3. The rail suspension assembly of claim 1, wherein the compression member comprises a compression plate having an arcuate upper surface, and a lower surface abutting the upper surface of the rail;
the adjusting part comprises an adjusting rod, one end of the adjusting rod is connected with one end of the pressing plate in the width direction, the other end of the adjusting rod penetrates through a first through hole in the supporting seat and is located below the supporting seat, an external thread is arranged on the adjusting rod, and an adjusting nut is screwed on the adjusting rod through the thread.
