By arranging the manual maintenance switch, the high-voltage loop of the B-level voltage circuit can be ensured to be disconnected preferentially before an operator opens the upper cover of the power storage battery pack to expose the B-level voltage circuit, so that the operator is prevented from getting an electric shock.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 shows a schematic view of a conventional manual maintenance switch.
As shown in fig. 1, a manual maintenance switch 11 of a power storage battery pack is generally provided on a side surface of an upper cover 12 of the battery pack, or a lower case 13 of the battery pack. The surface provided with the manual service switch 11 may be fixed to the main body of the battery pack and restricted by the limit structure of the manual service switch 11 so as not to be opened.
Referring further to fig. 2, fig. 2 shows a schematic diagram of a conventional manual maintenance switch.
As shown in fig. 2, the above-mentioned conventional manual maintenance switch 11 is generally composed of an MSD plug 21, an MSD socket 22, and an MSD mounting bracket 23. The MSD mounting bracket 23 is fixedly mounted to the main body of the battery pack, and is used to fix the MSD socket 22. The MSD socket 22 is connected with a B-level voltage circuit of the battery pack; and includes a plurality of receptacles 221 for mating with the plurality of blades 211 of the MSD plug 21 to turn on the class B voltage circuit. The MSD plug 21 includes a plurality of blades 211 corresponding to the plurality of jacks 221, and a main circuit fuse 212 electrically connected to the plurality of blades 211.
During the maintenance or repair of the power battery pack, an operator must first pull out the MSD plug 21 to cause the high voltage circuit of the class B voltage circuit to open in response to the tab 211 being pulled out, in order to open the battery pack cover. Otherwise, the outer case of the MSD plug 21 interferes with the opening of the upper cover of the battery pack, so that the upper cover of the battery pack cannot be opened. This ensures that the high voltage circuit of the class B voltage circuit is open before the operator touches the class B voltage circuit in the battery pack.
However, as shown in fig. 2, the above-mentioned manual maintenance switch 11 involves a quick-release structure of the high-voltage connector, which requires a large number of plastic mold pieces, and the metal insertion piece 211 for overcurrent must be silver-plated to reduce the large contact resistance caused by the insertion structure, thus having a disadvantage of high cost. Thirdly, as shown in fig. 1, the manual service switch 11 with the plug-in structure is a small protrusion relative to the plane of the upper cover 12 of the battery pack, and a hollow space must be reserved on the vehicle chassis for the structure to have enough operation space. However, the structure of forming a hollow on the chassis of the vehicle is disadvantageous for waterproof, noise-proof and electromagnetic interference-proof. Fourthly, along with the implementation of the national requirement on the thermal runaway thermal diffusion of the new energy automobile, the interface of the manual maintenance switch 11 and the power storage battery pack becomes an obvious fire leakage and smoke leakage point, and the thermal runaway thermal diffusion protection of personnel in the automobile is not facilitated.
Therefore, in order to overcome the above-mentioned defects in the prior art, there is a need in the art for an electrical safety technique for maintaining a battery pack, which is used to ensure that a high-voltage circuit of a B-class voltage circuit is preferentially disconnected to prevent an electric shock of an operator before the operator opens an upper cover of a power storage battery pack to expose the B-class voltage circuit, and has the advantages of low cost and high reliability. Furthermore, in some embodiments, the electrical safety technology for maintaining the battery pack can also preferably have the beneficial effects of water resistance, noise prevention, electromagnetic interference prevention, fire and smoke leakage prevention.

As described above, the conventional manual maintenance switch 11 involves a quick release structure of a high-voltage connector, and requires a large number of plastic mold pieces, and the overcurrent metal tab 211 must be silver-plated to reduce a large contact resistance caused by the tab structure, which results in a high cost. Secondly, the fuse 212 integrated and sealed inside the MSD plug 21 has a defect of poor heat dissipation performance, and a higher requirement is put on the rated current specification of the fuse 212, and there is a problem that the life expectancy of the fuse 212 is easily reduced.
