Hereinafter, specific embodiments of the present invention will be described in more detail with reference to the accompanying drawings, which illustrate representative embodiments of the present invention and do not limit the present invention.
First embodiment
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, according to the present invention, a container for transporting rolled goods is provided, which can transport not only rolled goods but also flat goods. It should be noted that the "rolled goods" herein refers to goods having a substantially cylindrical shape, such as a steel pipe, a steel coil, etc.; "flat-type cargo" refers to cargo having a flat surface, such as boxes, steel plates, and the like, as well as other shaped conventional cargo.
The container includes a base frame 110 and a floor 120 disposed above the base frame 110. The base plate 120 is tiled on the chassis 110 and mounted to the chassis 110 using conventional mounting means such as screws. Further, the bottom frame 110 includes bottom cross beams, bottom side beams, and the like, and the structure of the bottom frame 110 may be substantially the same as that of the bottom frame 110 of a general dry cargo container, and therefore, for brevity, no further description is provided. The container of the present embodiment is a container having a base frame 110 and a floor panel 120. Further, the container is a box container having a base frame 110 and a floor 120.
The container may include side panels, end panels, a top panel, and doors that form an enclosure together with the bottom chassis 110, in other words, the container may be a box container including an enclosure. The door of the container is arranged at the end of the container. The container can be an end-opening container, an open-top container, a side-opening container, a folding container, a split container or any type of container, in particular any type of container. For the container with the end-opening door, when the rolled goods are transported, the door can be opened, and the rolled goods are transported into the container body by means of a forklift. For the open top container, when transporting the rolled goods, the tarpaulin or the cover plate can be opened, and the rolled goods are transported into the box body by means of the crane.
The container also includes transverse support plate assemblies 130 and longitudinal support plate assemblies 140 for supporting roll goods. The lateral support plate assembly 130 may include a pair of lateral support plates, namely a first lateral support plate 131 and a second lateral support plate 132. The first lateral support plate 131 is arranged in the lateral direction of the container, may be mounted to the chassis 110, and is rotatable with respect to the chassis 110 between its lateral horizontal position (fig. 1) and a lateral support position (fig. 2). A second transverse support plate 132 is also arranged in the transverse direction of the container, which may be mounted to the base frame 110 and rotatable relative to the base frame 110 between its transverse horizontal position (fig. 1) and a transverse support position (fig. 2).
The first lateral support plate 131 and the second lateral support plate located at the lateral support position are opposite to each other and form a lateral support region. The lateral support regions may be V-like or inverted trapezoid-like, or other concave shapes. The rolled goods can be placed at the lateral support area in the longitudinal direction of the container. At this time, the axial direction of the rolled goods is parallel to or coincides with the longitudinal direction of the container.
It should be noted that "transverse" as used herein corresponds to the width direction of the container, and "longitudinal" corresponds to the length direction of the container.
The longitudinal support plate assembly 140 may include a pair of longitudinal support plates, namely a first longitudinal support plate 141 and a second longitudinal support plate 142. The first longitudinal support plate 141 is arranged in the longitudinal direction of the container, may be mounted to the chassis 110, and is rotatable relative to the chassis 110 between its longitudinal horizontal position (fig. 2) and a longitudinal support position (fig. 1). A second longitudinal support plate 142, also arranged in the longitudinal direction of the container, may be mounted to the chassis 110 and rotatable relative to the chassis 110 between its longitudinal horizontal position (fig. 2) and a longitudinal support position (fig. 1).
The first longitudinal support plate 141 and the second longitudinal support plate located at the longitudinal support position are opposite to each other and form a longitudinal support region. The rolled goods can be placed at the longitudinal support area in the transverse direction of the container. The longitudinal support region may be V-like or inverted trapezoid-like, or other concave shape. At this time, the axial direction of the rolled goods is parallel to or overlaps with the lateral direction of the container.
This embodiment is through setting up the backup pad that the equidirectional arranged simultaneously for can place roll-shaped class goods in the container with the orientation of placing of difference as required, thereby can make the container be applicable to the roll-shaped class goods of transporting more sizes, enlarged the range of application of container.
