Description

Oral hygiene article
Technical Field
The utility model relates to an oral hygiene product for cleaning oral cavity by chewing or rolling.
Background
As oral hygiene products that contribute to healthy tooth management, there are interdental brushes, dental floss, tongue scrapers, and the like in addition to toothbrushes. Interdental brushes are used to remove food debris or tartar, etc. that are trapped between teeth. Dental floss, which is an oral hygiene product for removing food debris and tartar, etc., which are not completely removed by brushing, is used similarly to an interdental toothbrush, except that the gaps between teeth do not reach the level of using an interdental toothbrush. A tongue scraper is an oral hygiene product for removing a white coating from a tongue, which is one of causes of halitosis.
In order to remove food residue or tartar (interdental calculus) trapped between teeth, an interdental brush or floss is proposed. When the interdental space is narrow, it is difficult to use an interdental brush, and therefore, dental floss is preferred to an interdental brush. As the dental floss product, there are a product in which dental floss is wound and used in a certain length to the extent that the dental floss is cut to be used, and disposable dental floss that can be used one by one. The product for cutting the dental floss is to cut the dental floss by 40cm and roll it 1-3 times in the middle finger of both hands, and pull the dental floss elastically to insert the dental floss between the teeth and move it in a slow-pulling manner, thereby removing foreign materials between the teeth. In this way, in the case of a product in which the dental floss is cut off for use, the dental floss is rolled around a finger for use, and therefore, there is inconvenience in that wax, perfume, and the like of the dental floss may be stained on the hand. To solve such inconvenience, disposable flosses have been developed in which a floss is attached to a floss support.
However, in the case of disposable dental floss, there are inconveniences as follows: in order to extend the dental floss between teeth deep in the oral cavity, such as molars, it is necessary to extend a part of the fingers into the oral cavity, and saliva such as spit in the oral cavity is stained on the hand during this process. Further, since the dental floss is unpleasant to other people due to the phenomenon that foreign matter such as food in the oral cavity is caught and saliva flows out during use of the dental floss, it is inconvenient to use the dental floss in front of other people in public places.
Therefore, the utility model provides a more sanitary and free dental floss appliance which can be used in front of other people.

The overall outer shape of the 2 nd plate 120 is a polygonal shape. For example, the 2 nd plate 120 is formed
Figure BDA0002321368900000061
Such a configuration. The 2 nd dental floss plate 120 includes a 3 rd dental floss holder 123 and a 4 th dental floss holder 124 provided at both sides with a space therebetween. Dental floss 130 is provided in a tensed state at both side ends of the 3 rd and 4 th floss holders 123 and 124. Although not shown, grooves for fastening the dental floss 130 are provided at both side ends of the 3 rd and 4 th floss holders 123 and 124. For example, the 3 rd and 4 th floss holders 123 and 124 are injection molded products.
The 2 nd plate 120 is rotatably inserted in the same axis as the axis in which the 1 st dental plate 110 is provided, i.e., the axis 103 of the outermost contour dental plate 100. The 2 nd plate 120 is overlapped and combined with the 1 st plate 110 as a dental floss plate having a size smaller than that of the 1 st plate 110.
The 3 rd floss holder 123 is obliquely provided to the 1 st floss holder 111 side of the 1 st floss plate 110. The 3 rd floss holder 123 is formed to be smaller in size than the 1 st floss holder 111 of the 1 st floss plate 110. The 3 rd floss bracket 123 is rotatably inserted into the shaft 103 of the outermost dental floss plate 100.
The 4 th floss holder 124, which is located on the opposite side of the 3 rd floss holder 123, is inclined toward the 2 nd floss holder 112 side of the 1 st floss plate 110. The 4 th floss holder 124 is formed as a 2 nd floss holder 112 having a size smaller than the 1 st floss holder 110. The 4 th floss holder 124 is rotatably inserted on the shaft 103 of the outermost dental floss plate 100.
When the 2 nd dental floss plate 120 is rotated about the shaft 103, a rotation angle θ formed by an imaginary extension line of the dental floss 130 provided on the outermost dental floss plate 100 and an imaginary extension line of the dental floss 130 provided on the 2 nd dental floss plate 120 may be 60 degrees to 120 degrees.
In this way, in embodiment 2 of the present invention, a plurality of the 1 st dental plate 110 and the 2 nd dental plate 120 are rotatably inserted in an overlapping manner inside the outermost dental plate 100. For example, in addition to the 1 st dental plate 110 and the 2 nd dental plate 120, dental plates are additionally stacked and coupled to the inside of the outermost dental plate 100. At this time, the dental floss plate gradually decreases in size as it approaches the center of the outermost dental floss plate 100, and is inserted into the shaft 103 of the coaxial outermost dental floss plate 100 so as to be rotatable at a certain angle.
Next, the interdental cleaning process of the oral hygiene product according to embodiment 2 of the present invention will be described.
As shown in fig. 5 and 6, according to embodiment 2 of the present invention, the outermost dental plate 100, the 1 st dental plate 110, and the 2 nd dental plate 120 are smoothly spread, so that the size can be reduced, and the dental plate is very convenient to store and carry.