In order to overcome the above-mentioned defect that prior art exists, the utility model provides a prevent that the outage of maintainer electric shock maintains device, a battery package of installing this outage and maintaining device to and a battery package maintenance method based on this outage maintains device, be used for before operating personnel opens power storage battery package upper cover in order to expose its B level voltage circuit, guarantee the high-voltage circuit of priority disconnection B level voltage circuit in order to prevent that operating personnel from electrocuteeing. Meanwhile, the power-off maintenance device, the battery pack and the battery pack maintenance method have the advantages of low cost and high reliability. It is understood that the B-class voltage circuit refers to a dc circuit of the vehicle power battery pack with an operating voltage of 60V or more.
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a schematic assembly diagram of a power outage maintenance device according to an embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 3, the present invention provides an apparatus for maintaining power failure, which may include a housing 31 and a tamper bolt. In some embodiments, the housing 31 may be a cast aluminum housing, and may be mounted on the upper surface of the battery pack for engaging the battery pack cover 331 to cover the high voltage circuit (e.g., class B voltage circuit) of the battery pack. The high voltage circuit may include a circuit breaker 332 connected in series with its main circuit. The circuit breaker 332 includes, but is not limited to, a fuse whose rated current specification is adapted to the safe upper current limit of the battery pack. In some preferred embodiments, the fuse 332 may be connected to the positive power supply terminal 333 and the negative power supply terminal 334 of the high-voltage circuit by screw fastening structures, so as to reduce the contact resistance of the fuse 332 with the rest of the high-voltage circuit, thereby eliminating the production cost of silver plating the contact terminals.
In some embodiments, the upper visible surface of the housing 31 may be provided with a service opening 311 facing the upper side of the fuse 332 located uppermost in the high voltage circuit. In some preferred embodiments, the size of the service opening 311 may be adapted to the size of the fuse 332 such that the fuse 332 may occupy substantially the entire service opening 311 to be plugged to shield the remaining portion of the high voltage circuit and the tamper evident pins thereunder. When the battery pack is maintained or repaired, an operator can insert a screwdriver or other detaching tool into the housing 31 through the repair opening 311 from above to detach the fuse 332 without touching the detachment preventing pin below the fuse 332 and the rest of the high voltage circuit, thereby preventing the operator from getting an electric shock.
Further, by disposing the fuse 332 at the uppermost position of the high-voltage circuit and facing the maintenance opening 311, the heat dissipation performance of the fuse 332 can be greatly improved, thereby reducing the requirement for the rated current specification of the fuse 212 and increasing the life expectancy of the fuse 212.
It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the maintenance opening 311 formed in the upper visible surface of the housing 31 is only an embodiment provided by the present invention, and is mainly used to clearly demonstrate the concept of the present invention, and provide a specific solution convenient for the public to implement, rather than to limit the protection scope of the present invention.
Alternatively, in another embodiment, the maintenance opening 311 may be disposed on a front-side visible surface of the housing 31, which is directly opposite to a front side of the fuse 332 located at the forefront of the high-voltage circuit, so as to achieve the same technical effect. Accordingly, in other embodiments, the maintenance opening 311 may be disposed on other visible surfaces of the housing 31, and directly faces the side of the fuse 332 facing the outside of the housing 31 in the direction corresponding to the high-voltage circuit, so as to achieve the same technical effect.
It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the above-mentioned housing 31 mounted on the upper surface of the battery pack is only an embodiment provided by the present invention, and is mainly used to clearly demonstrate the concept of the present invention and provide a specific solution for the public to implement, but not to limit the protection scope of the present invention.
