The utility model mainly provides a dehumidifier mainly lies in providing a relation of arranging between fuselage 100 and the water tank 200, and wherein, fuselage 100 has the dehumidification function, and under the operating condition of dehumidifier, water tank 200 is used for saving the water that fuselage 100 formed, and at the idle state of dehumidifier, water tank 200 is used for acceping fuselage 100. Therefore, the volume of the water tank 200 is greatly increased, so that the water tank 200 can store more water, the continuous working time of the dehumidifier is greatly prolonged, the water pouring times of a user are reduced, and the use experience of the user is improved; meanwhile, in an idle state, the size of the dehumidifier can be greatly reduced, the cabinet loading amount during transportation is increased, and the transportation cost and the storage cost are greatly reduced. Based on the above, the air duct structure, the supporting mode, the water tank 200 mode, the water level switch 600, the handle 300' mode, the winding structure and the like of the machine body 100 are correspondingly improved.
The specific structure of the dehumidifier will be described mainly by way of example, and specifically, the overall and supporting relationship between the body 100 and the water tank 200 will be described first, the form of the water tank 200, the winding structure and the water level switch 600 will be described, and then the duct system and the handle 300' will be described.
Referring to fig. 1 to 5, in an embodiment of the present invention, the dehumidifier includes:
a body 100, the body 100 having a dehumidifying function;
a water tank 200, the water tank 200 having a receiving cavity 210;
the dehumidifier has a working state and an idle state, in the working state, the receiving cavity 210 of the water tank 200 is used for receiving water formed by the dehumidification of the machine body 100, and in the idle state, the receiving cavity 210 at least receives a part of the machine body 100.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, the main body 100 has a dehumidification function, that is, the main body 100 can remove moisture in the air, and there are many ways of dehumidification, such as condensation dehumidification, that is, the air at normal pressure is cooled to below the dew point temperature to condense water vapor into condensed water; compressing and dehumidifying, for example, compressing and cooling the air to condense water vapor in the air into water; the adsorption dehumidification may be performed by solid adsorption dehumidification or by liquid adsorption dehumidification. In the following embodiments of the present application, the air is cooled and dehumidified by a refrigerant circulation system formed by combining the compressor 550, the evaporator 510, the condenser 520, the throttling device, and the like. The overall shape of the body 100 may be various, such as a rectangular parallelepiped, a cube, a cylinder, etc., and the cross section thereof is square-like or round-like. The overall shape of the receiving chamber 210 of the water tank 200 is similar to the overall shape of the body 100, so that the body 100 can be installed while saving space.
When the dehumidifier works, the body 100 can be arranged right above the water tank 200, so that the generated condensed water can flow into the water tank 200 under the action of gravity, and in addition, the stability of the working state of the dehumidifier is gradually increased along with the increase of water in the water tank 200. Of course, in some embodiments, the water tank 200 may be disposed directly above the main body 100 in an operating state, or the water tank 200 and the main body 100 may be disposed in parallel, and at this time, a water pump is required to pump water in the water tank 200 to the water tank 200 above. Under the operating condition, whole water tank 200 all can be used for flourishing water for the volume of water tank 200 can obtain big increase, is favorable to reducing user's the number of times of pouring water. It is worth mentioning that parallel means substantially parallel, allowing for small amplitude deviations.
In an idle state of the dehumidifier, a part or the whole of the body 100 is accommodated in an accommodating cavity 210 of the water tank 200 in various ways, for example, the opening of the water tank 200 is placed upwards, the body 100 enters and is taken out of the accommodating cavity 210 through the opening along the upper and lower directions, specifically, the opening of the water tank 200 is upwards, and the body 100 enters and exits the water tank 200 through the opening; in some embodiments, the body 100 may be placed on the ground, the water tank 200 may be turned upside down, and then the body 100 may be covered with the water tank. No matter which mode, the volume of the dehumidifier under the idle state is greatly reduced, so that the cabinet loading amount can be increased in the storage and transportation process, and the transportation and storage cost can be greatly saved.
In order to further allow the body 100 to be better installed into the water tank 200, the overall shape and size of the body 100 are comparable to the shape and size of the receiving cavity 210. The height of the body 100 corresponds to the height of the receiving cavity 210. For example, the overall outer shape of the body 100 is a cylindrical shape, and the overall shape of the housing chamber 210 is also a cylindrical space.
