Detailed Description
The technical solution of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings of the present invention. Based on the embodiments in the present invention, all other embodiments obtained by a person skilled in the art without creative efforts belong to the protection scope of the present invention.
See fig. 1. The leg trainer comprises a base 1, a holding part 1-1 and a training part 1-2 which are arranged on the base 1. The training part 1-2 comprises a main frame 2 of the training part, a middle shaft 3, a dowel bar 4 and a damping device 5. The two dowel bars 4 are perpendicular to the middle shaft 3 and are arranged in mirror symmetry along the front-back connecting line of the main frame 2. One end of the main frame 2 is fixed on the base 1, and the other end is provided with a main frame through hole 6 for the middle shaft 3 to pass through; two ends of the middle shaft 3 respectively penetrate through the two dowel bars 4 and are in force transmission connection with the dowel bars 4; the upper end of the dowel bar 4 is in force-transmitting connection with the damping device 5, i.e. the force of the dowel bar 4 can be transmitted to the damping device, or vice versa. The lower end of the dowel bar 4 is provided with a leg pad 7, and when the dowel bar 4 is driven by the leg pad 7 to rotate around the central shaft 3 under the action of force, the damping device 5 provides resistance force. Thus, the force-transmitting rod 4 forms a lever, the forces applied to its two ends being the force applied by the user's leg and the resistance of the damping device 5, respectively. By selecting different damping devices 5 or adjusting the strength of the damping devices 5, flexible adjustment of the exercise force can be achieved.
In order to make the way of force adjustment more flexible, a gear adjustment device 8 is also provided in the training part 1-2, which gear adjustment device 8 can be fixed at different positions in the axial direction of the force transmission rod 4 and is connected to one end of the damping device 5. The structural stability of the training part 1-2 can be further improved by additionally arranging the auxiliary frame 11, the U-shaped frame connecting rod 13 and the like, and the use safety of the leg training device is improved; the middle shaft 3 is sleeved by the bearing, so that the movement process is more smooth and stable, the equipment is convenient to maintain, and the service life is prolonged.
The damping device 5 is not particularly limited, and may be selected from one of a spring, a weight, or a damping cylinder. However, from the viewpoint of further improving safety in use, it is preferable to use a damping cylinder so that even if a user loses force during exercise, the damping cylinder prevents the force from rapidly and strongly acting on the user's leg, thereby preventing the user from being injured by pushing or pulling the leg. Specifically, one end of the damping device 5 is hinged to the gear adjusting device 8, and the other end is hinged to the U-shaped frame, so that the installation and arrangement of the damping device are realized.
The above is an improvement on the training part 1-2, and the present invention is also improved on the holding part 1-1. The holding part 1-1 is positioned in front of the training part 1-2, and the holding part 1-1 comprises a main support rod 14, a chest pad 15 and a handle 16; one end of the main support rod 14 is connected with the base 1, and the other end is provided with a chest pad 15; the grip 16 is mounted to the front side wall of the main support bar 14. In using the leg training machine, the user can not only abut the chest against the chest pad 15, but also hold the grip 16 to improve stability. In order to adjust the height of the handle 16, a plurality of positioning holes are formed in the main support rod 14, and the handle 16 is detachably connected with the main support rod 14 through the positioning holes, so that the installation height of the handle 16 can be adjusted. In addition, the height of the breast pad 15 relative to the base 1 can be adjusted, and any means known in the art can be used for realizing the height adjustment, including a positioning hole forming manner similar to the handle 16, a built-in spring and positioner manner, and the like, and the details are not described.
