Description
Technical Field
The utility model relates to the technical field of electrical apparatus, especially, relate to a cooking utensil.
Background
As the standard of living increases, various cooking appliances such as ovens gradually move into homes of common people.
In many existing cooking appliances, such as an oven, a heater is installed inside an inner container of the cooking appliance, and heat radiation generated by the heater heats food. In the products, a concave part with an opening facing the inner container is arranged on the top plate of the inner container, and the top surface of the concave part is higher than the top plate of the inner container, so that the concave part can be used for accommodating the heater.
In the above-mentioned design, the heat accumulation effect of cooking utensil's inner bag can't be guaranteed, has influenced this cooking utensil's heating efficiency.
Disclosure of Invention
The present invention has been made in view of the above problems.
According to an aspect of the present invention, there is provided a cooking appliance, including: the inner container is characterized in that a top plate of the inner container is provided with a recessed part, the opening of the recessed part faces the inner part of the inner container, and the top surface of the recessed part is higher than the top plate; wherein a middle region of a top surface of the depression is upwardly arched with respect to the two side edges, a first ratio of an arched height of the top surface to a width of the top surface being greater than 0.015; and a heater disposed within the recess.
Through the minimum threshold value of the first ratio of the arch height and the width of setting up the top surface, guarantee that the middle zone of above-mentioned top surface has obvious shape of upwards arching for both sides edge to be favorable to gathering together of heat energy more, in order to reach better heat gathering effect, promote the heating efficiency of whole inner bag.
Illustratively, the first ratio is less than 0.125. By setting the highest threshold of the first ratio, the arching degree of the top surface is not too high, and a space range is reserved for other structures of the cooking utensil. And within the threshold range, the top plate and the top surface of the inner container are easier to process, and higher yield can be ensured.
Illustratively, the sidewalls of the recess slope in an upward direction toward the center of the recess.
On one hand, the reflecting surface of heat radiation can be increased, and the heat efficiency of reflection is improved. On the other hand, the top plate can be formed by a stamping process through a section bar, and the inclined angle is more beneficial to processing and manufacturing of the top plate, so that the manufacturing cost is reduced.
Illustratively, the minimum distance from each point on the top surface to the curved surface on which the top plate is located is greater than 8mm and less than 30 mm.
The value range of the minimum distance can ensure that the concave part has a better hiding effect on the heating pipe, and the thin heating pipe or the thick heating pipe can be properly contained. In addition, the top surface of the depressed part can be processed and formed on the basis of the top plate, and the minimum distance is set to be less than 30mm, so that the deformation of the side wall of the depressed part can be ensured within the specification range which can be borne by common liner materials, and the processing quality is ensured.
Illustratively, the minimum distances from each point on the top surface of the recess to the curved surface on which the top plate is located are equal.
Thus, the distance from the top surface of the recessed portion to the top plate in the vertical direction is equal everywhere, so that the recessed portion can have a larger space for accommodating the heater. And the space is not wasted due to the overlarge partial distance from the top surface to the top plate after the heater is arranged in the cavity, or the space is not occupied due to the fact that the heater is exposed out of the concave part due to the overlarge partial distance.
Illustratively, a middle region of the top surface has a first curvature and two side regions of the top surface have a second curvature, the second curvature being greater than the first curvature.
Thus, the middle region of the top surface of the recess is relatively flat, while the two side regions are relatively curved. The more crooked both sides region can guarantee that this top surface has better heat accumulation effect, and the more flat middle zone can guarantee that this top surface is unlikely to too high, plays the effect of effectively utilizing the inner bag space.
Illustratively, the heater is arcuate, the heater being entirely contained within the recess.
Therefore, the heater can not occupy the actual use space of the inner container, and the use efficiency of the space in the inner container of the cooking utensil is further improved.
Illustratively, the minimum distance from each point on the heater to the curved surface on which the top plate is located is the same.
