该装置通过活性炭、光催化反应、紫外线照射等处理过程,对空气中的有害气体、粉尘、甲醛、有害病菌等进行处理净化,提高空气质量,同时通过风机的转动联动实现净化管的同步缓慢转动,对净化管和催化剂盒内的活性炭和催化剂进行翻动,提高活性炭的吸附能力,同时增加甲醛分解反应的接触面积,提高净化能力,同时该装置在对净化管进行拆卸和更换时操作简单。

请参阅图1至图8,本实用新型提供的一种实施例:一种用于净化甲醛的活性炭净化管,包括外壳体1;外壳体1的前端面下部设置有一组进风口103,进风口103位于外壳体1底部沿水平切向进行设置,在使用中通过进风口103将房间内的空气吸入进行净化;外壳体1的右侧固定连接有一组风机2;风机2还包括有驱动盘安装轴201、驱动齿轮202,风机2的左端面设置有一组驱动盘安装轴201,驱动盘安装轴201的外侧轴性连接有一组净化管驱动盘4;外壳体1为筒状结构,外壳体1还包括有端盖101、中心轴102、进风口103,外壳体1左端面为开口结构并通过螺栓固定连接有一组端盖101,在使用中通过可拆卸的端盖101对净化管6进行更换,并方便对外壳体1的内侧进行清理;风机2的右侧固定连接有一组电机3;外壳体1的内部轴性连接有一组净化管6;净化管6的内侧均匀排布固定设置有多组催化剂盒601,催化剂盒601内部设置有纳米级二氧化钛等光催化剂,外壳体1的内侧中性固定连接有一组中心轴102,中心轴102的内部设置有紫外线灯具,在使用中在紫外线灯具的照射和光催化剂的共同作用下促进甲醛与空气中氧气反应,促进甲醛的分解,净化空气;风机2的左端面轴性连接有一组净化管驱动盘4;净化管驱动盘4还包括有驱动盘端面齿401、内齿圈402,净化管驱动盘4的内侧设置有一组内齿圈402,内齿圈402与中间齿轮5啮合共同构成内齿轮传动机构,驱动齿轮202、中间齿轮5、净化管驱动盘4之间共同构成行星齿轮结构,在使用中中间齿轮5通过内齿轮传动机构带动净化管驱动盘4转动,并在行星齿轮结构的作用下将驱动齿轮202的快速转动转换为净化管驱动盘4的缓慢转动;风机2左端面轴性连接有一组中间齿轮5。
进一步,外壳体1的前端面下部设置有一组进风口103,进风口103位于外壳体1底部沿水平切向进行设置,在使用中通过进风口103将房间内的空气吸入进行净化。
进一步,风机2还包括有驱动盘安装轴201、驱动齿轮202,风机2的左端面设置有一组驱动盘安装轴201,驱动盘安装轴201的外侧轴性连接有一组净化管驱动盘4。
进一步,风机2的转轴左端面设置有一组驱动齿轮202,驱动齿轮202与中间齿轮5啮合共同构成齿轮传动机构,在使用中风机2通过齿轮传动机构带动中间齿轮5旋转。
进一步,净化管驱动盘4还包括有驱动盘端面齿401、内齿圈402,净化管驱动盘4的内侧设置有一组内齿圈402,内齿圈402与中间齿轮5啮合共同构成内齿轮传动机构,驱动齿轮202、中间齿轮5、净化管驱动盘4之间共同构成行星齿轮结构,在使用中中间齿轮5通过内齿轮传动机构带动净化管驱动盘4转动,并在行星齿轮结构的作用下将驱动齿轮202的快速转动转换为净化管驱动盘4的缓慢转动。
进一步,净化管6主体为网格状的结构,网格内部填充有活性炭,在使用中通过活性炭对空气中的有毒有害物质进行吸附,净化空气。
进一步,净化管6还包括有催化剂盒601、净化端面齿602,净化管6的右端面圆周阵列排布设置有多组净化端面齿602,净化管驱动盘4的左端面圆周阵列排布设置有多组驱动盘端面齿401,净化端面齿602与驱动盘端面齿401插接配合,在使用中,净化管驱动盘4通过净化端面齿602和驱动盘端面齿401带动净化管6旋转,同时又可以实现净化管6与净化管驱动盘4的快速分离,方便净化管6的更换。
进一步,净化管6的内侧均匀排布固定设置有多组催化剂盒601,催化剂盒601内部设置有纳米级二氧化钛等光催化剂,外壳体1的内侧中性固定连接有一组中心轴102,中心轴102的内部设置有紫外线灯具,在使用中在紫外线灯具的照射和光催化剂的共同作用下促进甲醛与空气中氧气反应,促进甲醛的分解,净化空气。
