Two clamping pieces 40 are connected to two opposite sides of the clamping driving piece 20, the positioning piece 30 is arranged between the two clamping pieces 40, and the clamping driving piece 20 can drive the two clamping pieces 40 to approach each other so as to clamp the positioned workpiece; the sensing probe 50 is detachably connected to the lower portion of the positioning member 30, and the sensing probe 50 is disposed between the two clamping members 40 for locating the position of the workpiece.
In the present embodiment, the rotary driving member 10 is a rotary cylinder.
The clamping device 100 further includes a connecting plate 60. The web 60 is generally Z-shaped. The edge finder is a detection tool for accurately determining the central position of a workpiece to be processed in the numerical control processing. The edge finder has the working principle that one end of an X-axis is selected to be zero, the other end of the X-axis is selected to obtain a numerical value, half of the numerical value is taken as the midpoint of the X-axis, then the midpoint of the Y-axis is determined according to the same method, and finally the center of an XY plane is determined according to the midpoint of the X-axis and the midpoint of the Y-axis, wherein the center is a moving reference point.
In the application, the sensing probe 50 firstly carries out edge finding and positioning on a standard part placed at a workpiece placing position, and determines a moving reference point of the standard part; then, placing the workpiece on the standard part; then, the clamping device 100 moves to a position right above the reference point for moving, and clamps and positions the workpiece on the placement position by the cooperation of the clamping driving member 20 and the positioning member 30.
It will be appreciated that in use, the standard component may be omitted and the sensing probe 50 may be used to locate the workpiece directly at the workpiece placement location for precise clamping of the workpiece.
The implementation process of the embodiment is as follows:
mounting the clamping device 100 on the moving end of the processing device;

It is understood that before the workpiece is placed at the processing station, the rotation of the clamping drive member 20 can be controlled by the rotation drive member 10 to rotate the workpiece to a preset angle according to actual needs.
The clamping device 100 of the application firstly finds the edge of the workpiece through the sensing probe 50 before clamping the workpiece, then the clamping device 100 moves to the upper part of the workpiece placing position and clamps the workpiece after positioning the workpiece through the positioning part 30, and the workpiece can be rotated to a preset angle according to the processing requirement. Compared with the prior art, the clamping device 100 can accurately clamp the workpiece, can rotate the workpiece as required, is simple to operate, has various functions, and can meet diversified operation requirements.
