In addition, the elastic member may be a rubber block, etc., and those skilled in the art may flexibly set the specific structure of the elastic member in practical applications as long as the elastic member can realize that the latch 33 can automatically return to the position where the latch 33 is not pressed by the elastic force of the elastic member when the latch 33 is pressed and the pressing force disappears.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 1 and 5, the ultrasonic assembly 1 is provided with a first sliding portion, the housing 6 is provided with a second sliding portion, the first sliding portion is in sliding fit with the second sliding portion, the first sliding portion is a first sliding seat 11 provided on the ultrasonic assembly 1, and the second sliding portion is a first sliding through groove 61 formed on the housing 6. When the ultrasonic module 1 moves, the first sliding seat 11 moves in the first sliding through groove 61.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 1, 19 and 24, the ultrasonic apparatus further comprises a door transmission assembly 8, the door transmission assembly 8 is connected between the first sliding seat 11 and the door body 7, and the door transmission assembly 8 is configured to be able to receive the door body 7 in the housing 6 when the ultrasonic assembly 1 and the water containing member 2 are connected and the water containing member 2 is pulled out of the housing 6. It should be noted that, in the present invention, taking the case 6 as an example of a hexahedron, the door 7 may be accommodated in the case 6 such that the door 7 is accommodated in six side walls of the case 6 (that is, the door 7 is located between the upper side wall and the lower side wall, between the left side wall and the right side wall, and between the front side wall and the rear side wall at the same time), of course, the door 7 may be accommodated in the case 6 such that the door 7 is only accommodated between the left side wall and the right side wall, or the door 7 is only accommodated between the upper side wall and the lower side wall, or the door 7 is only accommodated between the front side wall and the rear side wall, these several cases are all understood as that the door 7 is accommodated in the case 6, and further description is provided in combination with specific cases, as shown in fig. 4, the upper edge of the left side wall and the upper edge of the right side wall of the case 6 are both higher than the plane where the upper side wall is located, the door 7, in this case, the door 7 is also understood to be housed in the case 6, but in this case, the door 7 may be housed below the upper side wall. Those skilled in the art can flexibly set the specific structure of the door transmission assembly 8 in practical application as long as the door body 7 can be accommodated in the housing 6 by the door transmission assembly 8 when the ultrasonic wave assembly 1 and the water containing member 2 are connected and the water containing member 2 is pulled out of the housing 6.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 1 and 19, the door transmission assembly 8 includes a telescopic mechanism 83 rotatably connected to the housing 6, a second sliding seat 84 connected to the door body 7, and a second sliding through slot 85 disposed on the housing 6, the second sliding seat 84 is in sliding fit with the second sliding through slot 85, the second sliding through slot 85 is disposed in parallel with the first sliding through slot 61, and two ends of the telescopic mechanism 83 are respectively hinged to the first sliding seat 11 and the second sliding seat 84. Of course, the second sliding through slot 85 and the first sliding through slot 61 may also be disposed at an angle, as long as it does not interfere with the door transmission assembly 8 to store the door body 7 in the housing 6 when the ultrasonic assembly 1 and the water containing member 2 are connected and the water containing member 2 is pulled out of the housing 6. As an alternative to the above preferred technical solution, as shown in fig. 24, the door transmission assembly 8 includes a rope 81 having two ends respectively connected to the first sliding seat 11 and the door body 7, and a protrusion 82 is disposed on the housing 6, when the ultrasonic assembly 1 and the water containing member 2 are connected and the water containing member 2 is pulled out of the housing 6, the first sliding seat 11 slides along the first sliding through groove 61 from the rear of the housing 6 to the opening 63, at a certain time, the rope 81 contacts with the protrusion 82 and is blocked by the protrusion 82, and then the rope 81 slides relative to the protrusion 82 and pulls the door body 7 to store the door body 7 in the housing 6. Those skilled in the art can flexibly set the specific structural form of the door transmission assembly 8 in practical application as long as the door transmission assembly 8 can realize that the door body 7 can be accommodated in the outer shell 6 when the ultrasonic wave assembly 1 and the water containing member 2 are connected and the water containing member 2 is pulled out of the outer shell 6.