Referring to fig. 1, the present application provides an air purification apparatus for producing an anhydrous stemming edge runner, comprising: and a cover 330 covering the top surface of the wheel mill body 200. The bottom surface of the cover 330 is open and is communicated with the wheel mill body 200. An air inlet is formed on one side wall of the cover body 330, and the air inlet pipe 100 is installed on the air inlet and is communicated with the inside of the cover body 330. A multi-wing centrifugal fan 130 is installed in the air inlet duct 100. The multi-blade centrifugal fan 130 can increase the unidirectional air pressure of the gas in the cover body 330, and promote the gas to be filtered through the filter cartridge 310.
A plurality of filter cartridges 310 are provided in the housing 330, and one end of the filter cartridges 310 extends out of the housing 330 and into the clean air duct 320 on the top surface of the housing 330. The cover 330 is connected to the gas purifying channel 320 only through the filter cartridge 310, so as to prevent the dust-containing gas from overflowing and polluting the air.
The other side wall of the air purifying duct 320 is provided with an air outlet, and the air outlet is provided with an air outlet pipe 350. An exhaust fan 340 is arranged in the air outlet pipe 350, so that the flow speed and the flow of the gas in the cover body 330 can be enhanced.
The device covers the cover body 330, dust generated in the stirring and blanking processes is limited in the cover body 330, after the stirring and feeding are finished, the multi-wing centrifugal fan 130 and the exhaust fan 340 are started, and the polluted gas is forced to be filtered by the filter cartridge 310 and then is exhausted by the purified gas passage 320, so that the gas is purified.
In one embodiment, to avoid the influence of the purge gas on the material in the edge runner mill, a valve is provided in the air inlet pipe 100; a valve is arranged in the air outlet pipe 350. Therefore, the device can be started after the material mixing is finished, and the powder is prevented from being swept.
In one embodiment, a seal ring is disposed at the connection between the cover 330 and the mill body 200 to prevent the gas at the upper portion of the mill from overflowing.

In one embodiment, the filter cartridge 310 comprises: a filter layer; the outer wall of the filter cartridge 310 is provided with a plurality of vent holes, and the outer wall of the filter cartridge 310 is wrapped with a filter layer; an air filtering channel 311 is arranged in the filter cartridge 310, and one end of the air filtering channel 311 is communicated with the clean air channel 320; the other end extends into the cover body 330 and is communicated with the inside of the cover body 330. According to the arrangement, dust containing organic matters in the air can be filtered on the outer wall of the filter cylinder 310, so that the gas is purified.

the bottom surface of the cover body (330) is open and communicated with the wheel mill body;
an air inlet is formed in one side wall of the cover body (330), and the air inlet pipe (100) is installed on the air inlet and communicated with the interior of the cover body (330);
a multi-wing centrifugal fan (130) is arranged in the air inlet pipe (100);
a plurality of filter cartridges (310) are arranged in the cover body (330), one end of each filter cartridge (310) extends out of the cover body (330) and extends into the clean air channel (320) on the top surface of the cover body (330);
the cover body (330) is communicated with the clean air channel (320) through the filter cartridge (310);
one side wall of the air purification channel (320) is closed, the other side wall is provided with an air outlet, and the air outlet is provided with the air outlet pipe (350);
an exhaust fan (340) is arranged in the air outlet pipe.

4. The air cleaning device for producing the anhydrous stemming edge runner of claim 1, comprising a bracket (210), wherein the bracket (210) is arranged on the bottom surface of the edge runner body (200).
5. The air cleaning apparatus for producing a waterless stemming edge runner according to claim 1, wherein said air inlet duct (100) comprises an extension section, a plurality of air inlet holes (110) being provided on a side wall of said extension section.

The air cleaning apparatus for producing a waterless stemming edge runner according to claim 1, wherein the filter cartridge (310) comprises: the first filter cylinder, the second filter cylinder and the third filter cylinder are arranged on one side of the top surface of the cover body (330); the second filter cartridge is arranged in the middle of the top surface of the cover body (330); the third filter cartridge is arranged on one side, close to the air outlet pipe (350), of the top surface of the cover body (330).
