Detailed Description
The technical solution in the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present application. It should be apparent that the described embodiments are only some embodiments of the present application, and not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be obtained by a person skilled in the art without making any inventive step based on the embodiments in the present application, are within the scope of protection of the present application.
Referring to fig. 1-3, a heating element 10 is provided. The heating element 10 is used to heat a smoking article placed in an electronic smoking article.
The heating element 10 comprises a carrying column 11 and a heating wire 12. The heating wire 12 surrounds the carrying column 11. The bearing column 11 bears the heating wire 12. The bearing column 11 is an integrally formed columnar structure. The heating wire 12 is detachably wound around and sleeved on the bearing column 11.
Referring to fig. 4, the load-bearing column 11 includes a first end surface 111 and a second end surface 112 disposed opposite to each other. A side surface 113 is connected between the first end surface 111 and the second end surface 112. The side 113 has a number of grooves 114. The groove 114 is formed by being recessed from the side surface 113 toward the central axis 11a of the load post 11. The grooves 114 extend from the first end surface 111 to the second end surface 112. The groove 114 has a first recess surface 1140 a. The first recessed surface 1140a includes a first sub-surface 1141 and a second sub-surface 1142. The first and second sub-surfaces 1141 and 1142 perpendicularly intersect. The included angle between the first sub-surface 1141 and the second sub-surface 1142 of the groove 114 is a right angle. The intersection line 1143 of the first and second sub-surfaces 1141 and 1142 is parallel to the central axis 11 a. In other embodiments, the included angle between the first sub-surface 1141 and the second sub-surface 1142 may be an acute angle or an obtuse angle.
Referring to fig. 5, in one embodiment, the groove 114 of the pillar 11 may have a second recess surface 1140 b. The second recess surface 1140b is an arc surface. Referring to fig. 6, in one embodiment, the groove 114 of the pillar 11 may have a third recessed surface 1140 c. The third recessed surface 1140c includes a third sub-surface 1145, a first curved surface 1146 and a fourth sub-surface 1147. The first curved surface 1146 is connected between the third sub-surface 1145 and the fourth sub-surface 1146. The third and fourth sub-surfaces 1145 and 1147 are perpendicular. The third and fourth sub-surfaces 1145 and 1147 are planar. The first curved surface 1146 is an arc surface. Because the third recessed surface 1140c has a structural feature of combining a curved surface and an arc surface, in the process of manufacturing the bearing column 11, the bearing column 11 can flexibly match the curved surface and the arc surface according to different positioning positions and diameters of the heating wire 12, thereby increasing the adaptability of the product.
The material of the load-bearing column 11 may be teflon or made of Polyetheretherketone (Peek).
Referring to fig. 2-3, the heating wire 12 surrounds the carrying post 11. The heating wire 12 includes a plurality of horizontal portions 121 and a plurality of vertical portions 122. The horizontal portion 121 and the vertical portion 122 are connected with a gap therebetween. Referring to fig. 7, the horizontal portion 121 includes a first horizontal branch 1211 located on the first end surface 111 and a second horizontal branch 1212 located on the second end surface 112. The vertical portion 122 is disposed in the recess 114.
Referring to fig. 2-3, the heating element 10 further includes a sleeve 13. The sleeve 13 is sleeved on the bearing column 11 and the heating wire 12. The sleeve 13 includes a needle portion 131 and a base portion 132. The base portion 132 is located at one end of the needle portion 131. The needle 141 is used for inserting the cigarette product. The sleeve 141 is zirconia.
Compared with the sleeve made of alumina material in the prior art, the sleeve 141 made of zirconia material provided by the present application has the following advantages: firstly, because of the large specific heat capacity of the zirconia, when the sleeves with the same volume absorb the same heat, the sleeve 141 made of the zirconia has the advantages of stable temperature rise and uniform temperature, so that the cigarette products of the electronic smoking set can be uniformly heated, the smoking taste of the cigarette products is good, and the product experience of the electronic smoking set is improved; secondly, the zirconia has the characteristic of small granularity after sintering, the surface smoothness is high after polishing, and when the sleeve 141 made of the zirconia is applied to the electronic smoking set, the sleeve 141 is not easy to adhere to the cigarette ash and has the advantage of easy cleaning. The surface finish of the sleeve 141 is greater than ^ 9; thirdly, the toughness of the zirconia is higher than that of the alumina, so that the problem that the sleeve made of the alumina is easy to break due to high brittleness in the using process is solved.
The heating element 10 further comprises a load-bearing base 14. The bearing base 14 is sleeved on the base portion 132 of the sleeve 13. The carrying base 14 includes a plurality of locking portions 141. The latch 141 is located at one end of the base portion 132 away from the needle 131. The fastening portion 141 is used for fastening the heating element 10 with other elements in the electronic smoking set. In this embodiment, the fastening portion 141 extends in a direction away from the needle portion 131 from the base portion 132, and a hook 1411 is formed at the free end 141a, and the hook 1411 is used for fastening the heating element 10 with other elements in an electronic smoking set.
