The process highly integrates physical adsorption, chemical absorption and biodegradation processes, and realizes rapid and efficient capturing and purification of malodorous gas in a relatively compact limited space.
After the system continuously operates for a period of time, a plurality of pairs of back flushing pipes 1-8 at two sides of the rotary table 1-7 are automatically opened according to the total pressure difference of a packing layer 1-7-2 in the horizontal rotary table deodorizer and the mud hanging condition on the surface of the packing, and the effluent or clean water of a secondary sedimentation tank of a sewage station is adopted for short-time back flushing. During the back washing, the driving motors 1-13 carry out forward and reverse alternative variable frequency rotation, and a small amount of sludge and pulp residues which are potentially deposited on the surface of the filler are washed clean by matching with the back washing.
Sludge slurry after spray washing or back washing is rotated by a deodorization rotary disc 1-7 and falls onto a liquid collection inclined plate 1-16 by gravity, and finally is discharged into an aeration tank through a liquid outlet 1-15, and a small amount of malodorous substances which are not completely reacted in the slurry can be thoroughly degraded by a large amount of activated sludge strains in the aeration tank.
