Accordingly, there is a need for improvements in existing cooking appliances and lids therefor.

Reference will now be made in detail to the exemplary embodiments, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings. Referring to fig. 1, the cover of the cooking utensil of the present application includes a surface cover 1, an inner cover 2 and an inner liner 3. The inner pot cover 2 is made of stainless steel, has high strength and can bear the high pressure of a cooking cavity, and the bottom edge of the inner pot cover 2 is provided with the pot cover teeth; the surface cover 1 is made of plastic materials and is formed by plastic injection molding, and the surface cover 1 covers the upper side of the inner pot cover 2 to form an appearance surface of the pot cover. The inner liner 3 is arranged between the face cover 1 and the inner pot cover 2, and the face cover 1 is also provided with components such as a handle (not shown) and a pressure limiting valve (not shown). The consumer can drive the pot cover to rotate by rotating the handle, so that the pot cover and the pot body are locked or unlocked to realize the cover opening and closing function.

As shown in fig. 7a and 7b, the cross-sectional length of the limiting portion 53 is greater than the maximum size of the through hole 24, the limiting portion 53 serves as a stop to limit the position of the head 51, so as to prevent the head 51 from being excessively inserted, which may cause interference between the pin 5 and other elements (e.g., the lid 1 and the liner 3) and affect the assembly of the lid, and the limiting portion 53 may also prevent the pin 5 from separating from the side wall 22 from the side of the head 51. The stopper portion 53 is formed on the side of the tail portion 52 close to the head portion 51, not the end of the tail portion 52, so that the tail portion 52 is matched with the rib 31, not the stopper portion 53.

The limiting part 53 is flattened, is formed by directly stamping the pin shaft 5, is approximately rectangular, and has a section length obviously larger than a width. The pin 5 is likely to rotate about its own central axis during use. The long side of the limiting part 53 is defined to be in the first state (see fig. 5 and 7a) when it is located in the horizontal position, and the short side of the limiting part 53 is defined to be in the second state (see fig. 7b) when it is located in the horizontal position. If the tail portion 52 is not provided, the gap between the outer edge of the position-limiting portion 53 rotated from the first state to the second state and the stop rib 31 will increase, and the position-limiting portion 53 will have the possibility of being separated from the side wall 22 to cause the pin 5 to fall off. In the application, the limiting part 53 of the pin shaft 5 is formed on one side of the tail part 52 close to the head part 51, and the tail part 52 and the blocking rib 31 are still kept to be matched with each other, namely, the limiting part 53 is utilized to form a limiting function, the pin shaft 5 can be prevented from being separated from the side wall 22, and reliable fixation is realized.

In this embodiment, the lid includes 4 pins 5 evenly distributed on the inner lid 2, and the projection of the pins 5 is within the projection range of the inner lid 2, and will not interfere with the inner liner 3 or the surface lid 1 during assembly.

The pin 5 is made of a rod-shaped metal, preferably a circular rod, and the end faces of the head 51 and the tail 52 are substantially circular, and the horizontal dimension after rotation is almost unchanged, so that the tail 52 and the rib 31 are reliably matched.

The inner liner 3 is approximately annular, and in the embodiment, the stop rib 31 for limiting the pin shaft 5 is formed on the inner liner 3 in an integrated forming mode, so that the structure is simple and the manufacture is easy. As shown in fig. 6, the liner 3 is integrally formed with a plurality of ribs 31, and the ribs 31 extend upward from an annular main body portion 42 of the liner 3. The inner liner 3 can be assembled between the side walls 22 of the panel cover 1 and the inner lid 2 by fasteners such as screws (not shown), and the stop ribs 31 are assembled to correspond to the tail portions 52 of the pins 5, respectively, so as to stop the tail portions 52 of the pins 5 from moving away from the head portions 51.

According to an embodiment of the present application, the lining 3 is further provided with a plurality of stopping ribs 32, each stopping rib 32 corresponds to the head 51 of each pin 5, and the stopping ribs 32 can stop the head 51 from moving away from the tail 52, or to say, prevent the head 51 from being excessively inserted.

As an alternative embodiment, the inner liner 3 may be omitted from the pot cover of the cooking appliance, and correspondingly, the blocking rib may be directly disposed on the face cover 1 and integrally formed with the face cover 1, and the position of the specific blocking rib is substantially unchanged, and the blocking rib is blocked at the tail portion 52. Similarly, the face cover 1 may also be provided with a plurality of stopping ribs, each stopping rib corresponds to the head 51 of each pin 5, so as to stop the head 51 from moving away from the tail 52 and avoid the head 51 from being excessively inserted.

Referring to fig. 4, the side wall 22 of the inner lid 2 includes a first vertical wall 25 and a second vertical wall 26, the second vertical wall 26 is located outside the first vertical wall 25, the first vertical wall 25 is connected with the top wall 21, the step portion 23 horizontally connects the first vertical wall 25 and the second vertical wall 26, and the through hole 24 is formed on the second vertical wall 26, that is, the pin 5 is fixed on the second vertical wall 26. The side walls 22 are arranged in a stepped configuration so that the pin 5 fixed to the second vertical wall 26 can be located directly below the step 23, jointly confining the sealing ring 4.

The seal ring 4 includes a main body 42, a lip 43 located inside the main body 42, and a mounting portion 41 located outside the main body 42. The top surface of the main body 42 is closely attached to the bottom surface of the step 23, the lip 43 includes an upper lip 44 and a lower lip 45, the upper lip 44 is closely attached to the first vertical wall 25, and the lower lip 45 is closely attached to the pot mouth of the inner pot (not shown).

As an embodiment, a rib 46 protruding vertically relative to the main body 42 is disposed at the end of the mounting portion 41, the rib 46 is located between the pin 5 and the second vertical wall 26, and the bottom surface of the rib 46 is higher than the vertex of the pin 5, that is, an inner and outer snap is formed between the pin 5 and the rib 46, so as to prevent the mounting portion 41 from separating from the space between the step portion 23 and the pin 5.

According to an embodiment of the present application, the sealing ring 4 further includes a connecting portion 47 connecting the rib 46 and the main body portion 42, the thickness of the connecting portion 47 is smaller than that of the main body portion 42, so that the main body portion 42, the connecting portion 47 and the rib 46 together form a groove 48, and the pin 5 is located right below the groove 48.

and the blocking ribs (31) are positioned on the outer side of the side wall (22) and form blocking fit with the corresponding tail parts (52).

2. The cover for a cooking appliance according to claim 1, wherein: the cross-sectional length of the limiting part (53) is larger than the maximum size of the through hole (24), and the limiting part (53) is formed on one side of the tail part (52) close to the head part (51).
