4. The lie-flat wheelchair of claim 2 wherein the leg rest includes a vertical brace secured to the front riser beam portion; a leg cushion rotatably connected to the upper end of the vertical support frame; and the telescopic assembly drives the leg cushion to turn.
5. The reclining wheelchair of claim 4 wherein said telescoping assembly is configured as a power push rod or a spring rod.
6. The reclining wheelchair of claim 1 wherein said seat further comprises a waste bin.
7. The reclining wheelchair as claimed in claim 2, wherein the reinforcement arms are pivotally connected to each other at the center thereof, and are fastened to the upper and lower tube beam portions at the opposite ends thereof.