Regarding the specific structure of the body 100, the body 100 includes a housing 190, the housing 190 has an air inlet 110, an air outlet 120, and an air duct communicating the air inlet 110 and the air outlet 120, and an air duct assembly and a heat exchanger assembly are disposed in the air duct. The air inlet 110 and the air outlet 120 may be disposed at various positions, for example, the air inlet 110 may be disposed on the peripheral side (front, back, left, right) or the top of the housing 190, the air outlet 120 may be disposed on the peripheral side (front, back, left, right) or the top of the housing 190, the air inlet 110 is disposed on the peripheral side wall of the housing 190, and the air outlet 120 is disposed on the top of the housing 190. Of course, in some embodiments, in order to prevent external dust, insects, mice, etc. from affecting the operation of the dehumidifier, filter screens may be further disposed at the positions of the air inlet 110 and the air outlet 120. Of course, in some embodiments, instead of a filter screen, several mesh openings may be formed directly on the housing 190.
In the embodiment, the dehumidifier is divided into the body 100 and the water tank 200, the body 100 has an independent dehumidification function and can collect water vapor in air, and the body 100 is arranged above the whole water tank 200 in a working state, so that the whole water tank 200 can be used for containing water, the volume and the utilization rate of the water tank 200 can be greatly increased, the continuous working time of the dehumidifier can be greatly prolonged, the water pouring times of a user are reduced, and the use experience of the user is improved; meanwhile, at least part of the machine body 100 is accommodated in the accommodating cavity 210 in an idle state, so that the volume of the dehumidifier in an idle state is greatly reduced, the cabinet loading amount can be increased in storage and transportation, and the transportation and storage cost is greatly saved.
In some embodiments, in order to stably arrange the main body 100 on the top of the water tank 200 in an operating state, the top of the water tank 200 is provided with a support structure, and in an operating state, the main body 100 is arranged on the support structure. The support structure may be a structure fixedly coupled to the water tank 200 or a structure movably coupled thereto. If the supporting structure is fixedly connected with the water tank 200, in order to improve the utilization rate of the space as much as possible, an avoiding position needs to be arranged on the outer side wall of the machine body 100 corresponding to the supporting structure, so that the machine body 100 can be smoothly placed in the water tank 200 after being adjusted to a certain angle. If the supporting structure is movably connected to the water tank 200, the supporting structure extends into the accommodating cavity 210 to support the machine body 100 in a working state, and exits from the accommodating cavity 210 in an idle state, so that the machine body 100 can be accommodated in the water tank 200 without obstacles. Specifically, the supporting structure is movably disposed on the water tank 200, so that the supporting structure extends into the accommodating cavity 210 in a working state and retracts out of the accommodating cavity 210 in an idle state.
In some embodiments, in order to further improve the installation stability of the fuselage 100 in the operating state, the support structure is disposed on the inner sidewall of the receiving cavity 210, and the top of the support structure is lower than the edge of the opening of the water tank 200. Thus, when the body 100 is supported by the supporting structure, part of the body 100 is located in the water tank 200, so that the center of gravity moves downwards, and more parts of the body 100 are limited by the inner side wall of the water tank 200, so that the stability of the dehumidifier is further improved.
Several specific support modes are described below:
the bearing support structure is arranged on the water tank 200:
referring to fig. 3 to 5, a case where the support structure is fixedly provided on the water tank 200:
the water tank 200 is provided with a containing cavity 210, and the inner side wall of the containing cavity 210 is provided with a supporting boss 220; the dehumidifier has an operating state in which the bottom of the body 100 abuts against the support boss 220. The shape of the supporting boss 220 may be various, and may be square, arc, circular, etc., and for example, the shape is similar to the shape of the inner sidewall of the accommodating cavity 210, for example, when the inner sidewall is a plane, the cross section of the supporting boss 220 may be rectangular, and when the inner sidewall is an arc, the cross section of the supporting boss 220 may be arc. Thus, the utilization rate of the supporting boss 220 can be improved as much as possible, and the contact area between the bottom of the machine body 100 and the supporting boss 220 can be increased. The support surface of the support boss 220 is exemplified by a plane.
In this embodiment, the dehumidifier is divided into two parts, namely, the body 100 and the water tank 200, the body 100 has an independent dehumidification function, water vapor in air can be collected, and the inner side wall of the water tank 200 is provided with the support boss 220, so that in a working state, the bottom of the body 100 can abut against the support boss 220, and thus, the body 100 is matched with the water tank 200; meanwhile, the body 100 is arranged above the whole water tank 200, so that the whole water tank 200 can be used for containing water, the volume and the utilization rate of the water tank 200 can be greatly increased, the continuous working time of the dehumidifier can be greatly prolonged, the water pouring times of a user are reduced, and the use experience of the user is improved.