Further, the transverse strut plate assemblies 130 and the longitudinal strut plate assemblies 140 are arranged in sets. In the illustrated embodiment, a set of transverse support plate assemblies 130 and longitudinal support plate assemblies 140 arranged in groups is shown. The set of transverse support plate assemblies 130 and longitudinal support plate assemblies 140 arranged in a group are disposed in the middle of the base frame 110. The transverse support plate assemblies 130 and the longitudinal support plate assemblies 140 arranged in groups may be arranged in a cross-shaped array. Further, in the ganged arrangement of the transverse support plate assemblies 130 and the longitudinal support plate assemblies 140, the transverse centerline C01 of the transverse support plate assembly 130 and the longitudinal centerline C02 of the longitudinal support plate assemblies 140 intersect. The transverse centre line is a line extending in the transverse direction of the container and the longitudinal centre line is a line extending in the longitudinal direction of the container.
Specifically, the first and second lateral support plates 131 and 132 may be spaced apart via the intermediate bottom plate 121. The first and second longitudinal support plates 141 and 142 may be spaced apart via the same intermediate bottom plate 121. The first and second lateral support plates 131 and 132 are disposed at both sides of the intermediate bottom plate 121 in the lateral direction, and the first and second longitudinal support plates 141 and 142 are disposed at both sides of the intermediate bottom plate 121 in the longitudinal direction. When the rolled goods are placed, the rolled goods can abut against the intermediate bottom plate 121 to be supported by the intermediate bottom plate 121.
Among the transverse support plate assemblies 130 and the longitudinal support plate assemblies 140 arranged in groups (hereinafter simply referred to as grouped transverse support plate assemblies for the sake of brevity), at least one transverse support plate assembly 130 may be included, i.e., at least one pair of a first transverse support plate 131 and a second transverse support plate 132; at least one longitudinal support plate assembly 140, i.e., at least one pair of first and second longitudinal support plates 141 and 142, may be included. In a ganged arrangement of transverse and longitudinal buttress plate assemblies, at least two longitudinal buttress plate assemblies 140 may be spaced apart and arranged side-by-side and at least two transverse buttress plate assemblies 130 may be spaced apart and arranged side-by-side.
In the illustrated embodiment, the illustrated ganged arrangement of transverse and longitudinal buttress plate assemblies is shown to include two side-by-side transverse buttress plate assemblies 130, two side-by-side longitudinal buttress plate assemblies 140.
In the unitized arrangement of the transverse support plate assemblies 130 and the longitudinal support plate assemblies 140, the longitudinal centerlines C02 of the transverse support plate assemblies 130 and the longitudinal support plate assemblies 140 are each collinear with the longitudinal centerline C2 of the container or offset from the longitudinal centerline C2 of the container within a predetermined range. The predetermined range is a range in which the entire weight of the container loaded with the rolled goods is balanced. Alternatively, the transverse brace plate assemblies 130 and the longitudinal brace plate assemblies 140 arranged in a set may be generally symmetrical with respect to the longitudinal centerline C2 of the container. Specifically, in a ganged arrangement of transverse and longitudinal brace plate assemblies, the longitudinal brace plate assemblies 140 may be generally symmetrical with respect to the longitudinal centerline C2 of the container, and the transverse brace plate assemblies 130 may also be generally symmetrical with respect to the longitudinal centerline C2 of the container.
In the grouped arrangement of the transverse support plate assemblies 130 and the longitudinal support plate assemblies 140, the transverse centerline of the transverse support plate assemblies 130 is collinear with the transverse centerline of the longitudinal support plate assemblies 140 or offset from the transverse centerline of the longitudinal support plate assemblies 140 within a predetermined range. Alternatively, the transverse strut plate assemblies 130 and the longitudinal strut plate assemblies 140 arranged in a group may be generally symmetrical with respect to a transverse centerline of the longitudinal strut plate assemblies 140.