工作原理:使用时,电机3带动风机2旋转,风机2抽风,在风机2转动的同时,带动驱动齿轮202转动,驱动齿轮202通过由驱动齿轮202与中间齿轮5啮合共同构成的齿轮传动机构带动中间齿轮5转动,中间齿轮5通过由内齿圈402与中间齿轮5啮合共同构成的内齿轮传动机构带动净化管驱动盘4缓慢转动,净化管驱动盘4通过驱动盘端面齿401与净化端面齿602的插接配合带动净化管6缓慢转动,对净化管6和催化剂盒601内的活性炭和催化剂进行翻动,同时中心轴102内部的紫外线灯反射紫外线光线,在紫外线和催化剂盒601内的光催化剂的共同作用下将甲醛与氧气反应,达到分解甲醛的目的,同时通过对净化管6和催化剂盒601内的活性炭和催化剂进行翻动增加反应面积,增加紫外线光的催化作用,调高净化效果。

1.一种用于净化甲醛的活性炭净化管,其特征在于:包括外壳体(1);所述外壳体(1)的右侧固定连接有一组风机(2);风机(2)的右侧固定连接有一组电机(3);所述外壳体(1)的内部轴性连接有一组净化管(6);风机(2)的左端面轴性连接有一组净化管驱动盘(4);风机(2)左端面轴性连接有一组中间齿轮(5)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于净化甲醛的活性炭净化管,其特征在于:所述外壳体(1)为筒状结构,所述外壳体(1)还包括有端盖(101)、中心轴(102)、进风口(103),外壳体(1)左端面为开口结构并通过螺栓固定连接有一组端盖(101)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于净化甲醛的活性炭净化管,其特征在于:所述外壳体(1)的前端面下部设置有一组进风口(103),进风口(103)位于外壳体(1)底部沿水平切向进行设置。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于净化甲醛的活性炭净化管,其特征在于:所述风机(2)还包括有驱动盘安装轴(201)、驱动齿轮(202),风机(2)的左端面设置有一组驱动盘安装轴(201),驱动盘安装轴(201)的外侧轴性连接有一组净化管驱动盘(4)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于净化甲醛的活性炭净化管,其特征在于:所述风机(2)的转轴左端面设置有一组驱动齿轮(202),驱动齿轮(202)与中间齿轮(5)啮合共同构成齿轮传动机构。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于净化甲醛的活性炭净化管,其特征在于:所述净化管驱动盘(4)还包括有驱动盘端面齿(401)、内齿圈(402),净化管驱动盘(4)的内侧设置有一组内齿圈(402),内齿圈(402)与中间齿轮(5)啮合共同构成内齿轮传动机构,驱动齿轮(202)、中间齿轮(5)、净化管驱动盘(4)之间共同构成行星齿轮结构。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于净化甲醛的活性炭净化管,其特征在于:所述净化管(6)主体为网格状的结构,网格内部填充有活性炭。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于净化甲醛的活性炭净化管,其特征在于:所述净化管(6)还包括有催化剂盒(601)、净化端面齿(602),净化管(6)的右端面圆周阵列排布设置有多组净化端面齿(602),净化管驱动盘(4)的左端面圆周阵列排布设置有多组驱动盘端面齿(401),净化端面齿(602)与驱动盘端面齿(401)插接配合。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于净化甲醛的活性炭净化管,其特征在于:所述净化管(6)的内侧均匀排布固定设置有多组催化剂盒(601),催化剂盒(601)内部设置有纳米级二氧化钛等光催化剂,外壳体(1)的内侧中性固定连接有一组中心轴(102),中心轴(102)的内部设置有紫外线灯具。
