Detailed Description
Reference will now be made in detail to embodiments of the present invention, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings, wherein like reference numerals refer to the same or similar elements or elements having the same or similar function throughout. The embodiments described below with reference to the drawings are exemplary only for the purpose of explaining the present invention, and should not be construed as limiting the present invention.
A pot cover assembly 10 of a cooking appliance according to an embodiment of the first aspect of the present invention is described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 1 to 6, according to the pot cover assembly 10 of the cooking appliance of the embodiment of the present invention, the cooking appliance has a cooking cavity 101, and the pot cover assembly 10 includes: a cover body 100 and a pressure-starting protection valve 200.
Specifically, the cover 100 is provided with a sensor 110. For example, the sensing member 110 may be a reed switch. The start-up pressure protection valve 200 includes: a valve body 210, a magnetic member 220, and a valve spool 230. The valve body 210 is movably provided on the cover body 100 between a first position shown in fig. 2 and a second position shown in fig. 3, and for example, the valve body 210 is movable in the axial direction (i.e., up-down direction) of the cover body 100.
The valve body 210 has a steam passage 211, and a first steam inlet 212, a second steam inlet 213 and a steam outlet 214 respectively communicated with the steam passage 211, wherein the first steam inlet 212 is located between the second steam inlet 213 and the steam outlet 214, that is, the first steam inlet 212 is located above the second steam inlet 213 and below the steam outlet 214. The magnetic member 220 is provided on the valve body 210, and the magnetic member 220 may be a magnet, for example. The valve member 230 is movably disposed in the steam passage 211 between an initial position shown in fig. 5 and a relief position shown in fig. 6, the valve member 230 blocks the second steam inlet 213 in the initial position, and the valve member 230 opens the second steam inlet 213 in the relief position.
Wherein, when the valve body 210 is at the first position, the first steam inlet 212 is communicated with the cooking cavity 101 and the valve core 230 is at the initial position; when the pressure of the cooking cavity 101 reaches the pressure, the valve body 210 moves to the second position, the cover body 100 blocks the first steam inlet 212, and the magnetic element 220 communicates with the sensing element 110; when the pressure in the cooking cavity 101 reaches the relief pressure, the valve element 230 moves to the relief position to communicate the second steam inlet 213 with the steam outlet 214, and the relief pressure is greater than the pressure.
For example, the cover 100 is provided with a valve seat 120, the valve body 210 is movably disposed in the valve seat 120, and a float gasket 250 is sleeved on a lower end of the valve body 210. When the valve body 210 is located at the first position, the valve core 230 is located at the initial position, the valve core 230 blocks the second steam inlet 213, the first steam inlet 212 is communicated with the cooking cavity 101, and at this time, cold air in the cooking cavity 101 enters the steam channel 211 through the first steam inlet 212 and is discharged through the steam outlet 214; when the pressure of the cooking cavity 101 reaches the pressure-rise pressure, the valve body 210 moves to the second position, the float gasket 250 cooperates with the valve seat 120 to block the first steam inlet 212, the passage between the first steam inlet 212 and the cooking cavity 101 fails, and the magnetic member 220 moves along with the valve body 210 to communicate with the sensing member 110; when the pressure in the cooking cavity 101 continues to increase and reaches the pressure relief pressure, the valve core 230 moves to the pressure relief position, and at this time, the second steam inlet 213 is opened, thereby achieving instant pressure relief.
According to the utility model discloses cooking utensil's pot cover subassembly 10 has integrateed pressure release function and zero pressure and has detected the function, need not set up pressure relief device and zero pressure detection device on lid 100 respectively for the structure of lid 100 becomes few, the structure is fairly simple, and the cost is also lower.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the valve body 210 is provided with a receiving groove 215, and the magnetic member 220 is installed in the receiving groove 215, so that the magnetic member 220 can be relatively securely installed on the valve body 210. For example, the magnetic member 220 can be pressed in the accommodating groove 215 by riveting the valve body 210, so that the magnetic member 220 can move along with the valve body 210 without falling off, the magnetic member 220 and the sensing member 110 are ensured to communicate, the reed switch senses the closing of the magnetic field, and the output signal informs that the pressure is in the cooking cavity 101, thereby prompting that the cover cannot be opened.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, one end of the steam channel 211 penetrates through the bottom wall of the accommodating groove 215, a sealing gasket 216 is disposed in the accommodating groove 215, and the sealing gasket 216 blocks the one end of the steam channel 211. For example, the housing groove 215 is separated from the upper end of the steam channel 211 by a gasket 216, and the gasket 216 makes the housing groove 215 not communicate with the upper end of the steam channel 211. Thus, one end of the steam channel 211 penetrating through the bottom wall of the accommodating groove 215 can be kept in a sealed state, the influence of steam on the magnetic member 220 is avoided, and the structure is simple.
