Referring to fig. 1 to 10, an air conditioner 100 according to an embodiment of the present application includes: a base 1, a front housing assembly 2, a fixing member (not shown) and a rear housing assembly (not shown).
Wherein the front shell assembly 2 extends along the longitudinal direction, and one end (referring to the lower end of the front shell assembly 2 in the drawing) of the front shell assembly 2 along the longitudinal direction is connected with the base 1. The fixing piece is fixedly connected with the front shell assembly 2 and the base 1. The rear shell assembly extends along the longitudinal direction, one end of the rear shell assembly along the longitudinal direction is connected with the base 1, the rear shell assembly is connected with the front shell assembly 2 in a front-back mode, and a cavity 3 is formed between the rear shell assembly and the front shell assembly 2. Wherein the foregoing longitudinal direction may be referenced to the up-down direction shown in fig. 6 for ease of description and understanding.
According to the air conditioner 100 of the embodiment of the application, through setting up the base 1 in a modularized manner, different requirements of the air conditioner 100 on the base 1 can be adapted to, the universality of the base 1 is increased, and therefore the expansion of the design research and development space of the whole structure of the air conditioner 100 is facilitated. In addition, according to the air conditioner 100 of the embodiment of the present application, the fixing structure of the base 1 and the front housing assembly 2 is simple and stable, which is beneficial to popularization.
In addition, in the use process of the air conditioner 100, the front shell assembly 2 is generally provided with a pressing structure for controlling the operation of the air conditioner 100, in the related art, the front shell assembly 2 is supported on the base 1, and no positioning structure is arranged between the front shell assembly 2 and the base 1, so that the front shell assembly 2 can shake in the pressing process (or impact and other reasons), and generally shake for many times, which affects the sense of the user.
Therefore, this application fixes a position preceding shell subassembly 2 and base 1 through the mounting (can be for screw, locating pin etc.), can improve preceding shell subassembly 2's stability effectively, avoids rocking of preceding shell subassembly 2, improves preceding shell subassembly 2 and the stability of air conditioner 100 operation effectively.
It is different from the structure in which the base 1 and the front case assembly 2 are integrally formed, or the base 1, the front case assembly 2, the rear case assembly, and the like are integrally formed. The modular design of the base 1 can be realized by changing the structure of the base 1. For example, a decorative ring or the like may be added to the outer side of the base 1. The air conditioner 100 has the advantages that the base 1 can be diversified, and the base 1 can be more suitable for requirements. And, through the mounting with base 1 fixed connection on preceding shell subassembly 2, simplified the assembly structure and the assembly methods of base 1 subassembly and air conditioner 100 effectively, avoid the base 1 redesign, the die sinking etc. to different demands, can improve base 1's commonality to do benefit to and practice thrift the cost.
In the embodiments of the present application, the fixing member may be a screw, a rivet, a pin, or the like. Normally, an air conditioner body needs to be installed on the base 1, and at the joint of the base 1 and the air conditioner body, at least one part of the base 1 is connected to the inner side of the air conditioner body. The connection position of the fixing member may be provided in the base 1 portion of the inner side of the body, thereby facilitating the improvement of the appearance effect of the air conditioner 100. The fixing member may be attached to other positions of the base 1, for example, to the top or bottom surface of the base 1 in the longitudinal direction, etc. Specifically, holes may be formed at corresponding positions of the body and the base 1, and the fixing members may be coupled thereto.
With reference to fig. 1 and 2, the fixing member may be connected to a protrusion structure provided on the base 1. For example, the base 1 is provided with a boss 11 extending in the longitudinal direction, and the fixing member fastens the boss 11 and the front housing assembly 2 in a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction.
Optionally, on the top surface of the base 1 in the longitudinal direction, i.e. on the side of the base 1 facing the front housing assembly 2 and said rear housing assembly, a plurality of bosses 11 extending in the longitudinal direction are provided. The bosses 11 may be spaced apart from each other according to the shape of the base 1, and may be arranged in a circular ring, for example. Wherein, preceding shell subassembly 2 with the back shell subassembly is around going out cavity 3, and boss 11 is equipped with the trompil towards the one end department of cavity 3, the mounting can pass each boss 11 of centre of hole fastening connection and preceding shell subassembly 2. The base 1 and the air conditioner 100 are fixedly connected through the plurality of bosses 11 and the front shell assembly 2, so that the connection stability is improved.
