Winding hoisting device according to claim 3, characterized in that the winding hoisting device further comprises a first connecting plate (60) and a first elastic member (70), wherein a first end of the first elastic member (70) is fixedly connected to a side of the first clamping portion (13) facing away from the second clamping portion (23), a first end of the first connecting plate (60) is fixedly connected to a second end of the first elastic member (70), a middle portion of the first connecting plate (60) is pivotally connected to the first clamping portion (13), a second end of the first connecting plate (60) is pivotally connected to the first supporting plate (40), and the first elastic member (70) always gives the first supporting plate (40) a tendency to move towards the second clamping portion (23);
and/or, winding lifting device still includes second connecting plate (80) and second elastic component (90), the first end rigid coupling of second elastic component (90) in second clamping part (23) deviates from one side of first clamping part (13), the first end of second connecting plate (80) with the second end rigid coupling of second elastic component (90), the middle part of second connecting plate (80) with the pin joint of second clamping part (23), the second end of second connecting plate (80) with second layer board (50) pin joint, second elastic component (90) give all the time second layer board (50) towards the trend that first clamping part (13) removed.

Winding hoisting device according to any one of claims 1-4, characterized in that the winding hoisting device further comprises a first clamping member detachably fastened to the first clamping portion (13) and a second clamping member detachably fastened to the second clamping portion (23), the first clamping member and the second clamping member being able to approach each other and clamp the winding.

Winding hoisting device according to claim 6, characterized in that the first clamping part (13) is provided with a first connection hole, the second clamping part (23) is provided with a second connection hole, the first half hoop (110) is provided with a first threaded hole, the second half hoop (120) is provided with a second threaded hole, the winding hoisting device further comprises a first threaded connector and a second threaded connector, the first threaded connector passes through the first connection hole and is in threaded connection with the first threaded hole, and the second threaded connector passes through the second connection hole and is in threaded connection with the second threaded hole.

The winding hoisting device according to claim 8, wherein the first connection holes are plural in number and are arranged at intervals in the length direction of the first suspender (10), the second connection holes are plural in number and are arranged at intervals in the length direction of the second suspender (20), the number of the second connection holes is the same as the number of the first connection holes, and the plural second connection holes are respectively in one-to-one correspondence with the plural first connection holes.
