3. The pressure cooker as claimed in claim 2, wherein one of the handle portion and the lid is provided with an insertion groove, and the other is provided with an insertion post which is inserted into and fitted with the insertion groove.
4. The pressure cooker of claim 2, wherein the handle portion has an open-top mounting cavity, the first coupler is received in the mounting cavity, and the pressure cooker further comprises a waterproof cover covering the open end of the mounting cavity.
5. The pressure cooker of claim 4, wherein the waterproof cover is rotatably connected to the handle portion at one side thereof and is foldable relative to the handle portion at the other side thereof.
6. The pressure cooker of claim 5, wherein the top surface of the handle portion is provided with a receiving cavity adapted to the waterproof cover.

The pressure cooker according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the cover comprises a movable cover and a fixed base, the movable cover is horizontally and rotatably connected to the fixed base, the fixed base is detachably connected to the cooker body, and the second coupler is mounted on the fixed base.

The pressure cooker as claimed in claim 7, wherein the movable cover is provided with a limiting portion, the pressure cooker further comprises a locking mechanism, the locking mechanism comprises a telescopic assembly and a locking member, the telescopic assembly is vertically and telescopically mounted on the fixing base, the telescopic assembly is in linkage connection with the locking member, when the cooker cover is covered with the cooker body, the telescopic assembly abuts against the cooker body and is in a contraction state, the locking member is separated from the limiting portion, and when the cooker cover is separated from the cooker body, the telescopic assembly extends to enable the locking member to be matched with the limiting portion in a locking manner.

The pressure cooker according to claim 8, wherein the retractable assembly comprises a movable rod and an elastic member, the movable rod is movably mounted on the fixing base up and down, the elastic member is connected between the fixing base and the movable rod, one end of the locking member is fixedly connected with the movable rod, the other end of the locking member is bent towards the cooker cover to form a locking portion, the limiting portion is a limiting groove formed in the periphery of the movable cover, and when the cooker cover is separated from the cooker body, the locking portion is locked and matched with the limiting groove.
10. The pressure cooker as claimed in claim 9, wherein the cooker body is provided with a jacking post, and when the cooker cover is covered on the cooker body, the jacking post upwards props against the movable rod.