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 1 and 19, the telescopic mechanism 83 includes a first transmission rod 831 and a second transmission rod 832, a first end of the first transmission rod 831 is slidably hinged to the first sliding seat 11, a second end of the first transmission rod 831 is hinged to the housing 6 and slidably engaged with a first end of the second transmission rod 832, and a second end of the second transmission rod 832 is hinged to the second sliding seat 84. Preferably, as shown in fig. 22, the first transmission rod 831 is provided with a third sliding portion 8311, the second transmission rod 832 is provided with a fourth sliding portion 8322, and the third sliding portion 8311 is slidably engaged with the fourth sliding portion 8322. The third sliding portion 8311 and the fourth sliding portion 8322 may be a sliding block and a sliding chute, a sliding track and a pulley, etc., and those skilled in the art can flexibly set the specific structural form of the third sliding portion 8311 and the fourth sliding portion 8322 in practical application as long as the second end of the first transmission rod 831 can be slidably engaged with the first end of the second transmission rod 832 through the third sliding portion 8311 and the fourth sliding portion 8322. An alternative to the above preferred technical solution is to provide the first transmission rod 831 and the second transmission rod 832 as piston mechanisms, that is, the telescopic mechanism 83 includes a first cylinder, a first piston rod, a second cylinder, a second piston, and a second piston rod, the first piston is disposed in the first cylinder, the first piston can move back and forth in the first cylinder, the second piston is disposed in the second cylinder, the second piston can move back and forth in the second cylinder, a first end of the first cylinder is slidably hinged to the first sliding seat 11, a first end of the first piston rod is connected to the first piston, a second end of the first piston rod extends from the second end of the first cylinder and is hinged to the housing 6, a first end of the second piston rod is connected to the second piston, a second end of the second piston rod extends from the first end of the second cylinder, and a sliding groove is disposed on the second end of the first piston rod, the second end of the second piston rod is provided with a sliding block which is in sliding fit with the sliding groove, and the second end of the second cylinder body is hinged with the second sliding seat 84. The skilled person can flexibly set the specific structure of the telescopic mechanism 83 in practical applications as long as the telescopic mechanism 83 can realize that the second sliding seat 84 slides in the opposite direction when the first sliding seat 11 slides towards the opening 63.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 1, the second sliding through groove 85 is provided above the first sliding through groove 61, and a smooth transition portion 72 is formed on the inside of the top of the door body 7, so that the door body 7 can smoothly move from the front of the housing 6 to the top of the housing 6 when the ultrasonic module 1 and the water containing member 2 are connected and the water containing member 2 is pulled out of the housing 6. Wherein, as can be understood by those skilled in the art, the smooth transition portion 72 needs to have a member matching with it to achieve that when the ultrasonic assembly 1 and the water containing member 2 are connected and the water containing member 2 is pulled out of the outer shell 6, the door body 7 can smoothly move from the front of the outer shell 6 to the top of the outer shell 6, for example, the component fitting with the smooth transition portion 72 is the housing 6, and in this case, the housing 6 is provided with the fitting portion 64 fitting with the smooth transition portion 72 (this is the case shown in fig. 27), of course, those skilled in the art can flexibly arrange the member engaged with the smooth transition portion 72 in practical applications, as long as it can be realized by the engagement of the smooth transition portion 72 with the member that the door body 7 smoothly moves from the front of the outer shell 6 to the top of the outer shell 6 when the ultrasonic assembly 1 and the water containing member 2 are connected and the water containing member 2 is pulled out of the outer shell 6. Of course, the second sliding through groove 85 may also be provided below the first sliding through groove 61, in which case the door body 7 moves from the front of the housing 6 to the bottom of the housing 6 when the ultrasonic module 1 and the water containing member 2 are connected and the water containing member 2 is pulled out of the housing 6. In the example where the door 7 is moved from the front portion of the casing 6 to the top portion of the casing 6, the top portion of the casing 6 may be the outer top portion of the casing 6 or the inner top portion of the casing 6. As in the case of the section 0073, the upper edges of the left and right side walls of the housing 6 are higher than the plane of the upper side wall, and the door 7 is accommodated above the upper side wall but between the left and right side walls, that is, the door 7 is accommodated at the outer top of the housing 6, and when the door 7 is accommodated below the upper side wall, that is, the door 7 is accommodated at the inner top of the housing 6.