In some embodiments, in order to achieve the loading of the main body 100 in the water tank 200, the outer sidewall of the main body 100 has an avoiding groove 130 corresponding to the supporting boss 220, and the dehumidifier has an idle state in which the supporting boss 220 is received in the avoiding groove 130, so that the main body 100 is at least partially received in the receiving cavity 210; in the operating state, the avoiding groove 130 is staggered with respect to the supporting boss 220. By forming the avoiding groove 130 on the outer side wall of the machine body 100, when the avoiding groove 130 is disposed corresponding to the supporting boss 220, the machine body 100 can be accommodated in the accommodating cavity 210, and when the avoiding groove 130 is disposed in a staggered manner with respect to the supporting boss 220, the bottom of the machine body 100 is supported by the supporting boss 220. There are various ways of misalignment, depending on the specific shape of the body 100 and the tank 200. When the water tank 200 and the body 100 are both rectangular, the two supporting bosses 220 can be set to be very symmetrical structures (the two supporting bosses 220 are arranged on the two opposite or adjacent side walls), and after the body 100 is adjusted by 180 degrees, the dislocation of the grooves 130 and the supporting bosses 220 can be avoided. When the water tank 200 and the body 100 are square, the body 100 is adjusted by 90 °, so that the dislocation between the groove 130 and the support boss 220 can be avoided. When the cross sections of the water tank 200 and the body 100 are both similar to a circle, the rotation angles for realizing dislocation are many, and only the groove 130 needs to be avoided not corresponding to the supporting boss 220.
In some embodiments, in order to improve the smoothness and reliability of the body 100 entering the water tank 200, the supporting boss 220 is vertically disposed along the height direction of the water tank 200, and the avoiding groove 130 is vertically disposed along the height direction of the outer sidewall of the body 100. The support boss 220 and the avoidance groove 130 are vertically arranged, so that the machine body 100 can be vertically arranged when entering the water tank 200, and the convenient movement of the machine body 100 is facilitated; meanwhile, the avoidance groove 130 also plays a guiding role in the moving process of the body 100, and the support boss 220 plays a role of a guide post, so that the body 100 can accurately fall into a preset position in the water tank 200 along the support boss 220.
In some embodiments, in order to facilitate the transportation of the water tank 200 and save materials, grooves are formed on the outer side wall of the water tank 200 corresponding to the supporting bosses 220. The groove can be used as a handle groove 230 of the water tank 200, so that the water tank 200 can be conveniently carried; meanwhile, through the arrangement of the grooves, the material consumption for manufacturing the water tank 200 is reduced, so that the manufacturing cost of the water tank 200 is reduced. The form of the handle groove 230 may be various, such as being opened by a later process, or being directly formed by integral injection molding. Of course, in some embodiments, the grooves are formed by the sidewall of the water tank 200 protruding into the water tank 200, and the protruding portions form the support bosses 220. Therefore, the process is simplified, the material consumption is reduced, and the material cost and the process cost are saved.
In some embodiments, in order to improve the stability of the support of the body 100, the number of the support bosses 220 is two, and the support bosses are disposed on two opposite sidewalls of the water tank 200, and the number of the escape slots 130 is two, and the two escape slots are formed on two opposite sidewalls of the body 100. By disposing the support bosses 220 on the opposite sidewalls of the water tank 200, the opposite sides of the body 100 are supported, which is advantageous to improve the stability of the body 100.
In some embodiments, to further improve the stability of the installation of the body 100, the top of the support boss 220 is lower than the edge of the opening of the water tank 200. Therefore, part of the bottom of the body 100 is positioned in the accommodating cavity 210, so that more side walls of the accommodating cavity 210 of the body 100 are limited, and in addition, the whole gravity center of the dehumidifier is lowered by utilizing the structure, so that the whole stability of the dehumidifier is improved.
The bearing support structure is arranged on the water tank 200:
referring to fig. 12 through 15, the support structure is movably coupled to the water tank 200,
the dehumidifier comprises a support piece 250, wherein the support piece 250 is movably connected with the water tank 200; the dehumidifier has a working state and an idle state, in the working state, the supporting member 250 extends into the accommodating cavity 210 to support the body 100, and in the idle state, the supporting member 250 exits the accommodating cavity 210 so that the body 100 can be at least partially accommodated in the accommodating cavity 210.
