An examining chair for hydrothorax ultrasound comprises a seat board, a chair back, supporting legs, a breast board and arm shelves; the seat board is formed into a long shape, and a chair back jack which penetrates through the seat board in the longitudinal direction is formed at the rear part of the seat board; a first bolt hole is formed at the rear side of the seat plate and communicated with the chair back jack; the lower end of the chair back is provided with an inserting part corresponding to the chair back inserting hole, and the inserting part is provided with a plurality of second inserting bolt holes from top to bottom; the lower end of the chair back is inserted into a chair back jack of the chair plate; an adjusting plate is fixed on the front side of the chair back, and a plurality of positioning teeth protruding upwards are longitudinally arranged on the adjusting plate; the front side of the chair back is connected with the chest plate through a first hinge, the rear side of the chest plate is provided with a supporting plate with a wedge-shaped cross section through a second hinge, and the lower end of the supporting plate can be inserted into any one of the positioning teeth, so that the inclination angle of the chest plate relative to the chair back is adjusted; the back side of the chair is connected with the arm shelf through a third hinge, and the back side of the chair back is fixedly provided with a stop block for limiting the opening degree of the arm shelf.

Background

the lower end of the chair back is provided with an inserting part corresponding to the chair back inserting hole, and the inserting part is provided with a plurality of second inserting bolt holes from top to bottom; the lower end of the chair back is inserted into a chair back inserting hole of the chair plate, and a bolt is inserted into one of the second bolt holes from the first bolt hole, so that the chair back is fixed on the chair plate; an adjusting plate is fixed on the front side of the chair back, and a plurality of positioning teeth protruding upwards are longitudinally arranged on the adjusting plate; the front side of the chair back is connected with the chest plate through a first hinge, the rear side of the chest plate is provided with a supporting plate with a wedge-shaped cross section through a second hinge, and the lower end of the supporting plate can be inserted into any one of the positioning teeth, so that the inclination angle of the chest plate relative to the chair back is adjusted; the back side of the chair is connected with the arm shelf through a third hinge, the back side of the chair back is fixedly provided with a stop block, and the stop block is positioned below the arm shelf to limit the opening degree of the arm shelf so as to keep the arm shelf horizontal when the arm shelf is opened.
Preferably, the seat plate is formed with arc-shaped recesses at both sides thereof.
Preferably, a horizontally extending neck support plate is formed at the upper end of the chair back, a first cushion is arranged at the upper side of the neck support plate, and the upper surface of the first cushion is formed into a curved surface which is concave downwards.
Preferably, the upper side of the seat plate is provided with a second cushion.
Preferably, a third cushion is arranged on the front side of the chest plate.
By arranging the chest plate with the adjustable inclination angle, the chest can be stably supported when a patient lies on the chair back; the plug bolts are inserted into different second plug bolt holes, so that the height of the chair back relative to the seat plate can be adjusted to adapt to the situation that the neck of patients with different heights is placed at the upper end of the chair back; by arranging the arm shelf, the patient can place the arm on the arm shelf in the examination process; the distance between the two separated legs can be smaller by arranging the concave parts at the two sides of the seat plate; through chest support, altitude mixture control, arm are shelved etc, use the inspection chair for hydrothorax supersound of this application, can make the patient be in comfortable gesture relatively, be favorable to the long-time maintenance of fixed gesture.