Therefore, the heater and the top plate can form a relatively flat inner surface, and the situation that a part of the heater protrudes out of the top plate due to the fact that the heater is inconsistent with the shape of the top plate and occupies the actual use space of the liner is avoided.
Illustratively, the heater is made of a bent heating pipe, and two ends of the heating pipe extend out of the top surface of the depressed part and are connected with an electric device outside the inner container.
Therefore, the connection of electric devices of the cooking appliance is facilitated, the route of a circuit or other electric devices is optimized, materials are reduced, and the design cost is reduced.
According to another embodiment of the present invention, the cooking appliance is a built-in oven or a built-in steaming and baking integrated box.

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, exemplary embodiments according to the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. It is to be understood that the described embodiments are merely exemplary of the present invention and are not intended to limit the invention to the particular embodiments described herein. Based on the embodiments of the present invention described in the present application, all other embodiments obtained by those skilled in the art without creative efforts shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
The utility model provides a cooking utensil, it includes inner bag 100 and heater 200, as shown in figure 1. The inner container 100 provides a cavity for placing food to be cooked for the cooking appliance. The cooking appliances include, but are not limited to, conventional ovens, steam boxes, steam ovens, microwave ovens, and built-in products as described above, including built-in ovens, built-in steam boxes, built-in steam ovens, and built-in microwave ovens.
The top plate 110 of the inner container 100 is provided with a recess 111. The recess 111 opens toward the inside of the inner container 100, and a top surface 112 of the recess 111 is higher than the top plate 110, as shown in fig. 2. That is, a portion of the top plate 110 is recessed when viewed from the inside of the inner container 100. When viewed from the outside of the inner container 100, the top plate 110 protrudes from the top plate 110 in a recessed state. The heater 200 is disposed in the recess 111 from the inside of the inner container 100.
The central region of the top surface 112 of the recess 111 is upwardly arched with respect to the two side edges, as shown in fig. 4. The first ratio of the vault height D1 of the top surface 112 and the width L1 of the top surface 112 is greater than 0.015. The arching height D1 is a vertical distance between the lowest point and the highest point of the top surface 112, and the width L1 is a horizontal distance between both side edges of the top surface 112.
When cooking food with the cooking appliance, the food to be cooked may be placed on a rack, tray or shelf. The racks, trays or shelves are typically designed so that the food to be cooked is generally centered within the liner 100 after it is placed thereon. In this case, by setting the minimum threshold of the first ratio D1/L1 of the height D1 and the width L1 of the top surface 112 to 0.015, the middle area of the top surface 112 can be ensured to have an upwardly arched shape with respect to the two side edges, so that the top surface 112 can generate a more significant heat collecting effect, reflect the heat radiation more intensively toward the food, and improve the heating efficiency of the entire inner container 100.
Further, the first ratio D1/L1 is less than 0.125. By setting the maximum threshold of the first ratio D1/L1 of the height D1 and the width L1 of the top surface 112 to 0.125, the degree of arching of the top surface 112 is not too high, which leaves a range of space for other structures of the cooking appliance. And within the above threshold range, the top surface 112 of the inner container 100 is easier to process, and a higher yield can be ensured.
Optionally, the middle region of the top panel 110 is also upwardly arched relative to the two side edges. A second ratio D2/L2 of the camber height D2 of the top plate 110 and the width L2 of the top plate 110 is greater than 0.015, and/or less than 0.125. The second ratio D2/L2 between the arching height D2 and the width L2 of the top plate 110 is consistent with the first ratio, so that the concave part 111 can be conveniently machined and formed on the basis of the top plate 110, and the manufacturing process of the inner container 100 is simplified.