In particular, in the present embodiment, the supporting member 250 may have various forms, such as a rod shape, a block shape, and the like. The support member 250 is movably coupled to the water tank 200 in various manners, such as moving with respect to the water tank 200, rotating with respect to the water tank 200, and the like. That is, the supporting member 250 rotates or moves in a manner of performing two motions of extending into the receiving cavity 210 and withdrawing from the receiving cavity 210. The position of the rotational connection may be on the sidewall of the water tank 200 when the supporter 250 is rotated correspondingly to the water tank 200.
In this embodiment, the dehumidifier is divided into two parts, namely, the body 100 and the water tank 200, the body 100 has an independent dehumidification function, water vapor in air can be collected, and the support member 250 is arranged on the side wall of the water tank 200, so that in a working state, the support member 250 extends into the receiving cavity 210, and the bottom of the body 100 can abut against the support member 250, so that the body 100 is matched with the water tank 200; meanwhile, the body 100 is arranged above the whole water tank 200, so that the whole water tank 200 can be used for containing water, the volume and the utilization rate of the water tank 200 can be greatly increased, the continuous working time of the dehumidifier can be greatly prolonged, the water pouring times of a user are reduced, and the use experience of the user is improved; in an idle state, the supporting member 250 is withdrawn from the accommodating cavity 210, so that the body 100 can be at least partially accommodated in the water tank 200, and the volume of the dehumidifier after assembly is greatly reduced.
In some embodiments, the inner sidewall of the receiving cavity 210 has a drawing opening, and the supporting member 250 is slidably mounted in the drawing opening. Through the arrangement of the drawing opening, the support member 250 can enter and exit the containing cavity 210 through the drawing opening. When the fuselage 100 needs to be supported, the supporting piece 250 is pushed into the accommodating cavity 210, and when the fuselage 100 needs to be loaded into the water tank 200, the supporting piece 250 is pulled out of the accommodating cavity 210, so that the operation is simple.
Specifically, the supporting member 250 includes a supporting portion 251, a holding portion 253, and a connecting arm 252 connecting the supporting portion 251 and the holding portion 253, the holding portion 253 is located outside the water tank 200, the supporting portion 251 is located in the receiving cavity 210 in an operating state, and exits the receiving cavity 210 in an idle state. The support portion 251 is used to support the cradle body 100, the handle portion 253 is used to be held by the operator, the support portion 251 is connected with the handle portion 253 through the connecting arm 252, and the position of the support portion 251 can be controlled by the handle portion 253 through the connecting arm 252. When the supporter 250 is drawn out, an operator may carry the water tank 200 or the dehumidifier in an idle state with the supporter 250 as the handle 300, so that the utilization rate of the supporter 250 is improved.
In order to make the movement of the body 100 in the water tank 200 completely independent of the support 250, the length of the support 251 is greater than the width of the connecting arm 252, the drawing opening is a stepped opening, and the larger end of the drawing opening is close to the receiving cavity 210 and can receive the support 251. I.e., the length of the end of the drawing opening having the larger size is greater than or equal to the length of the supporting portion 251. When the supporting portion 251 is withdrawn from the accommodating cavity 210, the supporting portion 251 is accommodated in the drawing opening, so that the supporting portion 251 does not protrude from the inner sidewall of the accommodating cavity 210. Thus, the support 251 does not interfere with the movement of the body 100 in the water tank 200 at all.
In order to prevent the support 250 from being separated from the water tank 200, the length of the support 251 is greater than that of the end of the drawing opening having the smaller size. Thus, the supporting portion 251 cannot be separated from the water tank 200 through the drawing opening, that is, the supporting member 250 is always connected to the water tank 200 no matter in a working state or in an idle state, so that the supporting member 250 is prevented from being lost.
In order to prevent the support member 250 from falling into the receiving cavity 210, the width of the handle portion 253 is greater than the width of the smaller end of the drawing opening, and/or the length of the handle portion 253 is greater than the length of the smaller end of the drawing opening. Thus, the handheld portion 253 cannot enter the drawing opening through size limitation, so that an operator can conveniently hold the handheld portion 253 at any time, and the operation of the operator is facilitated.
