As shown in fig. 3, 6 and 7, the present application provides a cup, which includes a cup body 1, a partition plate 2 and a cup cover 3;
the partition plate 2 is positioned in the cup body 1 to divide the interior of the cup body 1 into a first chamber A and a second chamber B, a liquid through hole 21 is formed in the partition plate 2, and the liquid through hole 21 is respectively communicated with the first chamber A and the second chamber B;
the cup cover 3 is clamped and sealed on the cup opening of the cup body 1, a ventilation gap is formed between the cup cover 3 and the partition plate 2, and a liquid outlet 31 is formed in the cup cover 3, so that when the cup cover 3 rotates on the cup body 1, the liquid outlet 31 is communicated with the first cavity A or the second cavity B.
Specifically, the liquid through hole 21 and the air through gap of the partition plate 2 enable the first chamber A and the second chamber B to form a communicating vessel; when a person needs to eat solid particles and liquid at the same time, for example, the solid particles are located in the second chamber B, the water flow of the first chamber a flows out from the liquid through hole 21 of the partition plate 2, so that a propelling force from bottom to top is formed, the solid particles in the second chamber B are driven to flush out the liquid outlet 31, when the person only needs to drink the liquid, the solid is blocked in the second chamber B by the partition plate 2, and the purpose of only drinking the liquid without eating the solid particles is achieved. The two drinking modes are selected, and the cup cover 3 is only required to be adjusted to the corresponding cavity position; so that only liquid or both solid and liquid are consumed at the user's own choice.
Wherein, when the first chamber a or the second chamber B is filled with solid particles, the liquid through hole 21 and the air through gap both limit the solid particles in the first chamber a or the second chamber B, and the liquid outlet 31 is sized to accommodate the solid particles to pass through.
As shown in fig. 5, the liquid through hole 21 is optionally located at the lower end of the partition plate 2.
Specifically, the liquid through hole 21 is located at the lower end of the partition plate 2, so that when a user drinks, one of the liquid through hole 21 and the air through gap can be communicated with liquid, and the other can be communicated with the cavity to form a communicating vessel, so that the liquid can flow out of the cup body 1 conveniently.
Optionally, the divider plate 2 is removably attached within the cup 1.
Specifically, division board 2 and cup 1 can be the disconnect-type setting, like this, when needing to put solid particle in the cup, the selective can dismantle division board 2 and connect in the cup 1 has improved the suitability of cup.
As shown in fig. 3, 6 and 7, optionally, the width of the partition plate 2 is larger than the diameter of the cup body 1, so that when the partition plate 2 is located in the cup body 1, the partition plate 2 is elastically deformed to be clamped in the cup body 1.
In this embodiment, the width of division board 2 is greater than the diameter of cup 1, division board 2 only need be slightly wider than the cup 1 internal diameter of cup promptly, alright fix in cup 1 through self elasticity to the realization is with division board 2 high-speed joint in cup 1.
Optionally, the material of the separation plate 2 comprises an elastic material.
Specifically, the partition plate 2 includes a cardboard, a plastic plate, or a metal plate.
As shown in fig. 3, optionally, in order to seal and use the liquid outlet 31, the cup further comprises a flip cap 4, wherein the flip cap 4 is connected to the liquid outlet 31, and the flip cap 4 is opened when a user drinks through the liquid outlet 31.
Optionally, in order to connect the cup lid 3 to the cup body 1 in a sealing and rotatable manner, an annular flange extending outward is disposed at the rim of the cup body 1, and the annular flange is in interference fit with the inner wall of the cup lid 3, so that the cup lid 3 is clamped and sealed on the rim of the cup body 1.
Optionally, in order that the user drinks the liquid in the cup body 1 through the liquid outlet 31, the liquid outlet 31 is located at the edge of the cup cover 3.
Optionally, the materials of the cup body 1 and the cup lid 3 include paper, plastic, metal, ceramic and glass.
In this embodiment, a specific use method of the cup provided in the embodiment of the present application is as follows:
as shown in fig. 6, when solid particles and liquid are taken simultaneously: 1. placing the spacer in the empty cup; 2. putting the solid into the second cavity B; 3. filling liquid into the cup body 1; 4. the cup cover 3 is covered, and the liquid outlet 31 is adjusted to be above the second cavity B; 5. eating;
as shown in fig. 7, when only liquid is drunk: 1. placing the spacer in the empty cup; 2. putting the solid into the second cavity B; 3. filling liquid into the cup; 4. the cup cover 3 is covered, and the liquid outlet 31 is adjusted to be above the first cavity A; 5. it can be drunk.
In addition, regarding the shape of the partition plate 2, those skilled in the art can make modifications in applicability according to the shape of the cup, and the shape and the number of the liquid passing holes 21 can also be modified in applicability. For example, when the inside of the cup body 1 is tapered, the shape of the partition plate 2 may be an inverted trapezoid, where the short side of the inverted trapezoid is located at the bottom of the cup, and the long side is located at the rim of the cup.
Alternatively, in order to make the solid particles flow out of the liquid outlet 31 more smoothly, the liquid outlet 31 should be tangent to the inner wall of the cup cover 3.
In the cup provided by the application, the cup body 1, the partition plate 2 and the cup cover 3 are arranged; the partition plate 2 is positioned in the cup body 1 to divide the interior of the cup body 1 into a first chamber A and a second chamber B, the partition plate 2 is provided with a liquid through hole 21, and the liquid through hole 21 is respectively communicated with the first chamber A and the second chamber B; the cup cover 3 is clamped and sealed on the cup opening of the cup body 1, a ventilation gap is formed between the cup cover 3 and the partition plate 2, and a liquid outlet 31 is formed in the cup cover 3, so that when the cup cover 3 rotates on the cup body 1, the liquid outlet 31 is communicated with the first cavity A or the second cavity B. In this way, the first chamber a or the second chamber B can be selected to place solid particles, and the user can communicate the liquid outlet 31 with the first chamber a or the second chamber B only by rotating the cup cover 3, so that only liquid or both solid and liquid can be drunk according to the user's own selection. Further solving the technical problem that users are inconvenient to drink the solid and the liquid in the cup selectively according to their own preferences in the related art.
The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present application and is not intended to limit the present application, and various modifications and changes may be made by those skilled in the art. Any modification, equivalent replacement, improvement and the like made within the spirit and principle of the present application shall be included in the protection scope of the present application.