The carrying base 14 is made of plastic. The assembled bearing column 11 and the assembled heating wire 12 are inserted into the sleeve 13 for assembly, the assembled bearing column 11, the assembled heating wire 12 and the assembled sleeve 13 are placed into a mold for manufacturing the bearing base 14, and the bearing base 14 is formed and sleeved on the sleeve 13 through injection molding. The first end 14a of the bearing seat 14 abuts against the end face of the seat 132 of the sleeve 13 facing the needle 131. The second end portion 14b of the bearing base 14 abuts against the end surface of the base portion 132 of the sleeve 13 away from the needle portion 131, and the bearing column 11 and the heating wire 12 are enclosed in the sleeve 13. The bearing base 14 is formed through injection molding, and the bearing column 11 and the heating wire 12 are packaged in the sleeve 13, so that an alignment link of a process of independently assembling the bearing column 11, the heating wire 12, the sleeve 13 and the bearing base 14 in an electronic smoking set assembling process can be omitted, and the alignment link is a link of installing a heating element in the electronic smoking set and needing to calibrate the verticality of the heating element. Further, the bearing base 14 is formed by injection molding, and the bearing column 11 and the heating wire 12 are encapsulated in the sleeve 13, so that a gap between the bearing base 14 and the sleeve 13 can be avoided, and the influence on the heating performance of the electronic smoking set caused by the entering of cigarette ash or dust into the sleeve 13 in the use process of the electronic smoking set can be avoided.
The heating element 10 further comprises an insulating tube 15. The insulating tube 15 is sleeved on the end of the heating wire 12 to insulate and protect the end of the heating wire 12.
Referring to fig. 8, the present embodiment further provides a heating element 20. The heating assembly 20 is used to heat a cigarette product placed in an electronic smoking article. The heating assembly 20 comprises a heating element 10 and a control device 21. The heating element 10 is as described above and will not be described in detail here. The control device 21 is electrically connected to the heating wire 12 of the heating element 10, and the control device 21 is configured to control the heating power of the heating wire 12 of the heating element 10.
Referring to fig. 9, an electronic smoking set 30 is further provided in the present embodiment. The e-smoking article 30 includes a heating assembly 20 and a power source 31. The heating element 20 is as described above and will not be described in detail here. The power source 31 is electrically connected to the control device 21 of the heating assembly 20, and the power source 31 is used for providing electric support for the heating assembly 20.

the heating wire surrounds and is sleeved on the bearing column, the heating wire comprises a plurality of horizontal parts and a plurality of vertical parts, the horizontal parts are connected with the vertical parts at intervals, the horizontal parts comprise first horizontal branches located on the first end face and second horizontal branches located on the second end face, and the vertical parts are arranged in the grooves.
2. The heating element of claim 1 wherein the recess has a first recessed surface comprising a first sub-surface and a second sub-surface, the first sub-surface and the second sub-surface intersecting.
3. A heating element as claimed in claim 2, wherein the intersection of the first and second sub-surfaces is parallel to the central axis.
4. The heating element of claim 1 wherein said indentation has a second concave surface, said second concave surface being a curved surface.
5. The heating element of claim 1 wherein the recess has a third recessed surface comprising a third sub-surface, a first curved surface and a fourth sub-surface, the first curved surface being connected between the third and fourth sub-surfaces.
6. The heating element of claim 1, further comprising a sleeve, wherein the sleeve is disposed over the support post and the heater, the sleeve comprising a needle portion and a base portion, the base portion being disposed at an end of the needle portion, the needle portion being adapted for insertion into the smoking article.
7. The heating element of claim 6, wherein the sleeve is zirconia, and a surface finish of the sleeve is greater than ^ 9.
8. The heating element of claim 6, further comprising a bearing base, wherein the bearing base is sleeved on the base portion of the sleeve, the bearing base comprises a plurality of buckling portions, and the buckling portions are located at one end of the base portion away from the needle portion.
9. The heating element of claim 8, wherein the carrier base encapsulates the carrier post and the heater within the sleeve.
10. The heating element of claim 6, further comprising an insulating tube sheathed at an end of the heater.
11. A heating assembly for heating a smoking article disposed in an electronic smoking article, comprising:
a heating element as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 10; and
the control device is electrically connected with the heating wire of the heating element and is used for controlling the heating power of the heating wire of the heating element.
12. An electronic smoking article, comprising:
the heating assembly of claim 11; and
the power supply is electrically connected with the control device of the heating assembly and is used for providing electric support for the heating assembly.
