Specifically, the water spray assembly 100 mainly comprises a water spray pipe 110, a water spray nozzle 120 and a sealing member 130, wherein the water spray nozzle 120 is disposed at an end of the water spray pipe 110, and the water spray nozzle 120 extends into the water spray pipe 110, so that the water spray nozzle 120 can supply water into the water spray pipe 110; the seal 130 is disposed between the outer wall of the spout 120 and the inner wall of the spout 110 to seal the gap between the outer wall of the spout 120 and the inner wall of the spout 110 by the seal 130, and also to fix the position of the spout 120 relative to the spout 110 by the friction between the seal 130 and the outer wall of the spout 120 and the inner wall of the spout 110.
In this embodiment, at least two sealing members 130 are disposed between the outer wall of the water nozzle 120 and the inner wall of the water spraying pipe 110, and the sealing members 130 are disposed on the outer wall of the water nozzle 120 at intervals along the axial direction of the water spraying pipe 110, so that the plurality of sealing members 130 are disposed at intervals along the axial direction of the water spraying pipe 110 on the outer wall of the water nozzle 120, and the plurality of sealing members 130 not only can seal different portions of the outer wall of the water nozzle 120 and the inner wall of the water spraying pipe 110, but also can improve the sealing performance between the water nozzle 120 and the water spraying pipe 110, and can prevent water from leaking from the gap between the water nozzle 120 and the water spraying pipe 110 at the end of the water spraying pipe 110, thereby ensuring that the water spraying assembly 100 does not damage.
Meanwhile, the sealing member 130 not only can perform a sealing function, but also can fix the nozzle 120 by disposing a plurality of sealing members 130 at different positions of the nozzle 120, as described above, due to the friction between the sealing members 130 and the outer wall of the nozzle 120 and the inner wall of the spout 110, so that the sealing members 130 disposed at different positions can fix different positions of the nozzle 120, which can enhance the firmness of the connection between the nozzle 120 and the spout 110.
As shown in fig. 4, the water nozzle 120 of the present embodiment includes a water inlet portion 121 and a water spraying portion 122, the water inlet portion 121 and the water spraying portion 122 respectively have a water inlet passage 1211 and a water spraying passage 1221 which are communicated with each other, the water spraying assembly 100 may be connected to a water pump through a water pipe, the water pump is communicated with a water tank, specifically, the water inlet passage 1211 may be located at an opposite outer side of the water nozzle 120, the water spraying passage 1221 is located at an opposite inner side of the water nozzle 120, a first end of the water inlet passage 1211 may be connected to the water pump through a water pipe, the water pump delivers cleaning water in the water tank to the water inlet passage 1211 of the water nozzle 120 through a water pipe, a second end of the water inlet passage 1211 is communicated with a first end of the water spraying passage 1221, a second end of the water spraying passage 1221 faces the inside of the water spraying pipe 110, and water in the water inlet.
As shown in fig. 4, in one possible embodiment, the inner diameter of the water inlet passage 1211 may be larger than the inner diameter of the water spray passage 1221. Thus, the flow rate of the water in the water inlet passage 1211 is larger, and after the water in the water inlet passage 1211 enters the water spraying passage 1221, the inner diameter is reduced, so that the pressure and the flow rate of the water in the water spraying passage 1221 are increased, and the cleaning water can be sprayed to the water spraying pipe 110 by the water spraying passage 1221 in a spraying manner, so that the cleaning water can be uniformly sprayed to all parts of the water spraying pipe 110; meanwhile, since the flow rate of the cleaning water in the water spray passage 1221 is high, the cleaning water in the water inlet passage 1211 can be ensured to enter the water spray passage 1221 in time, and the flowing speed of the cleaning water in the water spray pipe 110 is not affected.