In some embodiments, in order to improve the operation comfort of the operator, the side of the holding portion 253 facing away from the outer side wall of the water tank 200 has a gripping arc. When an operator grasps the handheld portion 253 through the gripping arc surface, the handheld portion 253 cannot be scratched by a corner, and meanwhile, the contact area between the handheld portion 253 and the hand is increased, so that the handheld portion 253 can be grasped by the operator more stably and reliably.
When the water tank 200 filled with water is carried by the hand-held portion 253 or when a dehumidifier of the body 100 is mounted, a load applied to the hand-held portion 253 is large, and the large load is finally transmitted to the water tank 200. In order to improve the bearing strength of the water tank 200, the dehumidifier further comprises a reinforcing plate 260, the reinforcing plate 260 is arranged at a position corresponding to the drawing opening, and the drawing opening penetrates through the reinforcing plate 260 and the side wall of the water tank 200. Through the arrangement of the reinforcing plate 260, the bearing capacity of the periphery of the drawing opening is increased, so that the bearing capacity of the water tank 200 is improved, and the improvement of the reliability of the dehumidifier is facilitated.
In order to secure the water containing space of the water tank 200 as much as possible, the supporter 250 is disposed at an upper portion of the water tank 200. Therefore, the middle part and the lower part of the water tank 200 can be used for containing water, which is beneficial to ensuring the effective water containing space of the water tank 200. In order to improve reliability, the number of the supporting members 250 is two, and the supporting members are disposed on opposite sidewalls of the water tank 200.
Referring to fig. 7 to 11, regarding the form of the water tank 200
The dehumidifying machine comprises a machine body 100, wherein the machine body 100 has a dehumidifying function, and the whole appearance of the machine body 100 is cylindrical-like; a water tank 200, wherein the water tank 200 is provided with a containing cavity 210, and the water tank 200 is in a cylinder-like shape; the dehumidifier has an idle state in which the body 100 is at least partially accommodated in the water tank 200.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, the overall shape of the body 100 is similar to a cylinder, which means that the overall shape is similar to a cylinder, and a protrusion or a recess is formed on the outer surface of the cylinder due to the requirements of the process, the installation, and the like. Similarly, the water tank 200 is cylindrical, which means that the whole shape of the water tank 200 is formed with a convex or concave portion on the surface or the inner side wall thereof based on the cylindrical shape according to the requirements of the process, the installation and the matching.
In this embodiment, the whole shape of the body 100 is set to be cylindrical-like, and the water tank 200 is set to be cylindrical-like, so that when the body 100 is installed in the water tank 200, compared with a shape having a sharp corner, the water tank 200 is not strictly directional, the body 100 can be conveniently placed in the water tank 100, and the efficiency of matching the body 100 and the water tank 200 can be improved.
In order that the body 100 can be reliably supported, the inner side wall of the receiving cavity 210 is provided with a supporting boss 220; the dehumidifier has an operating state in which the bottom of the body 100 abuts against the support boss 220. The outer side wall of the body 100 is provided with an avoidance groove 130 corresponding to the support boss 220, the dehumidifier has an idle state, and in the idle state, the support boss 220 is accommodated in the avoidance groove 130, so that at least part of the body 100 is accommodated in the accommodating cavity 210; in the operating state, the avoiding groove 130 is staggered with respect to the supporting boss 220.
In some embodiments, in order to improve the utilization rate of the support boss 220, the support boss 220 is disposed in an arc shape along the inner sidewall of the receiving cavity 210 in the width direction thereof. In this way, the bottom of the body 100 can abut against as many support bosses 220 as possible.
In some embodiments, in order to further improve the supporting stability of the fuselage 100, the number of the supporting bosses 220 is at least two, and the supporting bosses 220 are arranged on the outer side wall of the fuselage 100 at intervals along the circumferential direction of the inner side wall of the accommodating cavity 210, and the number of the avoiding grooves 130 is two.
It should be noted that, as the volume of the water tank 200 increases, when more water is contained in the water tank 200, the water tank 200 is too heavy to carry the poured water, and at this time, a drain hole 240 is formed at the lower part or bottom of the water tank 200 for the user to drain the water. Through the arrangement of the drain hole 240, the water in the water tank 200 can be drained through the drain hole 240, and the user does not need to lift the water tank 200 to pour the water, which is beneficial to the use of the user.
Referring to FIG. 16, scratch resistance
The dehumidifier includes a guard disposed at an upper portion of an inner sidewall of the water tank 200, and/or a lower portion of an outer sidewall of the body 100; the dehumidifier has an idle state in which the body 100 can be at least partially accommodated in the water tank 200 through the opening.