Taking the case that the front portion of the water containing member 2 is provided with the first overlapping portion 24, the bottom portion of the door body 7 is provided with the second overlapping portion 71, and the first overlapping portion 24 is engaged with the second overlapping portion 71 as an example, when the ultrasonic assembly 1 and the water containing member 2 are connected and the water containing member 2 is pulled out of the housing 6, the first overlapping portion 24 of the water containing member 2 pushes the second overlapping portion 71 of the door body 7, so that the door body 7 is turned upwards and gradually leaves the opening 63 of the housing 6, and the smooth transition portion 72 slides under the support of the engaging portion 64, at the same time, the first sliding seat 11 disposed on the ultrasonic assembly 1 moves along the first sliding through groove 61 in the direction of the opening 63 along with the ultrasonic assembly 1, the first transmission rod 831 rotates under the drive of the first sliding seat 11, the first transmission rod 831 drives the second transmission rod 831 to rotate along with the rotation of the first transmission rod 831 through the third sliding portion 8311 and the fourth sliding portion 8322, thereby driving the second sliding seat 84 to move along the second sliding through slot 85 from the front of the water containing member 2 to the rear of the water containing member 2, and further pulling the door body 7 to move from the front of the outer shell 6 to the top of the outer shell 6.
Of course, it should be noted that, there may be no overlapping portion on the door 7 and the water containing member 2, but the door 7 is provided with the smooth transition portion 72, and as mentioned above, it can be understood by those skilled in the art that the smooth transition portion 72 needs to have a member (e.g., the engaging portion 64 on the housing 6) engaged therewith to enable the door 7 to smoothly move from the front of the housing 6 to the top of the housing 6 when the ultrasonic assembly 1 and the water containing member 2 are connected and the water containing member 2 is pulled out of the housing 6.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 1, 7, 10 and 31, the ultrasonic device further comprises a drainage member 4, the drainage member 4 being capable of receiving the liquid flowing out of the water containing member 2. The water containing member 2 is provided with a water discharge opening 21, in one possible case, the water discharge opening 21 is arranged on the bottom wall of the water containing member 2, the water discharge member 4 is arranged below the water containing member 2, and when the water discharge opening 21 is opened, the liquid in the water containing member 2 flows into the water discharge member 4 through the water discharge opening 21; in another possible case, the drain opening 21 is provided at the left and right side walls of the water containing member 2, the drain member 4 is provided below the water containing member 2, and the drain member 4 is provided at a position capable of receiving the liquid flowing out from the drain opening 21; in yet another possible case, the drain opening 21 is provided in the rear side wall of the water containing member 2, the drain member 4 is provided below the water containing member 2, and the drain member 4 is provided at a position capable of receiving the liquid flowing out from the drain opening 21 (this is the case as shown in fig. 6, 7, 32, and 33). Of course, in the above three possible cases and in the case where the water containing member 2 has a ceiling wall and the water discharge opening 21 is provided in the ceiling wall, the water discharge member 4 may also be provided above the water containing member 2, the water discharge opening 21 of the water containing member 2 is communicated with the water discharge member 4 through a pipe, and a water pump is provided on the pipe, and the liquid in the water containing member 2 can be pumped into the water discharge member 4 by activating the water pump. Those skilled in the art can flexibly set the position of the drain opening 21 on the water containing member 2 and the relative position of the water containing member 2 and the drain member 4 in practical application as long as the liquid in the water containing member 2 can be drained into the drain member 4 through the drain opening 21. Of course, the water containing member 2 may not be provided with the water outlet 21, for example, the liquid in the water containing member 2 may be pumped out by a water pump, and the following description will be given only by taking the case where the water containing member 2 is provided with the water outlet as an example. The drainage member 4 may be a drainage box, a drainage tray, a drainage box and/or a drainage channel, etc., and those skilled in the art can flexibly set the specific structural form of the drainage member 4 in practical application as long as the liquid flowing out of the water containing member 2 can be received by the drainage member 4.
