As used herein, the term "and/or" includes any and all combinations of one or more of the associated listed items.
As shown in fig. 1, 2, 6 and 7, the present application provides a stand 10 and a humidifier.
Wherein the humidifier comprises a water tank 20, a base 10, a water pump 30 and an atomizer 50. The housing 10 is located above the water tank 20. The base 10 is positioned above the water tank 20 of the humidifier and comprises an atomization water storage tank 110, the atomization water storage tank 110 is provided with a water inlet 130 and an atomization port 120, the atomizer 50 is arranged below the atomization port 120, and the water inlet 130 is used for being communicated with a water pump 30 of the humidifier so as to enable water in the water tank 20 of the humidifier to enter the atomization water storage tank 110; a water level sensor (not shown) for detecting the water level in the atomizing water storage tank 110 is arranged in the atomizing water storage tank 110, and the water level sensor is electrically connected with the water pump 30.
It should be understood that the housing 10 further includes a circuit board to which both the water level sensor and the suction pump 30 are connected, thus achieving electrical connection therebetween.
Wherein, the suction pump 30 is connected with the inlet pipe 31, one end of the inlet pipe 31 extends into the water tank 20, and the other end of the inlet pipe 31 is communicated with the water inlet 130, so that under the action of the suction pump 30, the water in the water tank 20 enters the atomization water storage tank 110 through the inlet pipe 31. As the water in the water tank 20 is continuously collected in the atomizing reservoir 110 by the water pump 30, the water in the water tank 20 can flow into the atomizing port 120 and then drop onto the atomizer 50, and be atomized by the atomizer 50 and flow out of the humidifier into the environment. The water level sensor is installed in the atomizing water storage tank 110 and used for detecting the water level in the atomizing water storage tank 110. When the water level sensor detects that the water level in the atomizing water storage tank 110 reaches the preset height or condition, the water suction pump 30 is controlled to reduce power and reduce water suction amount, or the upward water suction is stopped, so that the phenomenon that the water level of the atomizing water storage tank 110 is too high and electric energy is wasted is avoided, and the water leakage of the humidifier can be effectively avoided. When the water level is too low, the power of the water pump 30 is increased to ensure that the atomization water storage tank 110 has enough water.
As shown in fig. 3-5, the base 10 further includes a base 400, a water supply seat 200, a control seat 300, and an atomizing air duct 500. The main base 100 includes an integrally formed housing and a partition plate disposed in the housing to divide the housing into an upper portion and a lower portion. The partition and the upper half shell form the atomizing water storage tank 110, the bottom of the atomizing water storage tank 110 is the partition, the water feeding seat 200 and the control seat 300 are arranged in parallel at the upper half of the main seat 100, and the atomizing air duct 500 is located between the water feeding seat 200 and the control seat 300. The base 400 is fixed to the lower half of the main base 100. Wherein the atomizer 50, the blower 40, the circuit board and the like are fixed on the base 400 and located between the partition and the base 400. The upper water seat 200 is inserted into the upper half of the main seat 100. The upper water seat 200 includes a water inlet 210 at the upper part and a first outlet 220 at the bottom part. The partition plate and the base 400 are respectively provided with a first yielding hole 150 and a second yielding hole 410, the first outflow port 220 is over against the first yielding hole 150 and the second yielding hole 410, and thus the first outflow port 220 is communicated with the water tank 20, and the upper water adding function of the humidifier is realized. Meanwhile, the base 400 is provided with a third abdicating hole 420 and a fourth abdicating hole 430 corresponding to the water inlet 130 and the water outlet 140, respectively, the third abdicating hole 420 is used for the work water inlet pipe 31 to pass through, and the fourth abdicating hole 430 enables the water outlet 140 to communicate with the water tank 20. Wherein, the bottom of the atomization air channel 500 is opposite to the atomization port 120, and the water vapor enters the atomization air channel 500 through the air inlet at the bottom of the atomization air channel 500 and flows out to the outside along the air channel of the atomizer 50. An air duct assembly 160 is provided at the bottom of the channel of the atomizer 50. The water feeding seat 200 further includes a cover plate 230 and a filter 240.
The water level sensor is remote from the water inlet 130. Because the water in the atomizing water storage tank 110 enters from the water inlet 130, the water level in the atomizing water storage tank 110 can be detected more accurately and objectively by making the water level sensor far away from the water inlet 130. The water inlet 130 and the water level sensor are located at opposite corners of the atomizing water reservoir 110. The test is more accurate.