In particular, in the present embodiment, the shape of the protection member may be various, such as a sheet, a strip, and a block. The protective member may be made of various materials, such as elastic materials, e.g., rubber, elastic plastic, etc., or flexible materials, e.g., cotton wool fabric, etc. The shielding is mainly used to isolate the outer sidewall of the fuselage 100 from the inner sidewall of the tank 200 to prevent the outer sidewall of the fuselage 100 from being scratched. Therefore, the shielding member may be disposed on the outer sidewall of the body 100 or on the inner sidewall of the receiving cavity 210.
In this embodiment, when the body 100 is installed in the water tank 200, the protection element is isolated between the outer sidewall of the body 100 and the inner sidewall of the water tank 200, so as to prevent the outer sidewall of the body 100 from directly contacting and rubbing with the inner sidewall of the water tank 200, thereby protecting the outer sidewall of the body 100 and preventing the outer sidewall of the body 100 from being scratched.
In some embodiments, to further increase the utility of the guard, the top of the guard is flush with the top of the open side of the tank 200; alternatively, the bottom of the shield is flush with the bottom of the fuselage 100.
In this embodiment, the protection member is disposed at the opening of the water tank 200 or at the bottom of the body 100, so that the protection member can perform an isolation function when the body 100 and the water tank 200 are just in contact with each other, and the protection member can perform an isolation function until the body 100 completely enters the water tank 200. Thus, the utilization rate of the protection part is improved.
There are many ways to attach a guard to the inner sidewall of the water tank 200 or the outer sidewall of the body 100, and the guard is adhered to the inner sidewall of the water tank 200 or the outer sidewall of the body 100. In some embodiments, the inner sidewall of the water tank 200 or the outer sidewall of the body 100 is formed with a slot, and the protection member is clamped in the slot. The outer side of the shielding member protrudes from the outer sidewall of the body 100 or the inner sidewall of the water tank 200.
The guard may include a guard bar extending along a circumferential direction of the water tank 200 or extending along a circumferential direction of the body 100, for example. I.e., the guards are provided around the inner side wall of the water tank 200 or around the outer side wall of the body 100. The protective strip can be a continuous long strip or a discontinuous short strip. Therefore, the periphery of the body 100 is not scratched due to the cooperation with the water tank 200, which is beneficial to maintaining the beauty of the outer side wall of the body 100.
Referring to fig. 17, a winding structure
The outer side of the body 100 has a receiving groove 160 recessed toward the inside of the body 100 for receiving a power line of the dehumidifier. Specifically, in the present embodiment, the shape of the receiving groove 160 may be various, such as a rectangular parallelepiped shape, a cylindrical shape, etc., and the shape may be adapted to the overall shape of the body 100. The receiving groove 160 may have a rectangular parallelepiped shape when the side surface forming the receiving groove 160 is a flat surface, and the receiving groove 160 may have a cylindrical surface when the side surface forming the receiving groove 160 is a cylindrical surface. By the arrangement of the receiving groove 160, the power cord can be completely received in the receiving groove 160.
In this embodiment, the outer side of the body 100 has a receiving groove 160 recessed toward the inside of the body 100 for receiving a power line of the dehumidifier, and in an idle state, the power line of the dehumidifier is received in the receiving groove 160 so that the power line does not protrude from the peripheral side of the body 100, and thus, the body 100 can be conveniently and rapidly installed in the water tank 200.
In some embodiments, to further ensure that the power cord can be stably received in the receiving groove 160, the dehumidifier further includes a strap, and in an idle state, the strap locks the power cord and is received in the receiving groove 160. Therefore, the power cord can be wound on the disc storage column 171, and the power cord wound on the disc storage column 171 is stopped by the limit stop piece 172, and cannot be separated from and exceed the limit stop piece 172, namely cannot protrude out of the outer surface of the machine body 100. So, can effectual assurance power cord accomodate the condition under idle state.
In some embodiments, the slot wall to which the coil receptacle 171 is attached is positioned opposite the slot opening for easier coiling of the power cord. In this way, the operator can look at the coiling position, and the operable space is very large, which is convenient for the user to operate.
