After the car is washed, most of sewage in the cushion body 6 is pumped into the sewage collecting cloth storage box 4 through a waste water pumping device, and the waste water pumping device can be a water pumping pump which is independently movable and convenient to carry and a detachable water pumping hose which is matched with the water pumping pump; when pumping water, one end of a water pumping hose can be placed in the sewage recovery pad, the hose connected with the water outlet end of the water pumping pump is placed on the cleaning cloth in the sewage collection cloth storage box 4, and primary filtration is carried out, so that larger impurities in the sewage recovery pad are left on the cleaning cloth; most sewage in the sewage recovery pad is all taken out the back, can fill up the sewage recovery and demolish, deposits the mouth 43 of putting into of case 4 side through sewage collection cloth and directly puts into sewage collection cloth and deposit case 4 and accomodate, will remove car washer and drive away can.