Detailed Description
The thoracic water ultrasound examination chair according to the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings.
The application discloses inspection chair for hydrothorax supersound, it includes bedplate 11, back of the chair 21, landing leg, pectoral plate 31, arm shelf 25.
The seat plate 11 is formed in a long shape, and a seat back insertion hole 14 penetrating the seat plate in the longitudinal direction is formed at the rear part of the seat plate 11; a first plug hole is formed at the rear side of the seat plate 11, and communicates with the seat back insertion hole 14.
An insertion part 24 corresponding to the chair back insertion hole 14 is formed at the lower end of the chair back 21, and a plurality of second insertion bolt holes 29 are formed in the insertion part 24 from top to bottom; the lower end of the seat back 21 is inserted into the seat back insertion hole 14 of the seat plate 11, and the plug 15 is inserted into one of the second plug holes 29 from the first plug hole, thereby fixing the seat back 21 to the seat plate 11.
An adjusting plate 27 is fixed on the front side of the chair back 21, and a plurality of positioning teeth protruding upwards are arranged on the adjusting plate 27 along the longitudinal direction; the front side of the chair back 21 is connected with the chest plate 31 through a first hinge 2a, the rear side of the chest plate 31 is provided with a support plate 33 with a wedge-shaped cross section through a second hinge 34, and the lower end of the support plate 33 can be inserted into any one of a plurality of positioning teeth, thereby adjusting the inclination angle of the chest plate 31 relative to the chair back 21.
The rear side of the chair back 21 is connected with the arm shelf through a third hinge 26, a stop block 2b is fixedly arranged at the rear side of the chair back 21, and the stop block 2b is positioned below the arm shelf 25 to limit the opening degree of the arm shelf 25 and keep the arm shelf horizontal when being opened.
Arc-shaped recesses 13 are formed at both sides of the seat plate 11.
A neck support plate 22 extending horizontally is formed at the upper end of the seat back 21, a first cushion 23 is provided at the upper side of the neck support plate 22, and the upper surface of the first cushion 23 is formed as a curved surface depressed downward.
The upper side of the seat plate 11 is provided with a second cushion 12.
The front side of the chest plate 31 is provided with a third soft cushion 32.
The upper part of the back side of the chair back 21 can be provided with a first magnet block 28, the side of the arm shelf 25 opposite to the back side of the chair back 21 can be provided with a second magnet block corresponding to the position of the first magnet block 28, when the chair is not used, the arm shelf 25 can be folded and attached to the back side of the chair back 21, and the arm shelf 25 is kept in a folded state through the mutual attraction of the first magnet 28 and the second magnet.
When the chair is used, a patient sits on the seat board and faces the chair back, and the two legs can be placed in the concave parts at the two sides of the seat board, so that the two legs cannot be separated too much; adjusting the height of the chair back according to the height of the patient; adjusting the inclination of the chest plate so that the chest of the patient can be stably supported by the chest plate; the neck of the patient is placed at the upper end of the chair back; the arms of the patient are placed on the arm shelf which is horizontally opened, so that the patient is in a relatively comfortable posture, the relatively fixed posture can be kept for a long time, and smooth examination of hydrothorax and ultrasound is facilitated.
Claims (5)
1. An examining chair for hydrothorax ultrasound comprises a seat board, a chair back and supporting legs; it is characterized by also comprising: chest plate, arm shelf; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
the seat board is formed into a long shape, and a chair back jack which penetrates through the seat board in the longitudinal direction is formed at the rear part of the seat board; a first bolt hole is formed at the rear side of the seat plate and communicated with the chair back jack;
the lower end of the chair back is provided with an inserting part corresponding to the chair back inserting hole, and the inserting part is provided with a plurality of second inserting bolt holes from top to bottom; the lower end of the chair back is inserted into a chair back inserting hole of the chair plate, and a bolt is inserted into one of the second bolt holes from the first bolt hole, so that the chair back is fixed on the chair plate; an adjusting plate is fixed on the front side of the chair back, and a plurality of positioning teeth protruding upwards are longitudinally arranged on the adjusting plate; the front side of the chair back is connected with the chest plate through a first hinge, the rear side of the chest plate is provided with a supporting plate with a wedge-shaped cross section through a second hinge, and the lower end of the supporting plate can be inserted into any one of the positioning teeth, so that the inclination angle of the chest plate relative to the chair back is adjusted; the back side of the chair is connected with the arm shelf through a third hinge, the back side of the chair back is fixedly provided with a stop block, and the stop block is positioned below the arm shelf to limit the opening degree of the arm shelf so as to keep the arm shelf horizontal when the arm shelf is opened.