In some embodiments, in order to regulate the routing of the power cord and to prevent the power cord from protruding beyond the surface of the main body 100, a routing groove 181 is further formed on the surface of the main body 100 adjacent to the receiving groove 160 to define the routing of the power cord. The power line can be arranged in the wiring groove 181, and the depth of the wiring groove 181 is larger than the diameter of the power line, so that the power line can be accommodated in the wiring groove 181.
In order to make the power cord more smoothly and reliably exit from the receiving groove 160, the routing groove 181 communicates with the receiving groove 160. Thus, the power cord can enter the cabling groove 181 directly from the receiving groove 160, and the middle of the power cord does not protrude out of the outer surface of the body 100.
In order to further improve the reliability of the power line during the wire arrangement, a rib blocking piece 182 is arranged on the outer side wall of the body 100, and the rib blocking piece 182 and the wire arrangement groove 181 enclose to form a limiting wire groove for limiting the position of the power line. The barrier rib 182 is provided on the side wall of the routing groove 181 with its outer surface flush with the outer side wall of the body 100. Therefore, when the power line is in the wiring groove 181, the power line cannot be separated from the wiring groove 181 under the action of gravity or slight external force, so that wiring of the power line is very reliable, and the improvement of the working stability of the dehumidifier is facilitated.

Air duct system
Referring to fig. 20 to 25, the axial flow duct system:
the dehumidifier includes: the air conditioner comprises a machine body 100, wherein the machine body 100 comprises a shell 190, and the shell 190 is provided with an air inlet 110, an air outlet 120 and an air duct communicated with the air inlet 110 and the air outlet 120;
the axial flow fan is arranged in the air duct, and the air outlet direction of the axial flow fan faces the air outlet 120;
and a compressor 550, wherein the compressor 550 is arranged in the shell 190 and arranged in parallel with the axial flow fan.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, the axial flow fan and the compressor 550 are disposed in parallel, and the axial flow fan and the compressor can extend in many directions, such as both being disposed vertically or both being disposed horizontally. For example, the two are vertically arranged, and at least part of the two are overlapped in the vertical direction. For example, the top of the compressor 550 extends to the middle or upper portion of the driving motor 530. Compared with the conventional layout (the compressor 550 and the axial flow fan are respectively arranged at two layers, and no overlapping part exists between the two layers), the arrangement of the compressor 550 and the axial flow fan greatly reduces the height of the whole body 100.
In this embodiment, the axial flow fan and the compressor 550 are arranged in parallel, so that compared with the traditional arrangement mode of an upper layer and a lower layer, the occupied space of the axial flow fan and the compressor 550 in the height direction is greatly reduced, and the arrangement compactness of components inside the dehumidifier is improved, so that the height of the machine body 100 can be greatly reduced, the height and the volume of the machine body 100 can be reduced, and the transportation and the storage of the machine body 100 are facilitated; in addition, since the arrangement of the body 100 does not need to consider the arrangement of the water tank 200, the arrangement of the elements inside the body 100 is more reasonable and compact.

Specifically, in the present embodiment, the evaporator 510 and/or the condenser 520 are provided in a U shape, so that the axial flow fan can be provided in the U-shaped area. Thus, the space is fully utilized, the structure compactness is improved, and the evaporator 510 and the condenser 520 can share the same negative pressure (the axial flow fan conveys air in the U-shaped area out of the air channel to form the negative pressure in the U-shaped area), so that the air flow passing through the evaporator 510 and the condenser 520 is equivalent, and the efficiency of the evaporator 510 and the heat exchanger is greatly improved.
In addition, the evaporator 510 and the condenser 520 are arranged in a U shape, so that heat exchangers of the evaporator 510 and the condenser 520 are greatly increased, and the dehumidification efficiency of the dehumidifier is improved. In order to further improve the heat exchanger efficiency of the evaporator 510 and the condenser 520, the air inlet 110 is opened corresponding to a plurality of surfaces of the U-shaped evaporator 510 and the condenser 520. Taking the air inlets 110 at the left side, the right side and the rear side as an example, the air inlets correspond to two side arms and a middle part of a U shape respectively. In this manner, sufficient airflow is provided for heat exchange between evaporator 510 and condenser 520.
In some embodiments, to improve the dehumidification effect, the evaporator 510 is disposed near the inner sidewall of the housing 190, and the condenser 520 is disposed near the axial flow fan. So that the air is firstly cooled and dehumidified by the evaporator 510, and then heated and returned to the temperature by the condenser 520, thereby being beneficial to improving the dehumidification effect.