In the related art, the pressure relief device realizes sealing and pressure relief through the change of the skirt edge state of the pressure relief sealing ring. Specifically, when the pressure in the cooker is normal, the skirt edge of the pressure relief sealing ring is sealed with the side wall of the sinking platform on the cover plate; when the pressure in the cooker is abnormal (namely the pressure relief pressure is reached), the pressure in the cooker turns over the skirt edge of the pressure relief sealing ring, and the instant pressure relief is realized. Therefore, the pressure relief pressure value is easily influenced by the hardness of the silicon rubber piece, namely the pressure relief sealing ring, and the hardness of the pressure relief sealing ring is not easy to control, so that the pressure relief pressure value is unstable.
To this end, in some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 4-6, the valve core 230 includes: valve plate 231, sealing ring 232 and elastic member 233. Specifically, the sealing ring 232 is fitted over the valve plate 231 to open and close the second steam inlet 213, for example, the sealing ring 232 may be an O-ring. One end (e.g., upper end) of the elastic member 233 abuts against the bottom of the receiving groove 215, the other end (e.g., lower end) of the elastic member 233 is connected to the valve plate 231, and the elastic member 233 has a force to normally drive the valve plate 231 toward the second steam inlet 213. For example, the elastic member 233 may be a spring, the upper end surface of the valve plate 231 is provided with a spring positioning column 236, and the lower end of the spring is sleeved on the spring positioning column 236, so as to facilitate assembling the spring on the valve plate 231. The force that normally drives the valve plate 231 toward the second steam inlet 213 at this time is a spring force.
As shown in fig. 5, when the valve core 230 is located at the initial position, the spring drives the valve plate 231 toward the second steam inlet 213, and the sealing ring 232 closes the second steam inlet 213; as shown in fig. 6, when the valve core 230 is in the pressure relief position, the pressure in the cooking cavity 101 overcomes the spring force to lift the valve plate 231 upward, so as to lift the sealing ring 232 away from the second steam inlet 213, and the sealing ring 232 opens the second steam inlet 213. Therefore, the pressure can be controlled through the spring force of the spring, and the pressure relief pressure value is relatively stable.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 5, a positioning column 234 is disposed at one end (e.g., lower end) of the valve plate 231 near the second steam inlet 213, and the positioning column 234 is fitted in the second steam inlet 213. One end (e.g., the upper end) of the valve plate 231 near the steam outlet 214 is provided with a spring positioning post 236, and at least a portion of the elastic member 233 is sleeved on the outer periphery of the spring positioning post 236.
For example, the positioning pillar 234 may be designed to have an elliptical cylindrical structure, that is, the cross-sectional shape of the positioning pillar 234 may be elliptical, so as to facilitate the entry of the second steam inlet 213 and prevent blockage. Thereby, the valve sheet 231 can be smoothly moved along the axial direction (e.g., up and down direction) of the steam channel 211, thereby improving the reliability of the structure.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 5, the inner peripheral wall of the valve body 210 is provided with a sealing step, the sealing ring 232 is supported on the sealing step, and when the pressure of the cooking cavity 101 reaches the pressure relief pressure, the sealing ring 232 is separated from the sealing step. Thus, the sealing ring 232 is easily separated by the sealing step.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 5 and fig. 6, the valve body 210 is sleeved with the snap spring 240 and the snap spring 240 extends into the steam channel 211, the outer peripheral surface of the valve core 230 is provided with the stopping platform 235, the snap spring 240 stops the upper edge of the stopping platform 235 when the valve core 230 is at the initial position, and the snap spring 240 stops the lower edge of the stopping platform 235 when the valve core 230 is at the pressure release position. For example, as shown in fig. 5, when the valve core 230 is located at the initial position, the snap spring 240 stops the upper edge of the stop table 235, and the sealing ring 232 seals the second steam inlet 213; as shown in fig. 6, when the pressure in the cooking cavity 101 reaches the relief pressure, the valve core 230 is located at the relief position, and since the snap spring 240 stops the lower edge of the stop table 235 at this time, that is, the valve core 230 is clamped on the snap spring 240, the sealing ring 232 loses the seal with the second steam inlet 213, so that the pressure is relieved instantaneously. Therefore, when the pressure in the cooking cavity 101 is abnormal, the pressure can be released in time, and the purpose of safety protection is achieved.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 5, the magnetic member 220 is disposed at the upper end of the valve body 210, the steam outlet 214 is disposed below the magnetic member 220, and the clamp spring 240 is disposed below the steam outlet 214. Thus, the structure is simple and reliable.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 5, the clamp spring 240 is disposed on the first steam inlet 212, and the clamp spring 240 extends into the steam channel 211 through the first steam inlet 212, that is, both ends of the clamp spring 240 are fitted in the first steam inlet 212 and extend into the steam channel 211. Thus, the structure is simple and compact, and the installation is convenient. Wherein, the outer peripheral surface of the valve body 210 can be provided with a clamping groove 241, and the clamp spring 240 is matched in the clamping groove 241, so that the structure is firmer.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 4, the valve body 210 is provided with a steam guiding portion 217, the end surface of the steam guiding portion 217 is provided with a steam guiding groove 218, and the steam guiding groove 218 communicates with the second steam inlet 213 and penetrates through the outer peripheral surface of the steam guiding portion 217. For example, the steam guide groove 218 is designed as a cross-shaped groove which penetrates the outer circumferential surface of the steam guide part 217, so that air can be introduced into both the end surface and the side surface of the steam guide part 217, thereby preventing the steam from being blocked by food.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, the pot lid assembly 10 of the cooking appliance further comprises: and the steam exhaust valve is arranged on the cover body 100 and is provided with a steam exhaust channel, the steam exhaust channel is communicated with the cooking cavity 101 and the external space when the pressure of the cooking cavity 101 reaches a pressure limiting pressure, and the pressure limiting pressure is greater than the pressure starting pressure and less than the pressure relief pressure. Thus, when the pressure in the cooking cavity 101 reaches the pressure limiting pressure, the steam exhaust function can be realized by using the steam exhaust valve.
