现代的大多工业生产都会产生废气,废气中包含多种对人体以及自然环境有害的成分,必须经过吸收处理才能排放到自然环境中。
但是目前市场上的多级废气吸收处理装置无法有效进行废气处理,且废气的处理过程中较慢,难以满足实际的废气处理需求;同时在废气处理中,需要消耗较多的水资源,进一步导致资源上的浪费,为此提出了一种多级废气吸收处理装置。

针对上述情况,为克服现有技术的缺陷,本实用新型提供一种多级废气吸收处理装置,有效的解决了目前市场上的多级废气吸收处理装置废气处理能力差,处理速度慢,无法满足实际废气处理需求、废气处理中水资源消耗大,造成资源浪费的问题。

与现有技术相比,本实用新型的有益效果是:
1)、在工作中,通过开启引风机,将废气引导至工作箱的内部,废气通过过滤块,废气中较大的杂质被筛选出来,随后启动振动电机,带动传动杆,使过滤块上的固态物质进入集尘盒的内部,随后废气经过活性炭的净化,实现异味的降低,随后雾化喷头进行水雾喷洒,将废气中较重的物质加重,实现废气的净化,保证了该多级废气吸收处理装置在使用时具有较高的废气处理能力,处理速度快,可以满足实际所需的加工需求;
2)、通过利用导向块将水通过输出管输出,输出管将水输送到蓄水箱的内部,蓄水箱上的分离层对水进行固液分离,固态物质留在分离层顶部,液态物质则下降到分离层的底部,启动水泵,利用导流管配合输送管进行水的循环利用,保证了该多级废气吸收处理装置在使用时水资源消耗低,资源浪费少。

实施例五,在实施例一的基础上,输出管19的表面开设有阀门,且输出管19的顶部与导向块11的中部相安装,通过输出管19的设置,使得其利用阀门对输出管19进行开启与封闭,同时配合导向块11将废水进行引导。
实施例六,在实施例一的基础上,水泵22的底部安装有固位块,且水泵22上固位块的底部固定在底座17的顶部,通过水泵22的设置,使其利用固位块进行位置上的固定,从而实现水泵22的有效使用。
本实施例中:振动电机5采用YZS-1.5。
工作原理:工作时,首先开启引风机2,将废气引导至工作箱1的内部,废气通过过滤块3,废气中较大的杂质被筛选出来,随后启动振动电机5,带动传动杆4,使过滤块3上的固态物质进入集尘盒8的内部,随后废气经过活性炭10的净化,实现异味的降低,随后雾化喷头14进行水雾喷洒,将废气中较重的物质加重,实现废气的净化;在废气经过雾化喷头14的净化后,利用导向块11将水通过输出管19输出,输出管19将水输送到蓄水箱18的内部,蓄水箱18上的分离层20对水进行固液分离,固态物质留在分离层20顶部,液态物质则下降到分离层20的底部,启动水泵22,利用导流管21配合输送管13进行水的循环利用。

1.一种多级废气吸收处理装置,包括工作箱(1),其特征在于:所述工作箱(1)的顶部安装有引风机(2),工作箱(1)内腔的侧面安装有过滤块(3),过滤块(3)的底部安装有传动杆(4),传动杆(4)的底部安装有振动电机(5),工作箱(1)的侧壁安装有活动杆(6),活动杆(6)的一端安装有封闭块(7),封闭块(7)的侧面安装有集尘盒(8),集尘盒(8)的侧面安装有放置架(9),工作箱(1)内腔的中部安装有活性炭(10),工作箱(1)内腔的底部安装有导向块(11),导向块(11)的侧面固定有定位杆(12),定位杆(12)的一端安装有输送管(13),输送管(13)的顶部安装有雾化喷头(14),工作箱(1)的底部固定有承重架(15),承重架(15)的底部固定有承重杆(16),承重杆(16)的底部固定有底座(17),底座(17)的顶部安装有蓄水箱(18),蓄水箱(18)的顶部安装有输出管(19),蓄水箱(18)内腔的中部安装有分离层(20),蓄水箱(18)的侧面安装有导流管(21),导流管(21)的一端安装有水泵(22)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种多级废气吸收处理装置,其特征在于:所述工作箱(1)的顶部开设有输气孔,且工作箱(1)顶部的输气孔与引风机(2)的输入端相对应。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种多级废气吸收处理装置,其特征在于:所述封闭块(7)的侧面固定有手柄,且封闭块(7)的表面与工作箱(1)的侧面相契合。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种多级废气吸收处理装置,其特征在于:所述放置架(9)的侧面安装有吸铁石,且放置架(9)上的吸铁石侧面与集尘盒(8)的侧面相安装。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种多级废气吸收处理装置,其特征在于:所述输出管(19)的表面开设有阀门,且输出管(19)的顶部与导向块(11)的中部相安装。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种多级废气吸收处理装置,其特征在于:所述水泵(22)的底部安装有固位块,且水泵(22)上固位块的底部固定在底座(17)的顶部。