With the arrangement, in the process that the driving motor 530 drives the axial flow wind wheel 540 to rotate, the axial flow wind wheel 540 can send dry air in an efficient air duct out of the dehumidifier, so that the air flow is facilitated, and the dehumidification efficiency is improved.
In some embodiments, to further improve the compactness of the structure, the dehumidifier includes a body 100, and the body 100 includes:
a housing 190, the housing 190 having an inlet 110 and an outlet 120;
a condenser 520 and an evaporator 510 disposed within the case 190;
an axial flow fan vertically disposed within the housing 190 and in parallel with the condenser 520 and the evaporator 510;
and the water receiving tray 750 is arranged right below the condenser 520, the evaporator 510 and the axial flow fan, and divides the interior of the shell 190 into an axial flow air duct and an accommodating cavity.
Specifically, in this embodiment, the water pan 750 is disposed right below the condenser 520, the evaporator 510 and the axial flow fan, and partitions the casing 190 into an axial flow air duct and an accommodating cavity for installing other components. The water pan 750 is a flat plate, and has a portion corresponding to the condenser 520 and the evaporator 510, and a portion corresponding to the axial flow fan, so that the airflow in the axial flow air duct can directly flow out from the air outlet 120 without flowing around in the air duct. The evaporator 510, the condenser 520, and the axial flow fan are all vertically disposed as an example.
In this embodiment, the axial flow fan is used as the power for driving the airflow, and the axial flow fan, the evaporator 510 and the condenser 520 are arranged in parallel in the vertical direction, and the centralized arrangement of the axial flow fan, the evaporator 510 and the condenser 520 is favorable for fully and reasonably utilizing the space; meanwhile, the water pan 750 is arranged under the evaporator 510, the condenser 520 and the axial flow fan, the shell 190 is partitioned to form an axial flow air channel for heat exchange, and other common components (such as an electric control box 710, a fan capacitor 720 and the like) of the dehumidifier are installed in the installation cavity, so that the space is fully and reasonably utilized, and the rationality of the air channel is ensured (the low flow rate caused by the excessive dispersion of air flow in the shell 190 and the influence on the dehumidification efficiency are avoided), therefore, the compactness of arrangement among the components is improved, the utilization rate of the space is improved, the volume of the machine body 100 is reduced, and the transportation and storage of the machine body 100 are facilitated; in addition, since the arrangement of the body 100 does not need to consider the arrangement of the water tank 200, the arrangement of the elements inside the body 100 is more reasonable and compact.
In some embodiments, in order to further improve the space utilization, the compressor 550 of the dehumidifier is vertically disposed at the bottom of the housing 190, and the water pan 750 is provided with an avoidance notch corresponding to the compressor 550. The compressor 550 is disposed in parallel with the axial flow fan, and the top of the compressor 550 extends to the middle or even the upper portion of the axial flow fan.
In order to further improve the space utilization rate and the installation convenience of components, the dehumidifier further comprises a partition plate 730, the partition plate 730 is positioned in the installation cavity, one side of the partition plate 730 is connected with the bottom of the shell 190, and the opposite side is fixedly connected with the bottom of the water receiving tray 750. The partition 730 supports the water pan 750, and when the evaporator 510, the condenser 520 and the axial flow fan fall on the water pan 750 in the transportation process or the collision process, the partition 730 can support the water pan 750 to prevent the evaporator 510, the condenser 520 and the axial flow fan from being damaged due to large collision. Meanwhile, the isolation plate 730 also provides a position for the installation of components, so that a plurality of components of the dehumidifier can be conveniently and rapidly installed on the isolation plate 730.
Specifically, an electric control box 710 is arranged on the isolation plate 730, and/or a fan capacitor 720 is arranged on the isolation plate 730, and/or a water level switch 600 is arranged in the installation cavity. That is, the partition 730 may be provided with the electrical control box 710 and the fan capacitor 720, and the water level switch 600 may also be provided on the partition 730. Thus, the support is provided for the components in the axial flow air duct, and meanwhile, the space is provided for the installation of the components. For more reasonable space utilization, the fan capacitor 720, the electronic control box 710, etc. may be mounted on different isolation plates 730.
In order to further utilize the space, the isolation plate 730 at least comprises two sub-partition plates which are arranged in the accommodating cavity in an included angle manner; the dehumidifier comprises a compressor capacitor 740 and an electric control box 710, wherein the compressor capacitor 740 and the electric control box 710 are arranged on different sub-partition plates.