In another embodiment, two level sensors are included, located on opposite sides of the atomizing reservoir 110. When the humidifier is used, the humidifier is not necessarily placed on a flat surface, and may be placed on an inclined surface. When placing on the inclined plane, atomizing aqua storage tank 110 is also the slope, and the liquid level of atomizing aqua storage tank 110's different positions is different like this, through all setting up level sensor in relative both sides, can effectively avoid atomizing aqua storage tank 110 one side water level height, one side water level is low, but the whole water yield is more, and the condition that suction pump 30 continues to draw water in a large number takes place.
The atomizing water reservoir 110 further includes a water outlet 140, and the water level sensor is close to the water outlet 140. Meanwhile, by providing the water outlet 140, when more water is stored in the atomizing water storage tank 110, the excessive water in the atomizing water storage tank 110 can flow into the water tank 20 through the water outlet 140. Through set up delivery port 140 on atomizing aqua storage tank 110, can effectually avoid water too much at atomizing aqua storage tank 110 gathering, make in the atomizing aqua storage tank 110 too much water directly flow back to water tank 20 through delivery port 140, it is very convenient to use. By arranging the water level sensor at the water outlet 140, when the water level sensor detects that the water level at the water outlet 140 is continuously higher and water flows to the water tank 20 through the water outlet 140 at the moment, it can be determined that the water pumping amount of the water pump 30 exceeds the working amount of the atomizer 50 at the moment, so that the working power of the water pump 30 is reduced, the water in the atomized water storage tank 110 is reduced, and the water pump 30 is prevented from doing more useless work.
The height of the water outlet 140 is lower than the height of the water inlet 130 in the vertical direction, i.e., the up-down direction. Therefore, the water in the atomizing water storage tank 110 can flow into the water outlet 140 more conveniently and then flow back to the water tank 20, and the water is effectively prevented from being gathered in the atomizing water storage tank 110. The water inlet 130, the water outlet 140 and the atomizing port 120 are all positioned at the bottom of the atomizing water storage tank 110. That is, the water inlet 130, the water outlet 140 and the atomization opening 120 are all located on the partition board, so that the atomization base 400 is more convenient to manufacture, and water can flow into and out of the atomization water storage tank 110 more conveniently and can flow into the atomizer 50 more conveniently.
A diversion trench 170 is arranged between the water inlet 130 and the atomizing opening 120. By providing the water guiding groove, water can flow from the water inlet 130 to the atomizing opening 120 more conveniently. For example, when the humidifier is activated, the water pump 30 pumps the water in the water tank 20 into the atomizing water storage tank 110, so that the water can conveniently flow to the atomizing port 120 through the guiding groove 170 and drop onto the atomizer 50, and the atomization is rapidly performed.
The water outlet 140 is located at a corner of the main seat 100 and is distant from the water inlet 130. Through the arrangement, water can be prevented from directly flowing into the water outlet 140 after entering the atomizing water storage tank 110 from the water inlet 130, and a sufficient amount of water at the atomizing opening 120 is ensured.
The main seat 100 has a flow guide tube 180 at the bottom of the water outlet 140, and a second flow outlet 181 at the side of the outward side at the bottom end of the flow guide tube 180. Since the water outlet 140 is located at the corner of the main seat 100, the flow guide tube 180 is also located at the leg of the main seat 100. Therefore, the second outlet 181 is very close to the sidewall of the water tank 20, and the water flowing out of the second outlet 181 can flow down along the sidewall of the water tank 20, thereby avoiding the generation of dripping sound and ensuring safer operation.
190 water retaining ribs are arranged around the periphery of the water outlet 140. By arranging the water retaining ribs 190, the water flowing to the water outlet 140 is blocked, and only when the water in the atomizing water storage tank 110 is accumulated to a certain degree, the water flows into the water outlet 140 and flows back to the water tank 20.
The technical features of the above embodiments can be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the above embodiments are not described, but should be considered as the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.
The above examples only represent some embodiments of the present invention, and the description thereof is more specific and detailed, but not to be construed as limiting the scope of the present invention. It should be noted that, for those skilled in the art, without departing from the spirit of the present invention, several variations and modifications can be made, which are within the scope of the present invention. Therefore, the protection scope of the present invention should be subject to the appended claims.
