In practice, the gastroscope may not only be used for examination, but also may require surgical operation, and the surgical instrument channel 40 is arranged to facilitate the insertion of the surgical instrument of the surgical forceps and improve the adaptation range of the gastroscope tube sheath.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 4, the water gas channel 30 and the surgical instrument channel 40 are respectively located at two sides of the camera channel 20 in the radial direction.
In an alternative embodiment, the camera channel 20 is centrally located in the cross-section of the main body portion 10 to facilitate viewing by rotating the camera during use. Meanwhile, the influence of moisture on the position and the action of the surgical instrument observed by the camera is reduced.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 2 to 4, an administration channel 50 is further provided in the main body portion 10, one end of the administration channel 50 penetrates through the second end face 12, and the other end of the administration channel 50 penetrates through the first end face 11 or a circumferential outer wall of the main body portion 10.
Since the insertion of the gastroscope sheath from the mouth into the stomach may cause a conditionally reflective action of vomiting by the patient, when the gastroscope sheath is inserted to a certain depth, anesthesia can be delivered through the administration channel 50 to perform local anesthesia on the oropharyngeal site. Of course, the administration channel 50 may be used for direct administration to the stomach after insertion of the gastroscopic sheath into the stomach.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 4, the administration channel 50 includes a first channel 51 extending along the length direction of the body 10 and a second channel 52 extending along the radial direction of the body 10, and the first channel 51 and the second channel 52 are communicated with each other; the cross-sectional shape of the second channel 52 is a sector.
In this embodiment, the outlet of the administration path 50 is located on the circumferential wall surface of the main body 10 and is fanned out to enlarge the administration area, which is relatively suitable for administration anesthesia to the oropharyngeal site.
Optionally, an illumination channel is further disposed on the main body portion 10, and the illumination channel is disposed adjacent to the camera channel 20.
The existing camera can be a simple camera or a camera integrated with a lighting lamp; in order to facilitate the use of the camera head without the illumination lamp, an illumination channel (not shown) for the illumination lamp to penetrate is provided on the main body portion 10 in the present embodiment, so as to expand the range of use of the gastroscope sheath.
Optionally, the first end surface 11 and the circumferential outer wall of the main body portion 10 are in smooth transition, and due to the arrangement of the smooth outer surface, the patient is effectively prevented from being scratched in the using process of the gastroscope tube sheath.
The foregoing description of the specific embodiments of the invention has been presented. It is to be understood that the present invention is not limited to the specific embodiments described above, and that various changes and modifications may be made by those skilled in the art within the scope of the appended claims without departing from the spirit of the invention. The embodiments and features of the embodiments of the present application may be combined with each other arbitrarily without conflict.