Since the inner diameters of the water inlet passage 1211 and the water spray passage 1221 are different, the flow rate and the flow velocity of the cleaning water in the water inlet passage 1211 and the water spray passage 1221 are different, therefore, the pressure of the water inlet portion 121 corresponding to the water inlet passage 1211 and the pressure of the water spraying portion 122 corresponding to the water spraying passage 1221 on the water spraying pipe 110 are different, in this embodiment, in order to firmly and tightly connect the water inlet 121 and the water spraying portion 122 of the nozzle 120 with the spray pipe 110, and avoid the pressure difference between the water inlet 121 and the water spraying portion 122 to the spray pipe 110, so that the connection between the water inlet portion 121 and the water spraying portion 122 and the water spraying pipe 110 is unbalanced, and in the process of spraying water into the water spraying pipe 110 by the water nozzle 120, the water nozzle 120 is twisted or deflected due to different pressures at different parts, so that the water nozzle 120 and the water spray pipe 110 are prevented from being not tightly sealed, or the water nozzle 120 is not firmly fixed, and the sealing member 130 is correspondingly arranged outside the water inlet portion 121 and outside the water spraying portion 122.
By correspondingly arranging the sealing elements 130 outside the water inlet part 121 and the water spray part 122, on one hand, the sealing element 130 outside the water inlet part 121 can seal a gap between the outer wall of the water inlet part 121 and the inner wall of the water spray pipe 110, and the sealing element 130 outside the water spray part 122 can seal a gap between the outer wall of the water spray part 122 and the inner wall of the water spray pipe 110, so that the outer wall of the water inlet part 121 and the outer wall of the water spray part 122 of the water spray nozzle 120 can be tightly sealed with the water spray pipe 110, and the situation that the sealing element 130 is arranged at only one part due to different pressures of the water inlet part 121 and the water spray part 122 on the water spray pipe 110, and the sealing is not tight possibly caused by the twisting or the deflection of the water; on the other hand, by providing the sealing material 130 outside the water inlet portion 121 and outside the water discharge portion 122, the frictional force between the sealing material 130 at two positions and the outer wall of the water nozzle 120 and the inner wall of the water discharge pipe 110 can fix both the water inlet portion 121 and the water discharge portion 122 of the water nozzle 120, and thus the water nozzle 120 can be securely connected to the end portion of the water discharge pipe 110.
It should be noted that the inner diameter of the water spray passage 1221 is smaller than the inner diameter of the water inlet passage 1211 as a whole, and the specific shapes of the water inlet passage 1211 and the water spray passage 1221 are not limited in this embodiment, for example, the cross sections of the water inlet passage 1211 and the water spray passage 1221 may be circular or elliptical, and the inner diameters of the water inlet passage 1211 and the water spray passage 1221 may be fixed along the axial direction, or the inner diameters of different portions of the water inlet passage 1211 or the water spray passage 1221 may be different, or the inner diameters of the water inlet passage 1211 or the water spray passage 1221 may gradually change from one end to the other end.
In one possible embodiment, as shown in FIG. 2, the outer wall of the spout 120 may have a first surface of revolution 123, the inner wall of the spout 110 may have a second surface of revolution 111 that mates with the first surface of revolution 123, and the seal 130 is disposed between the first surface of revolution 123 and the second surface of revolution 111.
The outer wall of the spout 120 has a first surface 123 of revolution, the first surface 123 of revolution may be located at a portion of the spout 120 extending into the spout 110, and the inner wall of the spout 110 has a second surface 111 of revolution matching the first surface 123 of revolution of the outer wall of the spout 120, wherein the second surface 111 of revolution is only the inner wall surface of the end of the spout 110 where the spout 120 is located, or the entire inner wall surface of the spout 110 is the second surface 111 of revolution, that is, the second surface 111 of revolution is the inner wall surface of the spout 110.
The plurality of sealing members 130 are disposed between the first surface 123 and the second surface 111, such that the plurality of sealing members 130 are spaced apart from each other in parallel on the same surface, the force transmitted from the first surface 123 of the nozzle 120 to the second surface 111 of the spout 110 is balanced, the stability of the sealing members 130 is improved, the sealing members 130 tightly seal the gap between the outer wall of the nozzle 120 and the inner wall of the spout 110, and the sealing members 130 can serve to fix the nozzle 120. In addition, the first surface 123 of the outer wall of the nozzle 120 and the second surface 111 of the inner wall of the nozzle 110 facilitate the matching connection between the nozzle 120 and the nozzle 110, and the nozzle 120 can transmit the water pressure of the inner wall thereof to each part of the nozzle 110 uniformly, so that the pressure-bearing capacity of the water spray assembly 100 is better.
