Description
Technical Field
The present application relates to a medical instrument, and more particularly, to a drug storage device used in bronchoscopy.
Background
When a patient is subjected to bronchoscopy, lidocaine, epinephrine and a blood clotting enzyme solution can be used in the examination process; several kinds of liquid medicines are not used in the inspection, so that three kinds of liquid medicines are required to be prepared, and 20ml of each liquid medicine is prepared generally; when in use, according to the instructions of doctors, a nurse directly inserts the nipple of the injector into the corresponding medicine injection hole of the bronchoscope, pushes the liquid medicine into the pore canal of the bronchoscope, and then pushes enough air into the pore canal so as to push the liquid medicine into the trachea of a patient.
The three kinds of liquid medicine are prepared and then are generally placed in an ampoule; if a nurse holds three ampoules with one hand and extends the nipple of the syringe into the ampoule with the other hand to suck the liquid medicine, the liquid level is difficult to reduce (when the liquid medicine is less), the ampoules need to be inclined, and the medicines in the other two ampoules are easy to spill out when one ampoule is inclined; if a nurse takes only one ampoule at a time, the ampoule needs to be frequently replaced according to the doctor's instruction, and a platform for placing medicines is usually arranged at a certain distance from an inspection machine, which brings a large workload to the nurse.
SUMMERY OF THE UTILITY MODEL
In view of the above problem, the present application aims to provide a medicine container device used in bronchoscopy, which is convenient for a nurse to operate by holding three kinds of liquid medicines and a hand-held syringe, and the nurse does not need to take medicine back and forth, and when the syringe is used for sucking the liquid medicine, the liquid medicine container does not need to be inclined to take medicine.
The drug containment device of the present application, for bronchoscopy, comprises: a base and three bottles;
the base comprises a horizontal plate and a vertical plate; the vertical plate is formed at the rear side of the horizontal plate;
the horizontal plate comprises three cylindrical bosses, and external threads are formed on the peripheries of the bosses; each bulge is internally provided with a recess, and a spring is arranged in each recess; the bottom of the recess is provided with an air hole;
a finger cylinder for inserting fingers is formed at the rear side of the vertical plate;
each medicine bottle comprises a cylindrical bottle body; a convex edge is formed in the bottle body and is positioned at the lower part of the bottle body; the upper space for containing the liquid medicine is arranged above the convex edge, and the lower space is arranged below the convex edge; a piston is arranged in the upper space; a cover is arranged at the upper port of the bottle body; an internal thread is formed on the inner periphery of the lower end of the bottle body;
each bulge is provided with a medicine bottle, and the internal thread at the lower end of the bottle body of the medicine bottle is meshed with the external thread at the periphery of the bulge; the lower end of the spring in the recess of the boss abuts against the bottom of the recess and the upper end abuts against the underside of the piston.
Preferably, the front side of the vertical plate is formed with a C-shaped clip for holding the syringe.
Preferably, the piston is formed at a lower side thereof with an upward recess to stably receive an upper end of the spring.
According to the medicine containing device used in bronchoscopy, the three medicine bottles are fixed by forming the bosses on the horizontal plate, and the finger barrels for inserting fingers are formed on the vertical plate, so that three kinds of liquid medicines can be conveniently held by one hand; because the bottom of medicine bottle is the piston, under the effect of spring, along with the reduction of the liquid medicine in the bottle, the pressure that the spring received can reduce, consequently receive the spring of compression and can resume partly length, the piston can the rebound for the liquid level of the liquid medicine in the medicine bottle remains throughout in the position that is close to the bottleneck, and the nipple of the syringe of being convenient for can suck the liquid medicine, and even liquid medicine is less in the bottle, also need not the slope bottle, can not cause the liquid medicine in other bottles to spill.

Detailed Description
The medicament containing device of the present application will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
The drug containment device of the present application, for bronchoscopy, comprises: a base 10 and three vials 20.
The base 10 includes a horizontal plate 11 and a vertical plate 12; a vertical plate 12 is formed at the rear side of the horizontal plate 11.
The horizontal plate 11 comprises three cylindrical bosses 13, and external threads are formed on the peripheries of the bosses 13; each boss 13 has a pocket 18 formed therein, the pocket 18 having a spring 16 mounted therein; the pocket bottom is formed with an air hole 15.
The rear side of the vertical plate 12 is formed with a finger cylinder 17 for inserting a finger.
Each medicine bottle 20 includes a cylindrical bottle body 21; a convex edge 26 is formed in the bottle body 21 and is positioned at the lower part of the bottle body 21; an upper space for containing liquid medicine is arranged above the convex edge 26, and a lower space is arranged below the convex edge 26; a piston 23 is installed in the upper space; the piston 23 is in close contact with the inner wall of the bottle body 21, so that the liquid medicine cannot leak down; a cover 22 is detachably mounted on the upper port of the flask body 21; an internal thread is formed on the inner periphery of the lower end of the bottle body 21; the internal thread corresponds to the external thread.
Each boss 13 is provided with a medicine bottle 20, and the internal thread at the lower end of the body 21 of the medicine bottle 20 is engaged with the external thread at the periphery of the boss 13; the lower end of the spring 16 in the recess 18 of the boss 13 abuts against the bottom of the recess and the upper end abuts against the underside of the piston 23.
The vertical plate 12 is formed at a front side thereof with a C-shaped clip 14 for holding the syringe.
The piston 23 is formed at its lower side with an upward recess 25 to stably receive the upper end of the spring 15.
The bottle body 21 may be transparent and have scales formed thereon; 3 bottles are respectively in different colors to distinguish different liquid medicines; or respectively sticking labels with names of the liquid medicines.
The height of the volume of the medical fluid to be withdrawn for each aspiration of the syringe is the same as the length of the spring thus restored, and thus the medical fluid level is substantially uniform for the vial.
When in use, the prepared adrenaline solution, blood coagulation enzyme solution and lidocaine are respectively filled in a medicine bottle, and then the bottle stopper is covered. First, a vial filled with a liquid drug (typically 20ml) is mounted on the boss of the base, one vial containing lidocaine, one vial containing epinephrine solution, and one vial containing a thrombin solution. The spring in the recess of the boss is compressed by the weight of the liquid medicine on the upper portion of the piston. The fingers of the user are inserted into the finger cylinder; the syringe is clamped on the clip. When a doctor indicates that liquid medicine needs to be injected into the pore channel of the bronchoscope, a user takes down the syringe, opens the cover of the corresponding medicine bottle, ensures that the liquid level of the liquid medicine is close to the upper port of the bottle body, is very convenient for sucking the nipple of the syringe, and generally has the extraction amount of 1ml in one time. After a part of liquid medicine is taken in the suction, the weight of the liquid medicine in the bottle body is reduced, the pressure applied to the spring is reduced, so that the length of the spring is partially recovered, the piston is jacked up, the liquid level of the liquid medicine in the bottle body cannot be obviously reduced, the liquid medicine is always maintained near the position of the bottle mouth, and the nipple of the syringe is convenient to suck. Aligning the nipple of the injector and inserting the nipple into a medicine injection hole of the bronchoscope, pushing the medicine liquid into a pore channel of the bronchoscope, then pulling out the injector, sucking enough air, inserting the nipple of the injector into the medicine injection hole again, and pushing enough air into the medicine injection hole so as to push the medicine in the pore channel of the bronchoscope into a trachea of a patient; then the syringe is pulled out and clamped on the clamp for the next operation.