Illustratively, the sidewalls 113 of the recess 111 are sloped in an upward direction toward the center of the recess 111, as shown in fig. 2-4. The side wall 113 functions to connect the top plate 110 and the top surface 112 of the recess 111. Since the side wall 113 has an inclined angle and is inclined toward the center. On one hand, the reflecting surface of heat radiation can be increased, and the heat efficiency of reflection is improved. On the other hand, the top plate 110 can be formed by a stamping process through a section bar, and the inclined angle is more beneficial to the processing and manufacturing of the top plate 110, so that the manufacturing cost is reduced. Finally, the side wall 113 may guide substances such as distilled water generated during cooking to flow along the side wall 113 to the top plate 110, and further flow down along the side wall of the inner container 100 through the top plate 110. And dripping on the heater 200 or the food to be cooked is avoided, and contamination and damage to both are avoided.
Illustratively, the minimum distance h from each point on the top surface 112 of the recess 111 to the curved surface on which the top plate 110 lies is greater than 8mm and less than 30mm, as shown in FIG. 3.
Normally, the heater 200 of the cooking appliance is attached to the top surface of the recess 111. The minimum distance h from each point on the top surface 112 of the recess 111 to the curved surface of the top plate 110 is greater than 8mm, so that the recess 111 can accommodate a thinner heating tube and has a better hiding effect. The minimum distance h from each point on the top surface 112 of the concave part 111 to the curved surface where the top plate 110 is located is less than 30mm, so that the concave part 111 can hide thicker heating pipes and has better hiding effect. In addition, the top surface of the depressed part 111 can be processed and formed on the basis of the top plate 110, and the minimum distance h is set to be less than 30mm, so that the deformation of the side wall of the depressed part can be ensured within the standard range which can be borne by common liner materials, and the processing quality of the liner is ensured.
Further, the minimum distances from the points on the top surface 112 of the recess 111 to the curved surface on which the top plate 110 is located are the same. That is, the top surface 112 of the recess 111 is bent to substantially the same degree as the top plate 110. Thus, the distance in the vertical direction from the top surface 112 of the recess 111 to the top plate 110 is equal everywhere, enabling the recess 111 to have a larger space for accommodating the heater 200. Without wasting space due to an excessive distance from the top surface 112 to the top plate 110 after the heater 200 is disposed therein, or occupying a usage space of the inner container 100 due to an exposure of the heater 200 to the recess 111 due to an insufficient distance.
Illustratively, a middle region of the top surface 112 of the recess 111 has a first curvature, and both side regions of the top surface 112 of the recess 111 have a second curvature, which is greater than the first curvature.
Thus, the central region of the top surface 112 of the recess 111 is relatively flat, while the two side regions are relatively curved, as shown in fig. 3-4. The relatively curved side regions can ensure that the top surface 112 has a good heat collecting effect, and the relatively flat middle region can ensure that the vertical height of the top surface 112 is not too high, so that the condition that the space of the liner is wasted due to the fact that the middle region is too curved to be attached to the heating pipe is avoided, and the effect of effectively utilizing the space of the liner is achieved.
Illustratively, the heater 200 may have an arc shape. In this way, the heater 200 can be better attached to the inside of the concave portion 111 along with the radian of the concave portion 111, so that the concave portion 111 can completely accommodate the heater 200 without occupying the actual use space of the inner container 100, and the use efficiency of the space in the inner container 100 of the cooking appliance is further improved.
Preferably, the minimum distance from each point on the heater 200 to the curved surface on which the top plate 110 is located is the same. That is, the heater 200 is bent to substantially the same degree as the top plate 110. Thus, the heater 200 can form a relatively flat inner surface with the top plate 110, and prevent a portion of the heater from protruding out of the top plate 110 due to the non-uniform shape of the top plate 110, thereby occupying the space of the inner container 100 in practical use.
Illustratively, the heater 120 is made of a bent heating tube, both ends of which are connected to electrical devices (not shown) outside the inner bladder 100 from the top surface 112 of the recess 111. Because the electrical components of the cooking utensil are usually arranged on the top of the cooking utensil, two ends of the heating pipe extend out of the top, the connection of the electrical components is facilitated, the route of a circuit or other electrical components is optimized, materials are reduced, and the design cost is reduced.
