Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of internal combustion engines, in particular to a rear-end supporting power output device of an internal combustion engine.
Background
The internal combustion engine is the most commonly used power machine in modern times, and has been widely applied to the fields of transportation, engineering machinery, agricultural equipment and the like, in particular to harvesting machinery and part of engineering machinery (crushers and the like), and the power is output from the rear end of the internal combustion engine through the lateral pulling of a belt.
The traditional internal combustion engine flywheel rear end power output structure is as follows: the belt pulley is directly arranged on the flywheel without support, and the power is output by the lateral pulling of the belt. The internal combustion engine flywheel rear end power output structure has the following defects: rigid connection is adopted, and transmission is not stable. In addition, when high power is output by adopting belt side pulling, under the condition that a belt pulley is not supported, if the belt does not have the same tension balance in the reverse direction, a crankshaft of the internal combustion engine is subjected to extremely high side pulling force, bending force is generated on the crankshaft, and when the bending force exceeds the bending load of the crankshaft, the crankshaft is subjected to bending fatigue and crankshaft fracture failure occurs.