It should be noted that the above-mentioned "transverse centerline C01 and longitudinal centerline of the transverse support plate assembly 130" can be understood as the transverse centerline and longitudinal centerline of the transverse area enclosed by all the transverse support plates in the grouped transverse and longitudinal support plate assembly. The above references to "longitudinal centerline C02 and transverse centerline of longitudinal buttress plate assemblies 140" are to be understood as referring to the longitudinal centerline and transverse centerline of the longitudinal region bounded by all of the longitudinal buttress plates in a unitized arrangement of transverse and longitudinal buttress plate assemblies.
The base plate 120 is provided with a lateral opening 122, and a lateral support plate assembly 130 in a lateral horizontal position is received within the base frame 110 and covers the lateral opening 122. Specifically, the lateral openings 122 correspond one-to-one to the lateral support plates. The container may further comprise a transverse support arm 151 for supporting the transverse support plate and a first stop 152 for supporting the transverse support arm 151. The first gear members 152 are each provided on the bottom chassis 110 and have at least one gear hole. Each transverse support plate is arranged in substantially the same manner. For the sake of brevity, only the first lateral support plate 131 is described as an example. As shown in fig. 5, the lateral opening 122 and the first lateral support plate 131 each extend in the lateral direction. The first lateral support plate 131 may be disposed at the lateral opening 122, which is capable of shifting between a lateral horizontal position and a lateral support position through the lateral opening 122.
A first end of the first lateral support plate 131 is rotatably provided on the base frame 110, and a second end of the first lateral support plate 131 opposite to the first end is a free end so as to be rotatable between a horizontal position and a support position with respect to the base frame 110. In other words, the first lateral support plate 131 in this embodiment is a movable flap provided on the chassis 110. When the first lateral support plate 131 is in the horizontal position, the upper surface of the first lateral support plate 131 is flush with the upper surface of the base plate 120, so that flat goods can be transported. When the first lateral support plate 131 is in the support position, the first lateral support plate 131 is inclined at an angle with respect to the base plate 120 so as to form a support area.
One end of the lateral support arm 151 may be coupled to a second end of the first lateral support plate 131. The other end of the lateral support arm 151 may be engaged with at least one of the shift holes of the first shift member 152 to hold the first lateral support plate 131 in the lateral support position in which the lateral support arm 151 is in the inclined state. When the first lateral support plate 131 is in the horizontal position, the lateral support arm 151 can be horizontally received below the first lateral support plate 131. Optionally, the first gear piece 152 has at least two gear holes. The transverse supporting arm 151 has different inclination angles at different gear holes, so that when the transverse supporting arm 151 supports the first transverse supporting plate 131, the first transverse supporting plate 131 has different inclination angles, and in this embodiment, the size of the transverse supporting area can be changed by changing the inclination angle of the first transverse supporting plate 131, therefore, different roll goods can be reasonably transported, and the phenomenon that the roll goods cannot be stably placed due to the fact that the supporting area is too small or too large is avoided.
The base plate 120 is provided with a longitudinal opening 123, and a longitudinal support plate assembly 140 located at a longitudinal horizontal position is received in the bottom chassis 110 and covers the longitudinal opening 123. Specifically, the longitudinal openings 123 correspond one-to-one to the longitudinal support plates. The shipping container may also include longitudinal support arms 153 for supporting the longitudinal support plates and a second stop 154 for supporting the longitudinal support arms 153. The second stoppers 154 are each provided on the bottom chassis 110 and have at least one stopper hole. Each longitudinal support plate is arranged in substantially the same manner. For the sake of brevity, only the first longitudinal support plate 141 is described as an example. As shown in fig. 4, the longitudinal opening 123 and the first longitudinal support plate 141 each extend in the longitudinal direction. The first longitudinal support plate 141 may be provided at the longitudinal opening 123, which is capable of being switched between a longitudinal horizontal position and a longitudinal support position through the longitudinal opening 123.
A first end of the first longitudinal support plate 141 is rotatably provided on the base frame 110, and a second end of the first longitudinal support plate 141 opposite to the first end is a free end so as to be rotatable between a horizontal position and a support position with respect to the base frame 110. In other words, the first longitudinal support plate 141 in the present embodiment is a movable flap provided on the chassis 110. When the first longitudinal support plate 141 is located at a horizontal position, the upper surface of the first longitudinal support plate 141 is flush with the upper surface of the bottom plate 120, so that flat goods can be transported. When the first longitudinal support plate 141 is in the support position, the first longitudinal support plate 141 is inclined at an angle relative to the base plate 120 to form a support area.