Specifically, the seal 130 may surround the outside of the first plane of revolution 123. The portion of the nozzle 120 where the sealing member 130 is disposed has a first surface of revolution 123, the corresponding portion of the spout 110 has a second surface of revolution 111, the sealing member 130 is located between the first surface of revolution 123 and the second surface of revolution 111, so that the sealing member 130 surrounds the outside of the first surface of revolution 123, and the plurality of sealing members 130 are correspondingly disposed outside the water inlet portion 121 or the water spraying portion 122 of the nozzle 120, respectively, so that the plurality of sealing members 130 surround the outside of the first surface of revolution 123 at intervals.
In one embodiment, the at least two sealing members 130 may include a first sealing member 131 correspondingly disposed outside the water inlet portion 121 and a second sealing member 132 correspondingly disposed outside the water spraying portion 122, and a distance between the first sealing member 131 and the second sealing member 132 may be greater than or equal to 1/2 of a length of the water nozzle 120 extending into the water spraying pipe 110.
As shown in fig. 2 and 4, in this example, two sealing members 130, i.e., a first sealing member 131 and a second sealing member 132, are disposed between the outer wall of the water nozzle 120 and the inner wall of the water spray pipe 110, the first sealing member 131 is disposed outside the water inlet portion 121, the second sealing member 132 is disposed outside the water spray portion 122, so that the outer walls of the water inlet portion 121 and the water spray portion 122 of the water nozzle 120 and the corresponding portions of the inner wall of the water spray pipe 110 can be sealed by the first sealing member 131 and the second sealing member 132, it is ensured that the first and second seals 131,132 can seal tightly against the gap between the spout 120 and the spout 110, it is possible to avoid the pressure difference between the water inlet portion 121 and the water spraying portion 122 of the water nozzle 120 to the water spraying pipe 110, and the gap between the nozzle 120 and the nozzle 110 leaks water when the nozzle 120 is twisted or deviated, the first and second sealing members 131 and 132 ensure that water leakage does not occur.
The first sealing member 131 outside the water inlet portion 121 and the second sealing member 132 outside the water discharge portion 122 have a double fixing function for the water nozzle 120, and can buffer and balance the pressure of the water inlet portion 121 and the water discharge portion 122 on the water discharge pipe 110, thereby preventing the water nozzle 120 from being twisted or deflected and ensuring the water nozzle 120 to be firmly connected to the end portion of the water discharge pipe 110. In addition, by setting the distance between the first sealing member 131 and the second sealing member 132 within a range greater than or equal to 1/2, which is the length of the nozzle 120 extending into the spout 110, a sufficient distance between the first sealing member 131 and the second sealing member 132 can be provided, so that the first sealing member 131 and the second sealing member 132 can have a better double sealing effect on the gap between the outer wall of the nozzle 120 and the inner wall of the spout 110, and the nozzle 120 can be more firmly fixed.
Alternatively, the seal 130 may be sized to conform to the inner diameter of the spout 110. Taking the example that the sealing member 130 includes the first sealing member 131 and the second sealing member 132, the first sealing member 131 and the second sealing member 132 are respectively and correspondingly disposed outside the water inlet portion 121 and the water spraying portion 122 of the water nozzle 120, and the first sealing member 131 and the second sealing member 132 are both wound around the first surface of revolution 123 of the outer wall of the water nozzle 120, the outer diameters of the water inlet portion 121 and the water spraying portion 122 corresponding to the first surface of revolution 123 are the same, and correspondingly, the inner diameters of the portions of the second surface of revolution 111 corresponding to the water spraying pipe 110 are also the same, so that the sizes and the shapes of the first sealing member 131 and the second sealing member 132 can be the same.
Alternatively, the water inlet portion 121 and the water discharge portion 122 may have different inner diameters, and the water discharge pipe 110 may have different inner diameters at different portions of the second surface 111, so that the first and second sealing members 131 and 132 may have different sizes, and the inner diameters of the first and second sealing members 131 and 132 may be identical to the inner diameters of the corresponding portions of the water discharge pipe 110. For example, the first sealing member 131 and the second sealing member 132 may be "O-ring" sealing rings of the same specification.
As shown in fig. 4, in one possible embodiment, the length of the water spraying part 122 may be less than that of the water inlet part 121.
