Referring to fig. 1 to 4, the present embodiment provides a sound absorption assembly 100, which has the characteristics of good sound absorption effect and easy installation.
It is noted that the sound absorbing assembly 100 can be used for tunnel sound absorption to reduce noise pollution. Of course, the sound absorbing assembly 100 may be used in other settings where noise reduction is desired.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the sound absorption assembly 100 includes a mounting frame 110, a sound absorption plate 120, a first supporting member 130 and a second supporting member 140, the first supporting member 130 and the second supporting member 140 are respectively connected to the mounting frame 110, the first supporting member 130 is provided with a plurality of first sound absorption holes 131, the second supporting member 140 is provided with a plurality of second sound absorption holes 141, the sound absorption plate 120 is disposed between the first supporting member 130 and the second supporting member 140, and two opposite side surfaces of the sound absorption plate 120 are respectively communicated with the first sound absorption holes 131 and the second sound absorption holes 141.
It should be understood that the sound absorbing panel 120 is used for sound absorption, the first and second supports 130 and 140 are respectively connected to the mounting frame 110, and the sound absorbing panel 120 is disposed between the first and second supports 130 and 140, thereby achieving fixation of the sound absorbing panel 120. The first sound-absorbing holes 131 provided in the first support plate can transmit sound to the sound-absorbing panel 120, facilitating sound absorption through the sound-absorbing panel 120, thereby reducing noise. The second sound-absorbing hole 141 communicates with the other side surface of the sound-absorbing panel 120, and can transmit the remaining sound to the other side surface of the sound-absorbing assembly 100. Generally, the side surface of the side is spaced from the wall surface of the building to form a sound absorption cavity, so that the sound absorption effect of the sound absorption assembly 100 is further improved, and the further propagation of noise is reduced in the sound transmission process.

Referring to fig. 6, in an alternative embodiment, the sound absorption plate 120 includes a sound absorption plate body 121 and a hydrophobic cloth 122, the hydrophobic cloth 122 is laid on a side surface of the sound absorption plate body 121, the hydrophobic cloth 122 is close to the first support member 130, the hydrophobic cloth 122 is communicated with the first sound absorption hole 131, and the sound absorption plate body 121 is communicated with the second sound absorption hole 141.
It should be understood that the hydrophobic cloth 122 is used to ensure the dryness of the sound-absorbing panel body 121 and prevent the sound-absorbing panel body 121 from rotting and the like caused by being exposed to a humid environment for a long time, so as to prolong the service life of the sound-absorbing panel body 121 and ensure the service life and the sound-absorbing effect of the sound-absorbing assembly 100.
Optionally, the sound absorbing board body 121 of the sound absorbing board 120 may be a nano metal sound absorbing felt, and the nano material has a good sound absorbing effect, so that the sound absorbing assembly 100 can further reduce noise. Of course, other materials with sound absorption function may be used.
Referring to fig. 5, in an alternative embodiment, the mounting frame 110 includes a plurality of first mounting frames 111 and a plurality of second mounting frames 112, the extending directions of the plurality of first mounting frames 111 are parallel to each other, and the extending directions of the plurality of second mounting frames 112 are parallel to each other and form an included angle with the extending direction of the plurality of first mounting frames 111.
It should be noted that the connection manner between the first supporting members 130 and the second supporting members 140 and the mounting frame 110 is simultaneously applicable to all of the first mounting frames 111 and all of the second mounting frames 112, that is, the first supporting members 130 are connected with the first mounting frames 111 and the second mounting frames 112, and the second supporting members 140 are connected with the first mounting frames and the second mounting frames.
Meanwhile, it can be understood that the first mounting part and the second mounting part 112 are arranged at an included angle with each other, so that the sound absorption assembly 100 has high strength, and thus the sound absorption assembly 100 has a good supporting effect and is not easy to deform.
In addition, it should be noted that the number of the first and second mounting frames 111 and 112 is related to the size of the sound absorbing assembly 100, and in order to ensure the structural stability of the mounting frame 110 and the sound absorbing assembly 100, the number of the first and second mounting frames 111 and 112 is increased correspondingly if the size of the sound absorbing assembly 100 is larger. Of course, the first and second mounting brackets 111 and 112 may be made of a material with better strength and stability, and in this case, the number of the first and second mounting brackets 111 and 112 may be fixed.
