1. A toy vehicle, comprising:
the chassis comprises two sub chassis which are arranged in front and back and are mutually and rotatably connected;
the vehicle body is arranged on the chassis;
the traveling device comprises a plurality of traveling wheels, and the traveling wheels are respectively arranged on the two sub-chassis;
and the swinging device is connected with at least one sub chassis to drive the two sub chassis to swing relatively.
2. The toy vehicle of claim 1, wherein the travel mechanism includes a travel motor coupled to at least one of the travel wheels, and the swing mechanism includes a swing motor, the travel motor and the swing motor being disposed on the same sub-chassis.
3. The toy vehicle of claim 2, wherein the oscillating device further comprises: the first output chain is connected with the swing motor and is provided with a rotatable eccentric lug;
the swing motor is arranged on one of the sub-chassis, and the eccentric lug lifts or presses the other sub-chassis when rotating.
4. The toy vehicle of claim 3, further comprising: a garnish that is shakable on the vehicle body.
5. The toy vehicle of claim 4, wherein the oscillating device comprises: the decorative piece shaking device comprises a swing motor and a second output chain connected with the swing motor, wherein the second output chain drives the decorative piece to shake.
6. The toy vehicle of claim 5, wherein a pivot axle is provided between the two sub-chassis, the two sub-chassis freely rotatably surrounding the pivot axle, the second output link being connected to the pivot axle, the pivot axle rotating to drive the decorative element into a fluttering motion.

an audio assembly configured to emit different audio frequencies, the audio assembly being a sound emitting member;
