The band link structure of claim 3, wherein the clasp includes a link portion and a hook, the hook being adapted to be inserted into the slot, one end of the link portion being fixedly connected to the hook, and the other end of the link portion being fixedly connected to the trigger; in the thickness direction of the belt body, the clamping hook and the trigger piece are located on the same side of the connecting portion, and the elastic piece is located on the other side opposite to the connecting portion.