One end of the longitudinal support arm 153 may be coupled to the second end of the first longitudinal support plate 141. The other end of the longitudinal support arm 153 may abut at least one of the latching holes of the second stopper 154 to hold the first longitudinal support plate 141 in the longitudinal support position with the longitudinal support arm 153 in the inclined state. The longitudinal support arm 153 can be horizontally received below the first longitudinal support plate 141 when the first longitudinal support plate 141 is in a horizontal position. The second stopper 154 is shown as having only one stopper hole, and the second stopper 154 may have at least two stopper holes if needed and/or desired in order to transport roll goods of different diameters.
The lateral support arm 151 can be connected to the first blocking member 152 by the limiting action of the blocking hole; the longitudinal support arm 153 may be engaged with the second stopper 154 by a stopper action of the stopper hole. Further, the transverse supporting arm 151 can be fixedly connected to the first blocking member 152 by the latch 161, and the longitudinal supporting arm 153 can be fixedly connected to the second blocking member 154 by the latch 161 (fig. 6), so that the fixing strength of the transverse supporting arm 151 and the longitudinal supporting arm 153 can be improved, and the transverse supporting arm 151 and the longitudinal supporting arm 153 can be prevented from being separated from the blocking hole.
In particular, the lateral support arm 151 may be provided with a latch 161, the first gear piece 152 being provided with a socket cooperating with the latch 161, the latch 161 being movable between an unlocked position, separated from the socket, and a locked position, inserted into the socket, to further connect the lateral support arm 151 to the first gear piece 152. The longitudinal support arm 153 may be provided with a latch 161, the second catch 154 being provided with a socket cooperating with the latch 161, the latch 161 being movable between an unlocked position, in which it is separated from the socket, and a locked position, in which it is inserted into the socket, to further connect the longitudinal support arm 153 to the second catch 154.
For the at least two shift holes embodiment, the shift holes correspond one-to-one to the receptacles so that when the support arm is received in one of the at least two shift holes, the latch 161 can engage the corresponding receptacle.
Referring to fig. 6, taking the longitudinal support arm 153 as an example, the end of the longitudinal support arm 153 contacting the second stopper 154 is provided with a mounting portion 162, and the mounting portion 162 extends in the longitudinal direction and has a mounting hole. The latch 161 is disposed in a lateral direction and is mounted on the mounting portion 162 through the mounting hole. The bolt 161 is sleeved with a guide sleeve 163. The guide sleeve 163 is provided with a guide groove 164 extending in the longitudinal direction and a locking groove 165 extending in a direction different from that of the guide groove 164, and the guide groove 164 can communicate with the locking groove 165. The latch 161 has an operating portion 166, such as a screw, that is connected to the latch 161. The operating portion 166 protrudes from the guide groove 164 and the locking groove 165 and can move along the guide groove 164 to the locking groove 165, thereby being caught in the locking groove 165. When the operating portion 166 is caught in the locking groove 165, the end of the latch 161 is inserted into the insertion hole, and at this time, the longitudinal support arm 153 is coupled to the second stopper 154. When unlocking is required, the operating portion 166 is operated to move into the guide groove 164. The latch 161 may be provided with a spring to retain the operating portion 166 in the locking slot 165.
To prevent the roll goods from moving in the axial direction thereof, the container may further include at least one of a first stopper 155 and a second stopper. The first stopper 155 is mounted to the chassis 110 or the longitudinal support plate assembly 140 for preventing the movement of the rolled goods placed on the longitudinal support plate assembly 140 in the axial direction of the rolled goods. The second stopper is mounted to the chassis 110 or the lateral supporting plate assembly 130 for stopping the movement of the rolled goods placed on the lateral supporting plate assembly 130 in the axial direction of the rolled goods.
For the illustrated embodiment, the container is provided with only the first retaining member 155. The container may be provided with a second retaining member if needed and/or desired. The second limiting member may be mounted in a manner substantially similar to the first limiting member 155. For brevity, the first position-limiting member 155 is described as an example.