Preferably, the water containing member 2 is slidably provided on the drainage member 4. Further preferably, as shown in fig. 10 and 11, the water containing member 2 is provided with a fifth sliding portion 22, the water discharging member 4 is provided with a sixth sliding portion 41, and the fifth sliding portion 22 is slidably engaged with the sixth sliding portion 41. The fifth sliding portion 22 and the sixth sliding portion 41 may be a sliding block and a sliding groove, a sliding way and a pulley, etc., and those skilled in the art can flexibly set the specific structural form of the fifth sliding portion 22 and the sixth sliding portion 41 in practical application as long as the water containing member 2 can be slidably disposed on the water discharging member 4 through the fifth sliding portion 22 and the sixth sliding portion 41.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 10, the drainage member 4 is provided with a reinforcing portion 42 connected to the sixth sliding portion 41. The reinforcing portion 42 may be a reinforcing rib, a reinforcing bracket, or the like, and those skilled in the art may flexibly set the specific structural form of the reinforcing portion 42 in practical applications as long as the sixth sliding portion 41 is not easily damaged or deformed by the reinforcing portion 42. In a more preferable case, the number of the reinforcing ribs is plural, and the plural reinforcing ribs are arranged in series along the longitudinal direction of the sixth sliding portion 41, so that the overall strength of the sixth sliding portion 41 can be enhanced.
Preferably, with continued reference to fig. 10, the water guide portion 43 and the drain portion 44 are formed on the drain member 4, and the water guide portion 43 is provided obliquely downward in a direction approaching the drain portion 44. The water guide part 43 may be a plane structure (as shown in fig. 10), or may be a curved structure, and those skilled in the art may flexibly set the specific structural form of the water guide part 43 in practical application as long as the water guide part 43 can guide the liquid in the drainage member 4 to the drainage part 44. The drain part 44 may be provided as a hole, a pipe, etc., and those skilled in the art may flexibly set the specific structural form of the drain part 44 in practical applications as long as the liquid can be discharged through the drain part 44.
Preferably, the drain part 44 of the drain member 4 may be provided to communicate with a drain pipe of the laundry treating apparatus. By such an arrangement, the liquid in the drainage member 4 can be directly drained through the drainage pipe of the clothes treatment equipment without arranging another drainage pipe independent of the drainage pipe, thereby saving more space and simultaneously making the structure of the clothes treatment equipment more compact.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 11 to 13, 15, the ultrasonic device further includes an opening and closing member provided to block the liquid in the water containing member 2 from flowing out in a closed state and to allow the liquid in the water containing member 2 to flow out in an open state. Note that, the water containing member 2 may be pulled out of the housing 6 or pushed into the housing 6 after being pulled out of the housing 6, or of course, the water containing member 2 may be pulled out of the housing 6 only and may not be pushed into the housing 6 after being pulled out of the housing 6. The opening and closing component can be opened and closed manually or automatically. One possible case where the opening and closing assembly is configured to automatically perform opening and closing is that the opening and closing assembly includes a swing motor and a cover plate connected to the swing motor, and the swing motor can drive the cover plate to rotate so that the cover plate opens or closes the drain opening 21.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 11 to 13 and 15, the opening and closing assembly comprises a sliding bracket 51, an opening and closing member and an elastic structure, wherein the sliding bracket 51 is slidably connected with the water containing member 2, the opening and closing member is arranged on the sliding bracket 51, the elastic structure is arranged between the sliding bracket 51 and the water containing member 2, the opening and closing member is slidably arranged in the water discharge opening 21, the sliding bracket 51 is arranged to enable the elastic structure to be compressed and drive the opening and closing member to open the water discharge opening 21 when sliding to a first position relative to the water containing member 2, and the elastic structure is arranged to enable the sliding bracket 51 to slide to a second position relative to the water containing member 2 through an elastic resetting effect and thus enable the sliding bracket 51 to drive the opening and closing member to close the water discharge opening.