As shown in fig. 7 and 8, when the oral hygiene product according to embodiment 2 of the present invention is put into the oral cavity and rolled in the oral cavity, the 1 st dental plate 110 and the 2 nd dental plate 120 rotate about the shaft 103 of the outermost dental plate 100 and are deformed into a form suitable for cleaning between teeth.
The oral hygiene product of embodiment 2 of the present invention can be rolled in the oral cavity, and the teeth are cleaned by the dental floss 130 of the outermost dental floss plate 100 and the dental flosses 130 of the 1 st dental floss plate 110 and the 2 nd dental floss plate 120.
The embodiment 2 of the present invention not only removes foreign materials such as foods between teeth, but also naturally contacts the tongue during chewing or rolling in the oral cavity, thereby performing the function of a tongue scraper. That is, the 1 st dental plate and the 2 nd dental plate rotate to contact the surface of the tongue, thereby removing the tongue coating on the surface of the tongue and hygienically managing the oral cavity.
In embodiment 2 of the present invention, compared to embodiment 1, the 2 nd dental plate 120 is further provided, whereby the cleaning effect between teeth can be improved.
Next, an oral hygiene product according to embodiment 3 of the present invention will be described.
Fig. 9 is a separated perspective view showing a coupling structure of a shaft and a plurality of dental plates according to embodiment 3 of the present invention, fig. 10 is a perspective view showing a coupling structure of a shaft and a plurality of dental plates according to embodiment 3 of the present invention, and fig. 11 is a side view showing a coupling structure of a shaft and a plurality of dental plates according to embodiment 3 of the present invention.
The coupling structure 200 of the plurality of dental floss plates and the shaft 103 is formed as a coupling structure that enables the plurality of dental floss plates to maintain a form of different angles from each other. The plurality of dental plates may be an outermost dental plate 100, a 1 st dental plate 110, a 2 nd dental plate 120. In fig. 9 to 11, only the outermost dental tape sheet 100 is shown for convenience of explanation.
Specifically, the outer peripheral surface portion of the shaft 103 coupled to the dental floss plate is constituted by a concave portion 201 and a convex portion 202. The entire outer peripheral surface of the shaft 103 or a part of the outer peripheral surface of both side end portions of the shaft 103 is constituted by a concave portion 201 and a convex portion 202.
The dental plate portion into which the shaft 103 is inserted and coupled is provided with a coupling hole 203. The coupling hole 203 is further provided with at least one engaging portion 203 a. The engaging portion 203a is formed to protrude toward the center of the coupling hole 203, and is engaged with the concave portion 201 or the convex portion 202. For example, the engaging portion 203a, the concave portion 201, and the convex portion 202 have curved outer shapes.
Fig. 12 is a side view showing a rotation state of the 1 st dental plate according to the 3 rd embodiment of the present invention.
When the outermost dental plate 100 and the 1 st dental plate 110 are rotated to form different angles with the coupling holes 203 of the outermost dental plate 100 and the 1 st dental plate 110 coupled to the shaft 103, the engaging portions 203a of the coupling holes 203 are engaged with the concave portions 201 or the convex portions 202 to restrict the rotation of the outermost dental plate 100 and the 1 st dental plate 110. When the outermost dental plate 100 and the 1 st dental plate 110 are rotated in different directions from each other, the hooking portions 203a of the coupling holes 203 provided in the outermost dental plate 100 and the 1 st dental plates 110 and 120 are also twisted to form different angles from each other.
Thus, the outermost dental plate 100 and the 1 st dental plate 110 can be maintained in different forms at different angles without collapsing.
Fig. 13 is a side view showing a rotation state of the 1 st dental plate and the 2 nd dental plate according to the 3 rd embodiment of the present invention.
When the outermost dental plate 100, the 1 st dental plate 110 and the 2 nd dental plate 120 are rotated to form different angles with the coupling holes 203 of the outermost dental plate 100, the 1 st dental plate 110 and the 2 nd dental plate 120 coupled to the shaft 103, the engaging portions 203a of the coupling holes 203 are engaged with the recesses 201 or the protrusions 202, and the rotation of the outermost dental plate 100, the 1 st dental plate 110 and the 2 nd dental plate 120 is restricted. When the outermost dental plate 100, the 1 st dental plate 110 and the 2 nd dental plate 120 are rotated in different directions from each other, the engaging portions 203a of the coupling holes 203 of the outermost dental plate 100, the 1 st dental plate 110 and the 2 nd dental plate 120 are also twisted to form different angles from each other.
Thus, the configuration of the outermost dental plate 100, the 1 st dental plate 110, and the 2 nd dental plate 120 can be maintained as they are without collapsing.
As described above, the present invention can remove foreign substances such as food between teeth, and can remove the tongue coating because the tongue coating naturally contacts with the tongue during chewing or rolling in the oral cavity.
The above description is merely illustrative of the technical idea of the present invention, and those skilled in the art can make various modifications, changes, and substitutions without departing from the scope of the essential characteristics of the present invention.
