First embodiment
As shown in fig. 1 to 7, the present application provides a sealing structure 10 including a first sealing portion 11 and a second sealing portion 12. The first sealing portion 11 and the second sealing portion 12 are movably connected, and the joint of the first sealing portion 11 and the second sealing portion 12 can be fixedly connected.
The first sealing portion 11 includes a first side wall 111, the first side wall 111 includes a first end surface 112, the first end surface 112 is provided with a first fixing portion 113, and the first end surface 112 is disposed between an inner side surface and an outer side surface of the first side wall 111.

In an embodiment, the second sealing portion 12 further includes an auxiliary structure 128, the auxiliary structure 128 is connected to the second sidewall 121 or the second bottom wall 126, and the auxiliary structure 128 may be a functional structure such as a receiving structure or a connecting structure.
At least one of the first end surface 112 and the second end surface 122 is provided with a groove 15, the sealing material 16 is provided in the groove 15, and the first end surface 112 and the second end surface 122 are in contact to cover the groove 15.
In an embodiment, the first end surface 112 and the second end surface 122 are both provided with grooves 15, the grooves 15 disposed on the first end surface 112 and the second end surface 122 may be disposed at intervals or disposed opposite to each other, the first fixing portion 113 is located on a side of the groove 15 close to the outside of the sealing structure 10, and the second fixing portion 123 is located on a side of the groove 15 close to the outside of the sealing structure 10. In the present embodiment, the groove 15 includes a second groove 152, the second groove 152 is disposed on the second end surface 122, the second groove 152 is disposed along the surface of the second end surface 122 and connected end to end, a portion of the second groove 152 close to the second fixing portion 123 is disposed on a side of the second end surface 122 close to the inside of the sealing structure 10, and the second fixing portions 123 are disposed on a side of the second groove 152 away from the inside of the sealing structure 10.
The sealing material 16 is a non-solid curable material, the sealing material 16 is disposed in the groove 15 in a non-solid state and cured, the sealing material 16 fills the groove 15 sufficiently, and the cured sealing material 16 is connected to the first sealing portion 11 and the second sealing portion 12. In an embodiment, the sealing material may be a polymer organic material, and further may be a waterproof sealing material, and specifically may be a waterproof curing adhesive, such as phenolic resin.
The sealing material 16 is disposed in the groove 15, and the groove 15 is covered by the first sealing portion 11 and the second sealing portion 12, so that the sealing material 16 is covered by the first sealing portion 11 and the second sealing portion 12, which can prevent the sealing material from aging due to exposure, or prevent the sealing material from being damaged by flame, corrosive gas or liquid inside or outside the sealing structure 10 to fail, and effectively improve the sealing performance and reliability of the sealing structure 10. Moreover, the first fixing portion 113 or the second fixing portion 123 is disposed on one side of the groove 15 away from the inside of the sealing structure 10, so as to prevent gas from permeating into the sealing structure 10 from the pores of the first fixing portion 113 or the second fixing portion 123 to cause air tightness failure.
The first sidewall 111 further includes a fourth end surface 114, the fourth end surface 114 is provided with a fourth fixing portion 116, and the fourth end surface 114 is disposed between the inner side surface and the outer side surface of the first sidewall 111. The fourth end surface 114 is disposed at one side of the fourth end surface 114 and located between the inner side surface and the outer side surface of the fourth end surface 114.
The seal structure 10 further includes a third seal portion 13. The third sealing portion 13 includes a third sidewall 131, the third sidewall 131 includes a third end surface 132, the third end surface 132 is provided with a third fixing portion 133, and the third end surface 132 is disposed between the inner side surface and the outer side surface of the third sidewall 131. 4. The seal structure of claim 3, further comprising a third seal portion;
the first side wall further comprises a fourth end surface, the fourth end surface is provided with a fourth fixing part, and the fourth end surface is arranged between the inner side surface and the outer side surface of the first side wall;
the third sealing part comprises a third side wall, the third side wall comprises a third end surface, a third fixing part is arranged on the third end surface, the third end surface is arranged between the inner side surface and the outer side surface of the third side wall, and the third fixing part is used for being matched with the fourth fixing part so as to fix the first sealing part and the third sealing part;
the groove is formed in at least one of the third end face and the fourth end face, the third fixing portion is located on one side, close to the outer portion of the sealing structure, of the groove, and the third end face is in contact with the fourth end face to cover the groove.

6. The seal structure of claim 5, wherein said third sidewall has a thickness of no more than 3 mm and said groove has a depth or width of no less than 0.5 mm.
7. The seal of claim 6, wherein the sealing material is provided with a non-solid curable material, the sealing material being disposed in the recess in a non-solid form and cured.
8. The seal structure according to any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein a material of the first seal portion and the second seal portion is a metal.
9. A battery assembly comprising a cell and a sealing structure according to any of claims 1 to 7, the cell being disposed within the sealing structure.
10. An electric device comprising the battery module according to claim 9.
