Technical Field
The embodiment of the application relates to the technical field of lighting equipment, in particular to a Light Emitting Diode (LED) lamp and a supporting bracket thereof.
Background
At present, according to the statistical analysis of industry big data authority, countries and regions such as the United states, Canada, Mexico, middle east, south America and the like generally use outdoor IP65 or higher protection level high-pole installation mode explosion-proof lamps.
The explosion-proof lamp is a kind of lighting lamp with explosion-proof performance, and can prevent the electric arc, spark and high temperature which may be produced in the lamp from igniting the combustible gas and dust in the surrounding environment, thereby achieving the explosion-proof requirement. The explosion-proof lamp mainly comprises an explosion-proof lamp, a safety explosion-proof lamp, a movable explosion-proof lamp and the like, and is mainly used in flammable and explosive places such as gas stations, transfer stations, oil pump rooms and the like.
The LED light source is a novel energy-saving light source widely applied to various occasions in recent years, has the characteristics of high light efficiency, good color rendering property, no stroboflash, instant start, shock resistance and the like, particularly has the advantage of long service life, and is a maintenance-free green energy-saving light source. The LED lamp generally comprises an LED chip, an aluminum substrate on which the surface mounted LED chip is mounted, a heat sink in close contact with the aluminum substrate, an LED driving power supply, and a structural member. The lamp using the LED light source has obvious energy-saving effect, and compared with the lamp using a common light source, the lamp using the LED light source has very obvious energy-saving effect. In recent years, LED lamps are widely used not only in civil lamps but also in industrial lighting. An important field of industrial lighting is the lighting of explosion-proof places, which, in addition to the general lighting requirements, also are very concerned about the lifetime of the light source of the lamp. The lamp has long service life, the frequency of changing the light source can be reduced, the hidden danger of influencing explosion-proof safety caused by changing the light source and the like is reduced, and meanwhile, the maintenance cost of changing the light source is greatly reduced. The LED light source has many kinds, the current module type LED light source becomes the light source of many explosion-proof lamps, and the LED light source has many advantages of low light source temperature, many combination modes, wide light source power and the like.

The supporting bracket 10 is movably fixed on the outer surface of the tail cover 13, for example, as shown in fig. 3, which is a schematic view of a disassembled structure of the LED lamp depicted in fig. 2, the supporting bracket 10 is connected in a fixing hole 131 at a position of a circular arc central axis of the tail cover 13.
As shown in fig. 4, which is a schematic view of a split structure of the support bracket of the LED lamp depicted in fig. 2, with reference to fig. 2 and 3, the support bracket 10 includes the Z-shaped fixing rod 101 and the adjusting rod 102, a bent portion of one end of the Z-shaped fixing rod 101 is a fixing end 1011, and a bent portion of the other end is an adjusting end 1012, wherein the fixing end 1011 is fixed with the tail cover 13, the adjusting end 1012 has an adjusting hole 1014, and an inner wall of the adjusting hole 1014 has an internal thread.
The adjusting rod 102 is a cylindrical straight rod or a flat straight rod, at least one section of the adjusting rod 102 is a threaded section with adjusting threads, for example, the surfaces of all the rods of the adjusting rod 102 are provided with threads; or, the surface of the rod at the two ends of the adjusting rod 102 is provided with screw threads and the surface of the rod at the middle section is a smooth surface; or, the surface of the rod at one end of the adjusting rod 102 is provided with a screw thread, and the surface of the rod at the other end is smooth; alternatively, the surface of the middle rod of the adjustment rod 102 is threaded and the surfaces of the rods at both ends are smooth.
For convenience of description, in the present embodiment, the surface of all the rods of the adjustment rod 102 is provided with threads.
The thread of the thread section of the adjusting rod 102 is matched with the thread of the inner wall of the adjusting hole 1014, the adjusting rod 102 is screwed into the adjusting hole 1014 of the Z-shaped fixing rod 101 and supports the lamp on the inner wall of a lamp inner light reflection cover (not shown), for example, the adjusting rod 102 is fixed at a position parallel to a gravity line through rotation adjustment after being connected with the Z-shaped fixing rod 101, so that the adjusting rod 102 can support the weight of the LED lamp, the defect that the LED lamp is too heavy to hang down is overcome, and meanwhile, the light emitting surface of the LED lamp can be leveled.
In order to make the lighting effect of the LED lamp better, the adjusting rod 102 adjusts the light-transmitting panel 11 of the lamp and the light-transmitting plate (not shown) of the lamp to be parallel through the matching of the threaded section and the adjusting hole 1014, that is, the adjusting rod 102 performs telescopic adjustment based on the adjusting hole 1014, so as to adjust the light-transmitting panel 11 to be parallel to the light-transmitting plate of the lamp.
In another embodiment of the present application, the opening direction of the adjustment hole 1014 is perpendicular to the plane of the tail cap 13 of the lamp.

For example, as shown in fig. 5, which is a schematic structural view of the Z-shaped fixing rod of the support bracket of the LED lamp described in fig. 4, in conjunction with fig. 2-4, the periphery of the end of the fixing end 1011 has a protrusion 1013, the diameter of the protrusion 1013 is larger than the diameter of the fixing hole 131 of the tail cover 13, the protrusion 1013 has a chamfer with a small diameter outside and a large diameter inside, and the fixing end 1011 is provided with a slot 1015 along the axial direction from the end so that the end of the fixing end 1011 is concave.
When the fixed end 1011 needs to be inserted into the fixing hole 131 of the tail cover 13, since the fixed end 1011 is provided with the slot 1015 from the end in the axial direction, the slot 1015 is pressed to make the diameter of the projection 1013 smaller than the fixing hole 131 of the tail cover 13, and then the projection 1013 is inserted into the fixing hole 131 of the tail cover 13, after the projection 1013 is inserted into the fixing hole 131 of the tail cover 13, the slot 1015 returns to the original shape due to the elastic action, so that the projection 1013 is clamped by the fixing hole 131 of the tail cover 13.
The fixed end 1011 is cylindrical and has a diameter substantially the same as that of the fixed hole 131 of the tail cover 13, or the diameter of the fixed end 1011 is slightly smaller than that of the fixed hole 131 of the tail cover 13, so as to achieve the purpose of over-fitting, wherein the over-fitting means that the fixed end 1011 and the fixed hole 131 can rotate and move without shaking. Thus, when the fixed end 1011 is clamped into the fixing hole 131 of the tail cover 13 by the protrusion 1013, the fixed end 1011 can rotate through the fixing hole 131 of the tail cover 13 by any angle, for example, 360 degrees, and the diameter of the protrusion 1013 is larger than the diameter of the fixing hole 131 of the tail cover 13, so that the fixed end 1011 cannot easily disengage from the fixing hole 131 of the tail cover 13.
In another embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 4, the adjusting rod 102 has a cap 1021 at the end of one end to facilitate both the operation of clamping the workpiece and the placement of the adjusting rod 102 over-rotation to be able to catch on the adjusting hole 1014.
In another embodiment of the application, the adjustment lever 102 is parallel to the plane of the tail cap 13 of the lamp.
To sum up, the LED lamp and the supporting bracket thereof described in the above embodiments support the inner wall of the light reflecting cover in the lamp by the adjusting rod, and support the weight of the lamp by the screw rod, that is, support the weight of the lamp by the lamp holder and the supporting bracket together, thereby overcoming the defect that the lamp is too heavy and droops, and further adjusting the light-transmitting panel of the LED lamp to be parallel to the light-transmitting plate of the lamp, so that the illumination effect is better.