Alternatively, in other embodiments, the housing 31 may also be mounted on the upper surface, the lower surface, the front surface, the rear surface, the left surface or the right surface of the battery pack, and is used to cooperate with the cover body on the corresponding surface of the battery pack to cover the high-voltage circuit of the battery pack, so as to achieve the same technical effect. Preferably, in other embodiments, a plurality of power-off maintenance devices may be further disposed on a plurality of surfaces of the battery pack, so that an operator may open the corresponding cover body according to a specific configuration structure of the battery pack to maintain or repair the battery pack.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the housing 31 may further include a limiting structure 312 disposed on a plurality of sides of the housing 31 and extending outward. As shown in fig. 3, in some embodiments, the retaining structure 312 may be disposed at the end below the sides of the housing 31 and extend outward and fit under the edge of the opening of the battery pack cover 331 to engage the battery pack cover 331 to fixedly mount the housing 31. Specifically, when assembling the power storage pack of the vehicle, the operator may first cover the housing 31 above the position where the fuse 332 is to be installed so that the maintenance opening 311 faces the position where the fuse 332 is to be installed, and then press the pack upper cover 331 with the opening against the stopper structure 312 of the housing 31 to limit the displacement of the housing 31. Then, the operator can fix the battery pack upper cover 331 to the main body of the battery pack by using a bolt, a buckle, or the like, so as to fix the battery pack upper cover 331 and the housing 31.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the power-off maintenance device may further include a tamper-resistant latch. The anti-detach latch may be mounted to at least one side of the housing 31 from the inside of the housing 31 and extend to the outside of the housing 31 to engage the stopper structure 312 to fix the battery pack cover 331.
Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a schematic diagram illustrating an internal structure of the power outage maintenance apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 4, in some embodiments, the tamper bolt may include a bolt body 321 and a fastening bolt 322. The latch body 321 may be installed on the front side of the housing 31 from the inside of the housing 31 and extend to the outside of the housing 31 to cooperate with the limiting structure 312 to fix the battery pack cover 331. Specifically, when the maintenance or repair of the battery pack is performed, even if the operator releases the fixing structure between the battery pack upper cover 331 and the battery pack main body, the battery pack upper cover 331 is restricted by the plug body 321 and cannot be removed upward. Accordingly, the housing 31 is also restricted by the limiting structure 312 and the battery pack upper cover 331 and cannot be taken out in an upward-detaching manner, so that the electric shock hazard caused by directly detaching the battery pack with electricity by an operator is prevented. In some preferred embodiments, the installation height of the tamper bolt may be adapted to the thickness of the pack upper cover 331, thereby further stably fixing the pack upper cover 331.
In some embodiments, the fastening bolt 322 may be mounted inside the housing 31 and shielded by the fuse 332 for fastening and removing the plug pin body 321 in cooperation with a threaded structure of the front side of the housing 31. By providing the fastening bolt 322 for fastening and detaching the plug body 321 below the fuse 332, an operator cannot remove the detachment prevention plug provided on the lower side of the fuse 332 by bypassing the fuse 332 through the maintenance opening 311 provided on the upper side of the fuse 332. That is, before the operator opens the battery pack cover 331 to expose its class B voltage circuit, the fuse 332 must be removed preferentially to open the high voltage circuit of the class B voltage circuit, thereby preventing the operator from accidentally touching the rest of the high voltage circuit and causing an electric shock.
It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the above-mentioned anti-tamper bolt mounted on the front side of the housing 31 is only an embodiment provided by the present invention, and is mainly used to clearly demonstrate the concept of the present invention, and provide a specific solution convenient for the public to implement, but not to limit the protection scope of the present invention.
Alternatively, in another embodiment, a tamper-proof latch may be mounted on the rear, left or right side of the housing 31 for engaging the limiting structure 312 to fix the battery pack cover 331. Preferably, in other embodiments, a plurality of anti-detachment pins may be respectively mounted to a plurality of sides of the case 31, thereby further stably fixing the battery pack upper cover 331.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the housing 31 may be fixed to the main body of the battery pack through a limiting structure inside the housing 31. As shown in fig. 4, in some embodiments, the tamper bolt fastening bolt 322 may extend inwardly of the housing 31 to below the fuse 332 to engage the fuse 332 to secure the housing 31. Specifically, when assembling the power battery pack of the vehicle, the operator may first screw the fastening bolt 322 into the screw hole on the side surface of the housing 31 to fasten the latch body 321. At this time, the distal end in the inward extending direction of the fastening bolt 322 is located below the fuse 332 to be mounted. Thereafter, the operator may connect the fuse 332 in series between the positive power supply terminal 333 and the negative power supply terminal 334 of the high voltage circuit using the fuse 332 screwed into the fastening structure. At this time, the fuse 332 is positioned above the fastening bolt 322, and restricts upward movement of the tamper bolt. By adopting the limiting structure arranged inside the shell 31, even if the operator releases the installation and fixation of the battery pack upper cover 331 and the battery pack main body, the battery pack upper cover 331 and the shell 31 cannot be taken down at the same time, thereby preventing the electric shock hazard caused by the direct live disassembly of the battery pack by the operator.
