For example, in one embodiment, a cylindrical inner pot receiving portion may be provided at the pot body 10, and the inner pot 11 may be freely put into or taken out of the inner pot receiving portion. The removable arrangement allows the user to conveniently remove the inner pan 11 for cleaning. Of course, in other embodiments, the inner pot 11 may be fixedly provided in the pot body 10 in an unreleasable manner. The pot body 10 is also generally provided therein with a heating means for heating the inner pot 11.
The lid 20 is provided to the pot body 10 in an openable and closable manner. Therefore, the lid body 20 generally has a shape adapted to the shape of the pot body 10, so that the pot body 10 can be easily covered. When the lid body 20 is opened with respect to the pot body 10, the opening of the inner pot 11 in the pot body 10 is exposed, and the user can add food materials to the inner pot 11 or take cooked food out of the inner pot 11. When the cover 20 is covered on the pot body 10, it covers the inner pot 11 and forms a cooking space with the inner pot 11. A sealing member is further provided between the cover body 20 and the inner pot 11 to maintain a good sealing property of the cooking space.
In addition, the cooking appliance 100 further includes a handle 30 connected to the cooking appliance body. The user may lift the cooking appliance 100 by grasping the handle 30 for carrying, moving, etc. The pot body 10 and the lid body 20 with respect to the handle 30 may be referred to as a cooking appliance body of the cooking appliance 100. The handle 30 is provided with a grip portion 31 for gripping, which is used for a user to obtain a good touch feeling when gripping, and can maintain a friction force when gripping, thereby playing a role of anti-slip. As shown in fig. 1, the grip portion 31 is wrapped around the handle 30.
The grip portion 31 is made of a thermoplastic vulcanized elastomer. The thermoplastic vulcanized elastomer is obtained by vulcanizing rubber materials such as ethylene propylene diene monomer, nitrile rubber, butyl rubber and the like and polypropylene plastic according to different component ratios. Ethylene-propylene-diene rubber is generally a copolymer of ethylene, propylene and a small amount of a non-conjugated diene, and is one of ethylene-propylene rubbers. Nitrile rubber is a member of the acrylonitrile and butadiene synthetic rubbers. Butyl rubber is synthesized from isobutylene and a small amount of isoprene. The thermoplastic vulcanized elastomer used in the utility model is generally prepared by mixing 40% of rubber material and 20% -30% of polypropylene plastic with reinforcing filler. In order to adjust the hardness of different types of thermoplastic vulcanized elastomers, the proportion of the components is adjusted accordingly.
The thermoplastic vulcanized elastomer has the excellent performances of high elasticity, aging resistance and oil resistance of the traditional crosslinked vulcanized rubber, can work and use at the temperature range of-60 ℃ to 135 ℃, has small deformation and excellent weather resistance and chemical resistance; meanwhile, the plastic has the characteristics of convenience in processing common plastics and wide processing mode. Therefore, when the grip portion 31 is used, the processing method is simple, and a good grip feeling can be provided. In addition, the material is suitable for being processed with plastic materials and the like in an integrated forming mode.
It is to be understood that integrally formed as referred to herein means that the parts of the component parts are constructed as a unitary and non-detachable structure after forming by bonding of materials and without the use of separate connectors or snap-fit mechanical structures or the like.
According to the present invention, the holding portion 31 is formed on the handle 30 by integral molding. That is, the grip portion 31 is directly bonded to the base body by the thermoplastic vulcanizate constituting the same, so that the trouble of providing a complicated assembly structure can be eliminated, thereby simplifying the number of parts and the structure, facilitating the manufacture thereof, and having a reliable connection strength and being less likely to fail.
