The pressing module 33 comprises a rotary cylinder 331 and a pressing member 332, the rotary cylinder 331 is disposed on the carrying plate 312, the pressing member 332 is connected to a piston rod of the rotary cylinder 331, and the rotary cylinder 331 can drive the pressing member 332 to rotate so that the pressing member 332 presses the turnover plate 323.
As shown in fig. 1 and 6, in the moving direction of the carrying and transferring turnover mechanism 3, the turnover driving mechanism 4 is located downstream of the positioning and supporting mechanism 2, the turnover driving mechanism 4 can be connected to the turnover module 32 to drive the turnover module 32 to rotate, the turnover driving mechanism 4 includes a driving member 41 and a sliding module 42, the driving member 41 can be connected to the turnover shaft 322 to drive the turnover shaft 322 to rotate, the sliding module 42 is connected to the driving member 41, and the sliding module 42 can drive the driving member 41 to move toward the direction close to or away from the turnover shaft 322.
As shown in fig. 5, the positioning and supporting mechanism 2 includes four positioning modules 21, each positioning module 21 includes a first slide rail 211, a first slide block 212, a second slide rail 213, a second slide block 214, a first locking member 215 and a second locking member 216, the first slide rail 211 extends along a first direction, the first direction is perpendicular to the moving direction of the loading and moving turnover mechanism 3, the first slide block 212 is slidably disposed on the first slide rail 211, the second slide rail 213 is disposed on the first slide block 212 and extends along a second direction, the first direction is parallel to the moving direction of the loading and moving turnover mechanism 3, the second slide block 214 is slidably disposed on the second slide rail 213, and the second slide block 214 is provided with a positioning member 217 for positioning the aluminum film 100. First locking member 215 is attached to first sliding track 211, first locking member 215 is used to lock first sliding block 212 to first sliding track 211, second locking member 216 is attached to second sliding track 213, and second locking member 216 is used to lock second sliding block 214 to second sliding track 213.
As shown in fig. 1, the transportation driving mechanism 5 is disposed on the track assembly 1, and the transportation driving mechanism 5 is connected to the loading and transferring and overturning mechanism 3, and the transportation driving mechanism 5 can drive the loading and transferring and overturning mechanism 3 to slide relative to the track assembly 1. In the moving direction of the loading and moving turnover mechanism 3, the tab deviation correcting mechanism 6 is located at the upstream of the turnover driving mechanism 4, the tab deviation correcting mechanism 6 comprises two finger cylinders 61 used for clamping tabs of the battery cell 200, and the two finger cylinders 61 are respectively located at the left side and the right side of the track assembly 1.
The working process of the aluminum film feeding and overturning device of the embodiment is as follows:
the positions of the first sliding block 212 and the second sliding block 214 of the four positioning modules 21 are adjusted to enable the four positioning parts 217 to be well matched with the size of the aluminum film 100, and after the adjustment is finished, the first sliding block 212 and the second sliding block 214 are locked by the first locking part 215 and the second locking part 216 respectively;
the aluminum film 100 is placed on the four positioning pieces 217 by adopting a manipulator to realize the positioning of the aluminum film 100, and then the aluminum film is placed on the aluminum film;
starting the motor 3131 to rotate the pulley 3132 and the lead screw 3133 in turn to lift the fixing plate 321 and the carrying plate 312, so that the aluminum film 100 is separated from the four positioning elements 217;
the transportation driving mechanism 5 is started to drive the carrying module 31 and the overturning module 32 to move towards the direction close to the tab correcting mechanism 6, the tab correcting mechanism 6 clamps the tab of the battery cell 200, the sliding module 42 drives the driving piece 41 to move towards the direction close to the overturning shaft 322, and the driving piece 41 is connected with the overturning shaft 322;
after the correction is finished, the driving part 41 drives the overturning shaft 322 to overturn while the finger cylinder 61 loosens the tabs, so that the aluminum film 100 covers the exposed end face of the battery cell 200;
when the turnover plate 323 rotates to the position of being attached to the fixed plate 321, the rotating cylinder 331 drives the pressing piece 332 to rotate, so that the turnover plate 323 is pressed on the carrying plate 312 to complete the turnover of the aluminum film 100;
after the aluminum film 100 is turned over, the driving member 41 and the turning shaft 322 are separated from the transportation driving mechanism 5 to continue transporting, carrying and turning mechanism 3.