Referring back to fig. 4, the bottom chassis 110 may be provided with a stopper opening 124, and the first stopper 155 may be provided at the stopper opening 124 of the bottom chassis 110. The first retainer 155 is rotatable between a blocking position partially protruding from the base plate 120 and a storage position not protruding beyond the base plate 120 via the retainer opening 124. First stoppers 155 are provided at both the first and second lateral support plates 131 and 132 to block both ends of the rolled goods in the axial direction, in other words, the rolled goods are restricted between the two first stoppers 155.
Alternatively, one first retaining member 155 may be disposed between the first lateral support plates 131 arranged side by side, and the other first retaining member 155 may be disposed between the second lateral support plates 132 arranged side by side. The first stop 155 may be disposed on a transverse centerline with respect to the longitudinal support plate assembly 140. In an embodiment not shown, the first stop 155 may be disposed proximate a transverse centerline of the longitudinal support plate assembly 140.
In the present embodiment, the first stopper 155 can be held at the blocking position when not subjected to an external force by a human. Thus, the first limiting member 155 can freely rotate by the downward force of the cargo.
The first stop member 155 is rotatable about a pivot axis between a blocking position and a receiving position. The first stop 155 may be mounted to the chassis 110 by a pivot shaft, which defines a pivot axis. The pivot axis and the center of gravity of the first limiting member 155 may be spaced apart along the length direction of the first limiting member 155, so that the first limiting member 155 is maintained at the blocking position when no external force is applied. The bottom end of the first position-limiting member 155 at the blocking position abuts against a baffle (not shown) disposed below the first position-limiting member 155 to limit the rotation of the first position-limiting member 155.
A cover plate 156 may be further disposed above the first position-limiting member 155, and the cover plate 156 is pivotally connected to the base plate 120 to pivot between a covering position covering the position-limiting member opening 124 and an opening position not covering the position-limiting member opening 124. The cover plate 156 in the open position may be placed on the base plate 120. The cover plate 156 in the closed position may cover the first retaining member 155, and the cover plate 156 is flush with the bottom plate 120 for placing flat goods.
Alternatively, in order to facilitate turning over the lateral support plates and the longitudinal support plates, their second ends may be provided with handles (not shown). For example, the lateral support plate has two side walls extending downward, the handle may be connected to the two side walls, and the lateral support plate may be provided with a through hole at a position corresponding to the handle so as to grip the handle via the through hole. The longitudinal support plates may similarly be provided with through holes and handles.
Second embodiment
Hereinafter, a container according to a second embodiment will be described with reference to fig. 7 and 8. The shipping container has substantially the same structure and/or construction as the shipping container of the first embodiment, except for the number of transverse support plate assemblies 130 and longitudinal support plate assemblies 140 arranged in groups. Accordingly, elements having substantially the same value as elements in the first embodiment will be numbered identically herein and will not be described and/or illustrated in detail for the sake of brevity.
In the present embodiment, at least two sets of the transverse support plate assemblies 130 and the longitudinal support plate assemblies 140 are provided, which are arranged in groups, so as to be able to transport at least two rolled goods simultaneously. At least two sets of grouped transverse support plate assemblies 130 and longitudinal support plate assemblies 140 are spaced apart along the longitudinal direction of the container. In embodiments where the group-wise arranged transverse-longitudinal bracing plate assemblies are arranged in 2n +1 groups (odd groups), the most intermediate group is arranged at the transverse centre line C1 of the container, with n groups arranged on either side of the transverse centre line C1 of the container. In the embodiment where the transverse and longitudinal support plate assemblies arranged in groups are arranged in 2n groups (even groups), n groups are arranged on either side of the transverse centre line C1 of the container. This makes it possible to equalize the weight of the loaded rolled goods as a whole in the longitudinal direction of the container. Alternatively, at least two groups of the grouped transverse and longitudinal bracing plate assemblies may be substantially symmetrical with respect to the transverse centre line of the container. The figure shows that two groups of transverse and longitudinal supporting plate assemblies which are arranged in groups are arranged along the longitudinal direction of the container so as to be capable of simultaneously transporting two rolled goods.