In the above, the sliding bracket 51 can slide to the first position relative to the water containing member 2 by the external force (as shown in fig. 11 and 13, that is, the sliding bracket 51 slides to the first position relative to the water containing member 2), at this time, the opening and closing member conducts the water outlet 21, the liquid in the water containing member 2 can flow out through the water outlet 21, meanwhile, the elastic structure disposed between the sliding bracket 51 and the water containing member 2 is in a compressed state, when the external force is gradually reduced, the elastic structure will gradually recover to the original length, and at the same time, the sliding bracket 51 is driven to slide relative to the water containing member 2, finally, the sliding bracket 51 slides to the second position relative to the water containing member 2, and when the external force is in the second position, the opening and closing member closes the water outlet 21, so that the liquid cannot flow out through the water outlet 21.
An alternative of the above preferred technical solution is that the opening and closing component is a rubber plug, the liquid in the water containing member 2 can be prevented from flowing out by manually plugging the rubber plug into the water discharge opening 21 of the water containing member 2, and the liquid in the water containing member 2 can be allowed to flow out by taking the rubber plug out of the water discharge opening 21. The person skilled in the art can flexibly set the specific structural form of the opening and closing assembly in practical application as long as the prevention or the allowing of the liquid in the water containing member 2 to flow out can be achieved by the opening and closing assembly.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 13 and 15 to 18, the opening/closing member is a slide shaft 52, the slide shaft 52 is formed with a water drain portion 521 and a blocking portion 522, the water drain portion 521 conducts the water drain opening 21 when the slide holder 51 slides to a first position with respect to the water containing member 2 (all the cases shown in the drawings are the case where the slide holder 51 slides to the first position with respect to the water containing member 2), and the blocking portion 522 blocks the water drain opening 21 when the slide holder 51 slides to a second position with respect to the water containing member 2. It should be noted that, although the water outlet 21 is shown in the drawings as being circular and the sliding shaft 52 is provided as being approximately cylindrical, those skilled in the art can flexibly set the shapes of the water outlet 21 and the sliding shaft 52 in practical applications, and such adjustment and change of the shapes of the water outlet 21 and the sliding shaft 52 do not form a limitation to the present invention, and should be limited within the protection scope of the present invention.