In one embodiment, the gripping portion 31 may be integrally formed with the handle 30 through a two-shot process. In particular, the handle 30 may be made of a plastic material, which may be molded in a mold, for example, by an injection molding process. Then, the molded handle 30 is put into an injection molding machine as a base (or referred to as an insert) to perform secondary injection molding. In this process, the heated thermoplastic vulcanizate is molded directly onto the substrate to form the grip portion 31. Thus, the grip portion 31 and the handle 30 are formed as an integral member. Preferably, the specific gravity of the thermoplastic vulcanizate constituting the grip portion 31 may be in the range of 0.90 to 0.97, and the melt temperature thereof may be in the range of 180 ℃ to 225 ℃. Such physical properties can be adapted to the processing conditions of the injection molding process.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 3, the thickness D of the thermoplastic vulcanizate constituting the grip portion is from 0.5mm to 20 mm. The thickness can be selected from 0.5mm, 3mm, 10mm, 15mm or 20mm according to different use requirements (for example, different sizes of hands of different users and corresponding different thicknesses of the hands).
It will be appreciated that the engagement force between the grip portion 31 and the handle 30 is related to the engagement surface of the two. The larger the area of the bonding surface, the greater the bonding force; the more bonding surfaces (especially intersecting bonding surfaces) there are between, the more complex the direction of action of the bonding force and thus the greater the bonding strength. Preferably, the number of surfaces of the handle 30 to which the thermoplastic vulcanized elastomer material constituting the grip portion 31 is bonded is 1 or more and 4 or less. Thus, the sufficient bonding strength can be ensured, and the increase of the production cost caused by the excessively complicated structure can be avoided.
Further, although not shown in the drawings, it is understood that, in order to increase the bonding strength between the thermoplastic vulcanizate constituting the grip portion 31 and the handle 30, convex protrusions may be provided on the surface of the handle 30 corresponding to the grip portion 31, and the thermoplastic vulcanizate is wrapped around the protrusions and molded on the handle 30. This increases the bonding area between the thermoplastic vulcanizate and the handle 30, thereby increasing the bonding strength. Further, a concave recess may be provided on the surface of the handle 30 corresponding to the grip portion 31, and the thermoplastic vulcanizate is molded on the handle 30 by filling the recess, and the bonding area may be increased to increase the bonding strength. Of course, both the concave portion and the convex portion may be provided on the surface of the handle 30, and a plurality of both may be provided.
With continued reference to fig. 2 and 3, in the present embodiment, the handle 30 is constructed in a U-shaped structure which is pivotally connected to opposite sides of the pot body 10 through both ends of the U-shaped structure. When the user needs to carry the mobile cooking appliance 100 using the handle 30, the handle 30 may be pivoted to the state shown in fig. 1 and 2, and when the handle 30 is not needed, the rear portion pivoted to the pot body 10 may be horizontally placed to avoid obstructing the user's operation.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 3, the dimension L of the grip portion 31 in the longitudinal direction of the handle 30 is 10mm to 500 mm. The dimension L may be 10mm, 50mm, 100mm, 300mm, 400mm, 500mm, etc., depending on the use requirements (e.g., different sizes of hands, different widths of the user's grip, and further differences between single and double hand grips). The dimension L of the gripping portion 31 can also adopt the above-mentioned arrangement when the handle 30 is of other possible elongated shapes.
Referring to fig. 1, in the present embodiment, the grip portion 31 covers the handle 30 over the entire circumference of the handle 30 in the longitudinal direction. However, it will be appreciated that the gripping portion 31 may be provided only on the surface of the handle 30 facing away from the cooking appliance body (i.e., the outwardly facing surface), or the gripping portion 31 may be provided only on the surface of the handle 30 facing toward the cooking appliance body (i.e., the inwardly facing surface). The skilled person will be able to flexibly select the desired design as required.
Furthermore, a plurality of holding parts 31 may be provided at intervals along the longitudinal direction of the handle 30, so that the user may select to grip different holding parts 31 according to the holding state. For example, the holding portions 31 may be disposed on both side arms of the U-shaped structure, and the user may grip the holding portions 31 of different side arms with both hands to realize a two-handed holding. The advantage of the spacing arrangement is that material can be saved. Of course, the grip portion 31 covering the handle 30 may be provided over the entire length of the handle without considering material costs.
According to the utility model discloses a cooking utensil sets up on the handle in order to form the portion of gripping through thermoplasticity vulcanize elastomer's material integrated into one piece, and the shaping is made easily to this structure, and bonding strength between the two parts is reliable, need not increase part quantity, can obtain good feeling simultaneously in order to promote user experience.
