Description
Technical Field
This strain a section of thick bamboo belongs to industry environmental protection field, concretely relates to strain a section of thick bamboo with elastic sleeve and inflation head.
Background
A cylindrical filter cartridge is inserted into a so-called filter housing, and the filter cartridge is inserted into a position where a circular pattern plate hole is opened, for example, on a bottom plate pattern plate hole of a corresponding filter housing, and is fixed to the opened pattern plate hole by an upper collar of the filter cartridge, and a plurality of filter cartridges can be placed in the filter housing body.
Filter cartridges are used, for example: clean air, which is drawn through the filter and further into the filter cartridge by the suction device. Dust and foreign particles form a layer deposited on the outside of the cylindrical filter cartridge to be cleaned at appropriate intervals. For example: by blowing air in the opposite direction or by shaking the cartridge housing. Over such a period of time, the filter cartridge wears and must therefore be easily replaced.
The filter cartridges currently available:
a substantially cylindrical pleated filter cartridge includes a head, a top sleeve, a relatively rigid cylindrical screen inside a pleated filter media with a resilient bottom element, and a pleated exterior. The top sleeve is configured to fit over the panel holes of the filter. In addition to the peripheral groove, the top sleeve of the filter cartridge includes a collar that prevents movement of the filter cartridge after insertion into the faceplate aperture. And a section of the top sleeve below the peripheral groove is conical. The top sleeve thus allows itself to be pressed down through the card hole and effect a seal against the edge of the card hole at the upper edges of the groove, collar and tapered portion respectively.
The conical portion of the top sleeve naturally allows it to deform under a certain force, since the material is an elastomer and the peripheral groove constitutes a thickness reduction of the top sleeve, whereby the collar groove can bend like a hinge with respect to the conical portion.
This can be achieved, for example, by inserting the filter cartridge by exerting a suitable force on the top of the collar: the filter cartridge can be installed in a corresponding position on the faceplate hole by stepping on.
On the other hand, removal of the filter cartridge cannot be achieved without the use of tools which are typically pushed under the collar, and the sleeve is then twisted loose, since the sleeve is typically subjected to a suitably high prestress to achieve a sufficiently effective seal.
To further ensure the fixing of such known filter cartridges, permanent clamping bands may be used, for example: stainless steel may be inserted inside the sleeve opposite the peripheral groove, so that the sleeve opposite the groove is reinforced. However, with filter cartridges of the above-mentioned type, in particular with long cartridges, vibrations may occur in the filter, which is disadvantageous, the grooves being affected by friction and thus being worn, which results in the filter cartridge becoming defective.
SUMMERY OF THE UTILITY MODEL
It is an object of the present invention to provide a replaceable filter cartridge having an expansion head which is relatively easy to install for a particular effective seal, and which can be installed in many different filter housings and provides an effective seal.
Because the expansion end socket comprises two edges, a filter with one size can be inserted into the flower plate holes with different diameters, and flower plates with different thicknesses designed in the filter shell can be accepted. And can accept even slightly oval holes in the panel holes without degrading the desired filtration quality. This is achieved by sharing the sealing function between two annular ribs rather than just one. Moreover, the result of this construction is that the filter cartridge according to the invention is composed of two parts, an expansion head, a filter material with an elastic sleeve and an elastic bottom. This means reduced production and storage costs.
The filter cartridge with elastic sleeve and expansion head comprises an externally pleated filter cartridge 3, an elastic sleeve 4, a flange 5, a conical portion 6 of the filter cartridge, a contact portion 7, an expansion head 10, a stop edge 11, a first rib 12, a planar annular middle portion 13, a second rib 14, a bottom 17, an annular gap 18;
the elastic sleeve 4 on the filter cartridge is inserted into the flower plate hole 9 of the shell flower plate 2 of the filter;
a flange 5 is arranged above the elastic sleeve 4, the flange 5 is leaned on the pattern plate hole 9, a contact part 7 is arranged right below the flange 5 on the outer side of the elastic sleeve 4, and a conical part 6 is arranged on the outer side of the elastic sleeve 4 below the contact part 7;
the expansion head 10 is inserted into the elastic sleeve 4 in a plug-in manner, the expansion head 10 being provided with a first edge 12 and a second edge 14 and a planar annular middle part 13;
when the expansion head 10 is inserted into the elastic sleeve 4, the first rib 12 is arranged opposite the lower edge of the card hole 9, on the side facing away from the flange 5, whereby the first rib 12 forms a projection on the mainly contacting part 7 of the collar below the flange 5 for fixing and tightening the elastic sleeve 4 with the flange in the card hole 9, and the second rib 14 is located opposite the side of the card 2 facing the flange 5, the second rib 14 being located higher than the flange 5.