Preferably, the drain portion 521 includes two drain openings 5211, and the two drain openings 5211 are provided along the circumferential direction of the slide shaft 52. Of course, the drain portion 521 may include one or more drain openings 5211, and the drain openings 5211 may be provided not in the circumferential direction of the slide shaft 52, for example, the drain openings 5211 may be provided in the longitudinal direction of the slide shaft 52. In one possible case, as shown in fig. 16 to 18, the drain portion 521 includes three drain openings 5211, two of the drain openings 5211 (hereinafter referred to as a first drain opening, a second drain opening) being provided along the circumferential direction of the slide shaft 52, another drain opening 5211 (hereinafter referred to as a third drain opening) being provided at the rear end of the slide shaft 52, and the third drain opening being in communication with the first drain opening and the second drain opening provided along the circumferential direction of the slide shaft 52, as shown in fig. 13, in which case the drain opening 21 is provided at the rear side wall of the water containing member 2, and the third drain opening is located in the drain opening 21 when the slide bracket 51 is slid to the first position relative to the water containing member 2 so that the liquid flowing out of the drain openings 5211 can flow out of the water containing member 2 through the drain opening 21. In another possible case, the water discharge part 521 includes two water discharge openings 5211, the water discharge openings 5211 are disposed at the rear part of the sliding shaft 52 and extend all the way to the rear end surface of the sliding shaft 52 (of course, the water discharge openings 5211 may not extend to the rear end surface of the sliding shaft 52), in which case, the water discharge opening 21 is disposed at the rear side wall of the water containing member 2, and when the sliding bracket 51 slides to the first position relative to the water containing member 2, the sliding shaft 52 protrudes out of the rear side wall of the water containing member 2 and a part of the water discharge openings 5211 also protrudes out of the rear side wall of the water containing member 2, so that the liquid flowing out of the water discharge openings 5211 can flow out of the water containing member 2 through the water discharge opening 21. Those skilled in the art can flexibly set the number and the position of the water discharge openings 5211 in practical use as long as the liquid in the water containing member 2 can be discharged through the water discharge openings 5211.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 16, the blocking portion 522 is sleeved with a sealing ring 523, and when the sliding bracket 51 slides to the second position relative to the water containing member 2, the sealing ring 523 is located between the water outlet 21 and the blocking portion 522. Of course, the sealing ring 523 may not be provided on the blocking portion 522, in this case, the blocking portion 522 may be made of a material capable of achieving sealing, such as rubber, and of course, the size of the blocking portion 522 should be large enough to seal the water outlet 21 when the blocking portion 522 is in the water outlet 21 so as to prevent the liquid in the water containing member 2 from flowing out through the water outlet 21.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 17 and 18, the blocking portion 522 is provided with an annular groove 5221, and a portion of the seal ring 523 is disposed in the annular groove 5221. Of course, the blocking portion 522 may not be provided with the annular groove 5221, and the sealing ring 523 is directly sleeved on the blocking portion 522.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 12 and 15, the elastic structure is a second spring 53, the sliding bracket 51 is provided with a second limiting shaft 511, and a part of the second spring 53 is sleeved on the second limiting shaft 511. The second limiting shaft 511 may be disposed on the water containing member 2, or the second limiting shafts 511 may be disposed on both the sliding bracket 51 and the water containing member 2, and certainly, the second limiting shaft 511 may not be disposed, and the second spring 53 may be directly disposed between the sliding bracket 51 and the water containing member 2, and those skilled in the art may flexibly set the disposition position and number of the second limiting shafts 511 in practical applications, as long as the elastic structure is disposed between the sliding bracket 51 and the water containing member 2, and the elastic structure is enabled to slide the sliding bracket 51 to the second position relative to the water containing member 2 through the elastic restoring function thereof. In addition, the elastic structure may be a rubber block, etc., and those skilled in the art may flexibly set the specific structure of the elastic structure in practical applications as long as the sliding of the sliding bracket 51 to the second position with respect to the water containing member 2 through the elastic restoring action thereof can be realized by the elastic structure.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 13 to 15, the water containing member 2 is provided with an opening structure 23, the sliding bracket 51 is provided with a drain switch 512, the drain switch 512 is slidably provided in the opening structure 23, and the drain switch 512 is provided to be able to slide the sliding bracket 51 relative to the water containing member 2 by an external force. Since the drain switch 512 is disposed on the sliding bracket 51, and the sliding bracket 51 is slidably connected to the water containing member 2, when an external force is applied to the drain switch 512, the drain switch 512 moves to drive the sliding bracket 51 to move, so that the sliding bracket 51 slides relative to the water containing member 2. However, the opening structure 23 may be provided on the sliding support 51, and in this case, the drain switch 512 is provided on the water containing member 2, and those skilled in the art can flexibly set the installation positions of the opening structure 23 and the drain switch 512 in practical use as long as the sliding support 51 can be slid with respect to the water containing member 2 by the opening structure 23 and the drain switch 512 when the drain switch 512 receives an external force.
