the first oil filtering mechanism comprises a first lifting part and a first lifting driving motor for driving the first lifting part to lift, wherein the first lifting part is used for lifting the thread plate so as to primarily remove the processing oil on the surface of the thread plate in the lifting process;
the first oil slinging mechanism is arranged below the higher end of the first lifting part and comprises a first oil slinging cylinder for accommodating the threaded plate and a first centrifugal driving motor for driving the first oil slinging cylinder to rotate, and the first oil slinging cylinder is used for removing the machining oil and the machining scraps on the surface of the threaded plate;
the antirust liquid spraying mechanism is arranged near the first oil throwing cylinder, is used for spraying the antirust liquid on the surface of the threaded plate, and comprises a first conveyor belt and an antirust liquid spraying assembly, wherein the first conveyor belt is used for conveying the threaded plate along a preset direction;
the second oil filtering mechanism is arranged at one end of the first conveyor belt and comprises a second lifting part and a second lifting driving motor for driving the second lifting part to lift, and the second lifting driving motor is used for lifting the threaded plate so as to primarily remove redundant antirust liquid on the surface of the threaded plate in the lifting process; and
a second oil slinging mechanism which is arranged below the higher end of the second lifting part and comprises a second oil slinging cylinder for accommodating the thread plate and a second centrifugal driving motor for driving the second oil slinging cylinder to rotate, wherein the second oil slinging cylinder is used for removing the redundant antirust liquid on the surface of the thread plate,
wherein the antirust liquid spraying component is provided with an antirust liquid storage part for storing the antirust liquid and an antirust liquid spray head communicated with the antirust liquid storage part, the antirust liquid spray head is positioned above the first conveyor belt and is used for spraying the antirust liquid to the surface of the thread plate,
when the first conveyor belt conveys the threaded plate, the antirust liquid spray head can spray the antirust liquid to the threaded plate.
2. The cleaning and rust-proofing treatment apparatus for thread plates according to claim 1, characterized in that:
wherein the first lifting part and the second lifting part are both chain plate conveying belts extending upwards in an inclined way, the lifting height ranges from 2450mm to 2550mm,

the bearing plate is arranged on one of the at least two chain plates positioned at the lowermost end, the bearing plate is vertically arranged on the plate surface of the chain plate, the included angle between the bearing plate and the horizontal plane is 5-10 degrees,
the bearing plate is used for bearing the threaded plate in the lifting process of the first lifting part and the second lifting part, so that the threaded plate can be lifted by the first lifting part and the second lifting part, and the processing oil or the antirust liquid separated from the surface of the threaded plate slides along the surface of the bearing plate.
