butt joint with the first half fixed seat (32);
the anti-dry heating probe comprises a temperature sensing end head (34) and a fixing rod (35) connected to the bottom of the temperature sensing end head (34) and arranged between a first half fixing seat (32) and a second half fixing seat (33), wherein the temperature sensing end head (34) is located above the first half fixing seat (32) and the second half fixing seat (33).
4. The burner with the stainless steel burner head as claimed in claim 3, wherein the distributor comprises a gas distribution plate arranged on the positioning plate (27), an outer ring fire cover (1) arranged on the gas distribution plate and an inner ring fire cover (2) arranged on the gas distribution plate and positioned at the inner side of the outer ring fire cover (1), wherein an outer ring fire cavity (3) is defined between the gas distribution plate and the lower part of the outer ring fire cover (1), and an inner ring fire cavity (4) is defined between the gas distribution plate and the inner ring fire cover (2);
the outer ring injection pipe (25) is communicated with the outer ring fire cavity (3), and the inner injection pipe (26) is communicated with the inner ring fire cavity (4);
the outer ring fire cover (1) is provided with a fire transfer tunnel (5) which runs through the outer side surface and the inner side surface of the outer ring fire cover, and the outer ring fire cover (1) is provided with a first ventilation channel (6);
the outer side of the first ventilation channel (6) is communicated with the outer ring fire cavity (3), the inner side of the first ventilation channel (6) is communicated with the fire transfer tunnel (5), and the inner side of the first ventilation channel (6) is positioned at an opening on the inner side of the fire transfer tunnel (5);
the first ventilation channel (6) is obliquely arranged, the inner side of the first ventilation channel (6) faces the inner ring fire cover (2), and the inner side of the first ventilation channel (6) is higher than the outer side of the first ventilation channel (6).
5. The burner with the stainless steel burner head as claimed in claim 4, wherein the inner side of the outer ring fire cover (1) is provided with a plurality of bosses (7) which are uniformly distributed along the circumferential direction, and the fire transfer tunnel (5) passes through one of the bosses (7) and penetrates through the inner side of the boss (7);
the boss (7) is provided with a plurality of second ventilation channels (8) which are arranged at intervals along the circumferential direction, and the second ventilation channels (8) are positioned above the fire transfer tunnel (5);
the outer side of the second vent channel (8) is communicated with the outer ring fire cavity (3), and the inner side of the second vent channel (8) penetrates through the inner side of the outer ring fire cover (1);
the second vent passage (8) is obliquely arranged, and the inner side of the second vent passage (8) is higher than the outer side of the second vent passage (8);
the upper part of the inner side of the boss (7) is provided with an inclined plane part (9), the distance between the inclined plane part (9) and the axis of the air distribution disc is gradually reduced from top to bottom, and the second air passage (8) is arranged on the inclined plane part (9).
6. The burner with stainless steel burner head as claimed in claim 4, wherein the gas distribution plate comprises a base (10) arranged on the positioning plate (27) and an upper seat (11) arranged on the base (10) and located inside the outer fire cover (1), the inner fire cover (2) is arranged on the upper seat (11);
the inner side edge of the outer ring fire cover (1) is arranged on the outer side edge of the upper seat (11), and the outer side edge of the outer ring fire cover (1) is arranged on the outer side edge of the base (10);
the center of the base (10) is provided with a column part (12) extending upwards, the column part (12) is provided with a first through hole (13) penetrating through the upper part and the lower part of the column part, and the base (10) is provided with an outer ring air inlet hole (14) positioned on the outer side of the column part (12) and opposite to the first positioning hole (28) and an inner air inlet hole (15) opposite to the second positioning hole (29);
the anti-dry heating probe sequentially penetrates upwards through the first through hole (13) and the inner ring fire cover (2);
the outer ring injection pipe (25) is communicated with the outer ring air inlet hole (14), and the inner injection pipe (26) is communicated with the inner air inlet hole (15);
the bottoms of the outer ring air inlet holes (14) and the inner air inlet holes (15) are respectively connected with a vent pipe (31), the outer ring injection pipe (25) and the inner injection pipe (26) extend into the corresponding vent pipes (31), and the bottoms of the vent pipes (31) are abutted against and arranged on the corresponding limiting annular tables (30);
a second through hole (16) is formed in the center of the upper seat (11), and the column part (12) penetrates out of the second through hole (16) upwards;
the base (10) is provided with an outer ring ventilation groove (17) and an inner ventilation groove (18) positioned on the inner side of the outer ring ventilation groove (17);
the outer ring air inlet holes (14) are arranged on the outer ring vent groove (17), and the inner air inlet holes (15) are arranged on the inner vent groove (18);
the outer ring vent groove (17) comprises a first lower flat plate section (19), a first upper flat plate section (20) arranged opposite to the first lower flat plate section (19) and two groups of first flow guide inclined surface sections (21) with one ends respectively connected to two sides of the first lower flat plate section (19), and the other ends of the two groups of first flow guide inclined surface sections (21) are respectively connected with two sides of the first upper flat plate section (20);
the inner vent groove (18) comprises a second lower flat plate section (22), a second flow guide inclined plane section (23) and a second upper flat plate section (24) which are connected in sequence;
the outer ring air inlet hole (14) is arranged on the first lower flat plate section (19), the inner air inlet hole (15) is arranged on the second lower flat plate section (22), and the column part (12) is arranged on the second upper flat plate section (24).