Referring to fig. 6, the mounting frame 110 is further provided with a first mounting surface 113 and a second mounting surface 114 opposite to each other, the first supporting member 130 is connected to the first mounting surface 113, the second supporting member 140 is connected to the second mounting surface 114, and the second mounting surface 114 is connected to the sound absorbing plate 120.
It should be noted that the mounting frame 110 may be substantially square, and in addition to the first mounting surface 113 and the second mounting surface 114, it may also have another set of opposite mounting surfaces, which are respectively connected to different sound absorbing panels 120, or a certain gap may be provided between the mounting frame and the sound absorbing panels 120, and the gap may also be filled with an adhesive or the like.
Optionally, an adhesive layer 150 is filled between the first support 130 and the first mounting surface 113. That is, the first supporting member 130 is connected to the first mounting surface 113 by adhesion, and the adhesive layer 150 may be a double-layer adhesive tape.
In an alternative embodiment, the sound absorbing assembly 100 further includes a fixing member 160, and the fixing member 160 passes through the second supporting member 140 and the second mounting surface 114 and extends into the mounting frame 110.

It should be understood that the mounting frame 110 has an internal cavity 115, that is, the first and second mounting frames 111 and 112 may have a cavity, and the internal cavity 115 can reduce the weight of the mounting frame 110 while ensuring the strength of the mounting frame 110, thereby facilitating the assembly of the components and the installation of the sound absorbing assembly 100.
In an alternative embodiment, the second supporting member 140 is provided with a mounting groove (not shown) in which the portion of the mounting frame 110 is received, and a second mounting hole through which the fixing member 160 passes is provided on a bottom wall of the mounting groove.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 6, the mounting frame 110 is substantially a square frame structure surrounded by square steel.
Referring to fig. 3, optionally, the aperture ratio of the first supporting member 130 is greater than or equal to 20%, such as 25%, 30%, etc. of the first supporting member 130.
Alternatively, the first sound-absorbing hole 131 has an aperture size in the range of 1-3 mm, such as 2 mm, or 2.5 mm.
It should be understood that the above-mentioned pore size refers to the diameter of the pores. The number of the first sound absorption holes 131 is plural, and the sizes of the first sound absorption holes 131 may be identical, for example, 1.8 mm; alternatively, at least two of the first sound-absorbing holes 131 have different apertures, for example, one of the two holes has an aperture of 1.5 mm and the other hole has an aperture of 2.3 mm.
Referring to fig. 2, the second supporter 140 may be a metal mesh, wherein the second sound-absorbing holes 141 provided on the second supporter 140 may be meshes of the metal mesh.
In an alternative embodiment, the sound absorbing panel 120 is bonded to both the first and second supports 130 and 140. The bonding mode can be realized by coating adhesive or pasting double-sided adhesive tape. In the present embodiment, the specific bonding method is not particularly limited.
Referring to fig. 1 to fig. 6, in the embodiment of the present invention: the sound absorbing panel 120 is used for absorbing sound, the first support 130 and the second support 140 are respectively connected to the mounting frame 110, and the sound absorbing panel 120 is disposed between the first support 130 and the second support 140, thereby achieving fixation of the sound absorbing panel 120. The first sound-absorbing holes 131 provided in the first support plate can transmit sound to the sound-absorbing panel 120, facilitating sound absorption through the sound-absorbing panel 120, thereby reducing noise. The second sound absorption hole 141 is communicated with the other side surface of the sound absorption plate 120, and can transmit the residual sound to the other side of the sound absorption assembly 100, so that the sound absorption effect of the sound absorption assembly 100 is further improved, and the further transmission of the noise is reduced in the sound transmission process. Also, when the sound absorbing assembly 100 is installed, the first supporting member 130 may be first installed on the installation frame 110, the sound absorbing panel 120 may be connected to the first supporting member 130, and the second supporting member 140 may be finally connected to the installation frame 110. The installation steps are simple, that is, the embodiment of the present invention provides a sound absorption assembly 100 with easy installation features.