Referring further to fig. 5, fig. 5 is a schematic diagram illustrating a power-off maintenance device to which a tamper bolt is to be installed according to an embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 5, in some embodiments of the present invention, the tamper resistant pin may include a plurality of pin bodies 321, for example, two pin bodies 321. The plurality of latch bodies 321 may be connected by a connecting portion, installed on the front side of the housing 31 from the inside of the housing 31, and extended to the outside of the housing 31 to cooperate with the limiting structure 312 to fix the battery pack cover 331. In some embodiments, the fastening bolt 322 may engage with the screw thread structures of the coupling portion and the front side of the housing 31 to fasten and remove the plurality of plug-pin bodies 321 of the tamper plug pin. By employing the detachment prevention pins with the plurality of pin bodies 321, the battery pack upper cover 331 can be further stably fixed to prevent it from shaking.
In some preferred embodiments, the tamper bolt may further include a sealing ring 323. The number and caliber of the seal rings 323 can be adapted to the number and outer diameter of the plug body 321. A sealing ring 323 may be installed between the plug body 321 and the front side surface of the housing 31 for sealing the housing 321. Through set up sealing washer 323 between bolt body 321 and casing 31, can promote casing 31's leakproofness to promote the waterproof, noise control of battery pack, electromagnetic interference resistance, leak protection fire and leak the effect of cigarette.
As shown in FIG. 1, in some preferred embodiments, the power-off maintenance device may also include a service flap 34. The service flap 34 may be sized to fit into the service opening 311 for covering the service opening 311 to seal the housing 31. Through configuring a maintenance port cover 34 with an adaptive size for the maintenance port 311, the sealing performance of the casing 31 can be improved, thereby improving the waterproof, noise-proof, electromagnetic interference-proof, fire-proof and smoke-leakage-proof effects of the battery pack.
According to another aspect of the present invention, there is also provided a battery pack. One or more surfaces of the battery pack can be provided with the power-off maintenance device provided by any one of the above embodiments, so that the high-voltage loop of the B-class voltage circuit is guaranteed to be disconnected preferentially to prevent an electric shock of an operator before the operator opens the upper cover of the power storage battery pack to expose the B-class voltage circuit. Meanwhile, the power-off maintenance device, the battery pack and the battery pack maintenance method have the advantages of low cost and high reliability. In some embodiments, the surface on which the outage maintenance device is mounted may include an opening. The edge of the opening is arranged above the limiting structure 312 of the power-off maintenance device and is arranged below the anti-dismounting bolt of the power-off maintenance device, so that the limiting structure 312 of the power-off maintenance device and the anti-dismounting bolt are used for limiting and fixing.
According to another aspect of the present invention, there is also provided a method of maintaining a battery pack.
Referring to fig. 6, fig. 6 is a schematic flow chart illustrating a maintenance method of a battery pack according to another aspect of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 6, the maintenance method of the battery pack provided by the present invention may include the steps of:
601: removing a breaker of a high-voltage circuit of the battery pack from a maintenance opening of a housing of the power-off maintenance device to break the high-voltage circuit and expose a removal-proof bolt of the power-off maintenance device;
602: removing the anti-disassembly bolt to release the fixation of the surface of the battery pack;
603: removing the surface of the battery pack to release the fixing of the limiting structure of the shell; and