Other constructions and operations of the lid assembly 10 of the cooking appliance according to the embodiment of the present invention are known to those skilled in the art and will not be described in detail herein.
A cooking appliance 1 according to an embodiment of the second aspect of the present invention is described below with reference to the drawings.

As shown in fig. 4 to 6, a pressure-rising protection valve 200 for a cooking appliance according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a valve body 210, a magnetic member 220, and a valve spool 230.
Specifically, the valve body 210 has a receiving groove 215, a steam passage 211, and a first steam inlet 212, a second steam inlet 213, and a steam outlet 214 that are respectively communicated with the steam passage 211, the first steam inlet 212 is located between the second steam inlet 213 and the steam outlet 214, the valve body 210 has a steam guide portion 217, an end surface of the steam guide portion 217 has a steam guide groove 218, and the steam guide groove 218 communicates with the second steam inlet 213 and penetrates an outer circumferential surface of the steam guide portion 217. The magnetic member 220 is mounted in the receiving groove 215, the steam discharge port 214 is provided below the magnetic member 220, and the second steam inlet port 213 is provided at the lower end of the valve body 210. One end of the steam passage 211 penetrates the bottom wall of the housing groove 215, a gasket 216 is provided in the housing groove 215, and the gasket 216 seals one end of the steam passage 211. A valve spool 230 is movably disposed within the steam passage 211 between an initial position and a pressure relief position.
Wherein, the spool 230 includes: valve plate 231, sealing ring 232 and elastic member 233. Specifically, the sealing ring 232 is fitted over the valve plate 231. One end of the elastic member 233 is sleeved on the valve plate 231 and the other end abuts against the bottom of the accommodating groove 215, the elastic member 233 has a force that drives the valve plate 231 toward the second steam inlet 213, the sealing ring 232 blocks the second steam inlet 213 when the valve core 230 is at the initial position, and the sealing ring 232 opens the second steam inlet 213 when the valve core 230 is at the pressure relief position.
For example, the cover 100 is provided with a valve seat 120, the valve body 210 is movably disposed in the valve seat 120, and a float gasket 250 is sleeved on a lower end of the valve body 210. Before the pressure rise, the cold air in the cooking appliance 1 is discharged through the first air inlet 212 and the steam channel 211; after the pressure is raised, the valve body 210 is lifted, the float gasket 250 cooperates with the valve seat 120 to block the first steam inlet 212, and the magnetic member 220 communicates with the sensing member 110 on the cooking appliance 1. As shown in fig. 5, when the valve core 230 is located at the initial position, the elastic member 233 drives the valve plate 231 toward the second steam inlet 213, the clamp spring 240 stops the upper edge of the stop table 235, and the sealing ring 232 blocks the second steam inlet 213; as shown in fig. 6, when the pressure in the cooking appliance 10 reaches the relief pressure, the pressure overcomes the elastic force of the elastic member 233 to lift the valve plate 231 upward to lift the sealing ring 232 away from the second steam inlet 213, and the valve core 230 reaches the relief position, because the snap spring 240 stops the lower edge of the stopping table 235 at this time, that is, the valve core 230 is clamped on the snap spring 240, the sealing ring 232 loses the seal of the second steam inlet 213, thereby achieving instant relief and achieving safety protection.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 5, the clamp spring 240 is disposed on the first steam inlet 212, and the clamp spring 240 extends into the steam channel 211 through the first steam inlet 212. Thus, the structure is simple and compact, and the installation is convenient.
According to the utility model discloses a rise pressure protection valve 200 for cooking utensil, integrated pressure release function and zero pressure and detected the function to the cost is lower.