The burner with the stainless steel burner as recited in claim 3, wherein a horizontal bottom plate (36) is disposed at the bottom of the first half fixing seat (32), the second half fixing seat (33) is disposed above the horizontal bottom plate (36), and the fixing rod (35) penetrates downward through the horizontal bottom plate (36);
the horizontal bottom plate (36) is arranged on the bottom surface of the positioning plate (27), the first half fixing seat (32) and the second half fixing seat (33) penetrate out of the positioning plate (27) upwards, and the horizontal bottom plate (36) is fixedly connected with the positioning plate (27) through a first locking screw;
the horizontal bottom plate (36) extends towards the left side and the right side of the first half fixing seat (32) respectively;
the left part and the right part of the upper surface of the horizontal bottom plate (36) are respectively provided with an installation platform (38), the installation platforms (38) are arranged on the bottom surface of the positioning plate (27), and the first locking screw penetrates through the positioning plate (27) and is screwed on the corresponding installation platform (38).

The burner with the stainless steel burner as claimed in claim 7, wherein the positioning plate (27) is provided with a strip-shaped avoiding hole (44) for the horizontal bottom plate (36) to pass through downwards, the front part of the middle position of the strip-shaped avoiding hole (44) is provided with a first notch (45) for the first half fixing seat (32) and the second half fixing seat (33) to pass through upwards, and the horizontal bottom plate (36) is arranged at the front part of the strip-shaped avoiding hole (44);
the strip-shaped avoiding hole (44) and the first notch (45) are positioned between the first positioning hole (28) and the second positioning hole (29);
the lower parts of the left side and the right side of the first half fixing seat (32) and the second half fixing seat (33) are respectively provided with a clearance gap (46), and the clearance gaps (46) penetrate through the front part and the rear part of the corresponding first half fixing seat (32) and the second half fixing seat (33);
a first interval (47) is reserved between the side parts of the first half fixing seat (32) and the second half fixing seat (33) and the corresponding mounting table (38), a second interval (48) is reserved between the top surface of the clearance gap (46) and the upper surface of the positioning plate (27), and a third interval (49) is reserved between the inner side surface of the clearance gap (46) and the first gap (45);
the rear surface of the first half fixing seat (32) and the front surface of the second half fixing seat (33) are both provided with a transverse convex plate (53), and the transverse convex plate (53) is positioned between the top surface of the clearance gap (46) and the upper surface of the mounting table (38) in the vertical direction;
the lower part of the inner side surface of the clearance gap (46) is provided with an inclined platform (54) connected with the upper surface of the horizontal bottom plate (36).

the positioning plate (27) is provided with a thermocouple fixing hole (60) and an ignition needle fixing hole (61) positioned on the right side of the thermocouple fixing hole (60);
the thermocouple fixing hole (60) and the ignition needle fixing hole (61) are positioned between the first positioning hole (28) and the second positioning hole (29) and in front of the first notch (45);
the left side and the right side of the first notch (45) are respectively provided with an assembly hole (57), and a first locking screw is arranged on the corresponding assembly hole (57) in a penetrating manner;
a second gap (58) is arranged at the rear part of the middle position of the strip-shaped avoiding hole (44);
the left side and the right side of the positioning plate (27) are respectively provided with a support leg (59);
the inner sides of the four corners of the positioning plate (27) are respectively provided with a water tray fixing hole (62).
