The lamp holder device of claim 1, wherein the inner sidewall of the guiding portion has a plurality of layers of first annular inclined planes and first annular vertical planes alternately connected in sequence, and the light entering the light guide cover is reflected by the first annular inclined planes and then emitted in a direction perpendicular to the optical axis.

The lamp holder device of claim 2, wherein the outer side wall of the guiding portion has a plurality of layers of second annular inclined surfaces and second annular vertical surfaces alternately connected in sequence, and the first annular inclined surfaces are opposite to the second annular vertical surfaces in the horizontal direction, so that the light reflected by the first annular inclined surfaces is emitted perpendicularly to the second annular vertical surfaces.

6. A hand-held warning light comprising a light body means and a light head means as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 5, said light head means being mounted at one end of said light body.

The handheld warning lamp as claimed in claim 6, wherein an end of the lamp body away from the lamp head device is provided with a light-transmitting area, a second light source module is disposed in the light-transmitting area, and the second light source module and the first light source module are powered by the same power supply module.

The handheld warning lamp as claimed in claim 6, wherein the mounting base includes a housing having a mounting cavity and a plug board disposed in the mounting cavity, the first light source module is fixed in the mounting cavity of the housing, the plug board is provided with a positive contact and at least two contact pins, and the positive contact and the contact pins are used to form a discharge loop with the power supply module, the first light source module and the second light source module.
