然而现有的食用菌配料混合搅拌装置大多仅通过轴心线处的搅拌刀旋转搅拌，搅拌效率低，搅拌不充分，食用菌配料容易附着在搅拌桶侧壁，导致搅拌不均匀。

本实用新型的目的在于：为了解决食用菌配料混合搅拌装置的上述问题，而提出的一种食用菌配料混合搅拌装置。

具体的，如图1和图3所示，搅拌桶1的外壁套接有套壳12，套壳12的内侧通过轴承转动连接有主动轮6和从动轮7，主动轮6和从动轮7之间通过皮带传动连接，主动轮6安装在搅拌辊3上，主动轮6与搅拌辊3固定连接。
具体的，如图1所示，从动轮7的顶部安装有传动辊8，传动辊8顶部通过万向联轴器传动连接有呈锥形结构的第一齿轮9，利用锥形齿轮的特性，结合万向联轴器的调整角度为5-45°，实现传动辊8的垂直传动。
具体的，如图1所示，第二搅拌刀11的转动轴贯穿至套壳12内，且转动轴的延伸端安装有呈锥形结构的第二齿轮10，第二齿轮10与第一齿轮9之间通过卡齿啮合连接。
具体的，如图1所示，搅拌桶1的底部安装有电机5，搅拌辊3的底端贯穿至套壳12底部，电机5的输出轴与搅拌辊3传动连接，电机5带动同时带动第一搅拌刀4水平圆周转动，和第二搅拌刀11竖直圆周转动。
具体的，如图1和图2所示，搅拌桶1的底部开设有出料口13，套壳12可以仅套在搅拌桶1两侧和底部的轴心处，以保证出料口13的开设，搅拌桶1的顶部设置有顶盖2，顶盖2为加重材质，保证了搅拌桶1搅拌的稳定性。
工作原理：使用时，通过将顶盖2打开，将食用菌配料倒入搅拌桶1内，启动电机5，使得搅拌辊3带动第一搅拌刀4和主动轮6转动，主动轮6与从动轮7之间通过皮带传动连接，从而使得从动轮7上的传动辊8转动，传动辊8通过万向联轴器带动呈锥形结构的第一齿轮9转动，第一齿轮9与第二齿轮10啮合连接，从而使得搅拌辊3侧壁的第二搅拌刀11转动搅拌，避免食用菌配料附着在搅拌桶1内壁，实现了搅拌桶1内第一搅拌刀4进行中部的水平转动搅拌，第二搅拌刀11进行侧壁处的竖直圆周转动搅拌，大大提高了搅拌桶1的搅拌效率，且降低了搅拌桶1的使用成本，提高了搅拌桶1的使用性。