The top of the expansion end socket 10 is provided with a stop edge 11.
The expansion end socket is provided with a drawing handle 16.
With the filter cartridge according to the invention, the advantages are achieved:
1. a particular size of cartridge can be used on deck plates of different pore sizes and thicknesses when the appropriate number of different expansion heads are used. Production and storage costs may be reduced.
2. With the filter cartridge according to the present invention, these advantages can be achieved even with very long filter cartridges. For example: a filter cartridge of 2 meters in length and in the event of considerable turbulence in the filter, is still very safe, vibration-free, and reliable in fixing, and effective in sealing.
3. The filter cartridge according to the invention with which the expansion head is used is very easy to install and remove, since the insertion of the filter cartridge is effected mainly by friction, with the collar being placed freely in the pattern hole, after which the expansion head 10 is inserted into the sleeve and then stepped into place. Removal of the filter cartridge according to the invention has also been simplified because the relatively hard expansion head makes a good engagement point for the tool, and in the example involving a handle, removal does not necessarily require the use of a tool.
4. The advantage of the filter cartridge according to the invention is that it is resistant to wear, while normally dirty cartridges are not subjected to any significant degree of stress or distortion, so that the dust and dirt collected in the filter is not spread out to the surroundings or in contact with the person performing the filter removal.

Detailed Description
Fig. 2 shows the sleeve 4 on the cartridge, which is inserted into the faceplate hole 9 of the faceplate 2 of the housing of the filter.
The sleeve 4 is made of an elastic material and comprises a flange 5, the flange 5 resting on the pattern holes 9. The flange is substantially annular. On the outside of the collar, directly below the flange 5, there is a contact portion 7, further downwards, the diameter of the collar is further reduced, forming a conical portion 6, the lower part of the collar, seen in cross-section, is slightly thicker at the flange than upwards, because the lower end 8 is used for moulding the pleated filter cartridge itself into the sleeve.
The expansion head 10 is inserted in the sleeve 4 in the manner of a plug, whereby the sleeve and the flange directly below expand outside and abut against the plate hole. The seal is thus achieved by elastic compression of the collar. In contrast to the sleeve, the expansion head 10 is itself made of a relatively hard material, as in fig. 3.
In the example of the invention, as shown in fig. 4, the expansion head is provided with a first edge 12 and a second edge 14 and a planar annular middle part 13.
When the expansion head is inserted into the sleeve, the first ridge 12 is arranged opposite the lower edge of the card hole, i.e. the side facing away from the flange 5, whereby the first ridge 12 forms a projection on the mainly contacting part 7 of the collar below the flange 5 for fixing and tightening the sleeve 4 with the flange in the card hole 9, the part above the ridge 12 being conical.
When the expansion head 10 is inserted into the sleeve 4 in its final position, the second edge 14 is located at the upper edge of the card 2, opposite the side facing the flange 5, or slightly above the upper edge of the card, at a level with the flange of the flange 5.
The second rib 14 is intended to prevent the sleeve 4 from shrinking too much under the influence of the first rib 12 in the area around the edge of the flange 5 and the straight part 7 below the flange. In addition, the two edges are shown with concentrated pressure around the edges of the card 2. This second rib 14 helps to ensure that the collar in this region bears tightly against the panel hole 9, especially if the thickness of the sleeve 4 is small.
The top of the expansion head 10 is provided with a stop edge 11 or flange, which determines the fully inserted position of the expansion head in the collar. The stop edge 11 also serves as an attack point for removing the expansion head. The expansion head is removed from the sleeve by gripping or below the stop edge with a suitable tool.
Of course, the expansion head can also be provided with extraction handles 16, as shown in fig. 5, which comprise a rod arranged at right angles to the axis of symmetry of the filter cartridge and connected to two diametric points on the inside 15 of the expansion part. It is advantageous for the pull-out handle to be designed as narrow as possible and to taper in the direction of the axis of symmetry of the filter, so that it offers only negligible resistance to the air flow through the filter.
As illustrated in fig. 5, the expansion head 10 is provided with an annular lip, so that two annular ribs 12 and 14 are present on the side of the lip for fixing the filter cartridge. In this example, the stop edge 11 is placed so that it is at a distance from the flange 5 when the flange is in place. Thereby providing an annular gap 18 which facilitates removal of the expansion head.
