Background
With the technological progress and the popularization of networks, portable electronic products such as notebook computers, mobile phones, tablet computers and the like have become one of the essential items in life, and are almost inseparable from life. At present, portable electronic products are generally provided with lenses, and in order to achieve the purposes of convenient carrying, beautiful appearance and convenient use, the body of the portable electronic products is mainly developed in light and thin design; however, in order to achieve the imaging quality, the thickness of the lens itself is sometimes increased, so that the lens protrudes outward and is also polluted or scratched.
Although the portable electronic product itself is generally protected by the housing, in order to prevent the lens surface from being shielded and affecting the photographing effect, the housing needs to reserve an opening for accommodating the lens. Therefore, even for a lens without a convex, if no proper protection measures are provided, the lens is still easily contaminated or scratched through the opening after long-term use.
Although there are existing lens protection patches designed for lenses of portable electronic devices, the protection patches themselves have some defects in anti-contamination, anti-scratch, and anti-reflection, which adversely affects the performance of the lenses themselves. Therefore, the present inventors have studied how to avoid the problem of the protection paste itself that may cause contamination, scratch, and light reflection, while providing protection for the lens of the portable electronic device.

When in use, the metal frame base is an aluminum annular frame base or a steel annular frame base; in one embodiment, the aluminum annular frame is an aluminum alloy annular frame; in another embodiment, the steel annular frame is a stainless steel annular frame.
In practice, the thickness of the first adhesive layer is between 0.01 mm and 0.09 mm.
In practice, the first combining part is concavely arranged on the upper frame surface of the metal frame seat, and/or the second combining part is concavely arranged on the lower frame surface of the metal frame seat.
For further understanding of the present invention, the following preferred embodiments are provided to explain the detailed construction of the present invention and the achieved effect thereof in conjunction with the accompanying drawings.

Detailed Description
Referring to fig. 1-4, an embodiment of a lens protection structure 1 for protecting a lens of an electronic product according to the present invention is shown, which includes an artificial sapphire lens 2, a metal frame 3, a first adhesive layer 4 and a second adhesive layer 5.
The artificial sapphire lens 2 has a front surface 20 and a back surface 22 on opposite sides, the front surface 20 is vapor-deposited to form an anti-contamination layer 202, the back surface is surrounded by an ink layer 222, and an anti-reflection coating layer 224 is formed.
The metal frame 3 is a hollow frame, and has an upper frame surface 30 and a lower frame surface 32 located at two opposite sides; the upper frame 30 has a first engaging portion 302, and the lower frame 32 has a second engaging portion 322. In the embodiment, the metal frame 3 is an annular metal frame, and the first and second combining portions 302 and 322 are respectively recessed on the upper frame surface 30 and the lower frame surface 32; the first and second connecting portions 302 and 322 are disposed to form a circular groove by winding the upper and lower frame surfaces, or only form a partially wound arc-shaped groove.
In practice, the metal frame is preferably an aluminum ring frame (e.g., a high hardness aluminum alloy ring frame) or a steel ring frame (e.g., a stainless steel ring frame), and may be formed in other shapes or made of other suitable metal materials. The metal frame base can be endowed with bright colors through the existing electroplating process (such as a hardening electroplating process or a titanium burning electroplating process), thereby adding visual aesthetic feeling and richness.
The first adhesive layer 4 is disposed on the first bonding portion 302 of the upper frame surface 30 of the metal frame 3 for bonding the artificial sapphire lens 2 to the metal frame 3. The second adhesive layer 5 is disposed on the second bonding portion 322 of the lower frame surface 32 of the metal frame 3 for bonding the lens protection lens structure 1 to a lens of an electronic product. In practice, the thickness of the first glue layer 4 is preferably between 0.01 mm and 0.09 mm.
Please refer to fig. 5, which shows a schematic usage diagram of a lens protection lens structure according to an embodiment of the present invention. In fig. 5, a lens 60 of the smart phone 6 is taken as an example; however, in practice, the lens protection lens structure of the present invention can also be applied to protect the lens of other kinds of portable electronic products (e.g. notebook computers and tablet computers). As shown in fig. 5, the lens protection lens structure 1 is adhered to the lens 60 on the back of the smart phone 6 through the second adhesive layer 5, so as to protect the lens 60.
Therefore, the utility model has the advantages of it is following:
1. the lens protective glass structure of the utility model uses the artificial sapphire lens as the main protective structure. The surface hardness of the artificial sapphire is as high as 9-grade Mohs hardness, which is second to diamond, so that the strengthened glass is less prone to generating scratches; therefore, the artificial sapphire lens has excellent scratch resistance in the protection provided for the lens, so that the negative influence on the effect of the lens to be protected due to the scratch of the artificial sapphire lens is avoided.
